My girlfriend and I launched our kayaks from this park and headed over to Durney key. It was so easy to get in and out of the water. There a bathroom there so that we could change and go out to lunch afterwards. A playground for kids. We will launch from there again. We launched before sunrise and we were pleased to find the gate open.

We took a bunch of teens, about half had never kayak before. It was easy to launch here and the waters calm. A friend with an airboat came to give rides and getting off and on from here was also easy. The restrooms were clean and kept, doors on stalls would be nice. We didn't have small children but the playground looked nice.

Brasher is a very small park. It's a popular put in for kayakers wanting to paddle thru the mangroves There's no fee. Bathrooms are well maintained. Two covered picnic tables are available. There's no beach for swimming. Kids can have fun on the playground.
