Booked two boats, one with my family and another for a bunch of dads. Both groups had a blast and the captains were awesome. Ours even dropped off my portable speaker at the hotel 20 miles away after I left it on the boat. They filleted most of our fish and we took the softball team out to dinner at Grills where they cooked our catch.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! You decide? It’s called fishing and not catching for a reason, however, for the price of a Charter Fishing boat you should expect an honest effort. ¾ day Charter, 7-hours, $900 for the trip and $200 tip, $1100 total. Arrived at the dock, Cape Canaveral, 20 minutes prior to push, left the dock right at 7:00. However, we had to stop at another Marina and get gas and ice, then a Cruse ship was towed in, then a submarine was towed in, we finally departed the Jetty at 8:00. At 9:00 we arrived at the reef, dropped hooks and at about 9:15 had our first and only fish, King Mackerel. We slow trolled up and down the same reef (within 1-2 miles) for the next 4-hours, with no attempt to change location or change fishing tactics, (bottom fishing, etc.) The Captain (Alex) was talking to other boats, however, it appeared as if no other boat was having any luck trolling. I suggested several times to try a different fishing technique to no avail. First clue of the lack of preparedness on the crew was; we had no live bait, did not try and catch any, we had no bottom fishing bait, or equipment that I could tell, the only bait we had was a couple of packages of store bought bait of some type of minnow. One would think after arriving at the fishing spot 1-hour late that we would have at least stayed an additional hour, but no we were back at the dock at promptly 2:00. Problems: - Lack of crew preparedness - No bait for different fishing techniques - No real attempt to catch fish - High price boat ride, NOT A FISHING CHARTER

Disappointing! Received a text from Alex at 9:00 the night before our schedule trip and was told he was using another captain last minute. The new captain was a nice guy but the trip was very boring. We search for bait and then traveled out to a reef with 20 other boats and literally sat in the same spot for 4 hrs! My son actual fell asleep during the trip. While we did catch king marcel we didn’t even try to fish in other areas. The frustrating part is Alex never even check in with us after the trip to see how it went considering he is the owner and we scheduled the trip with Him directly after much research.

The weather was a little iffy but our captain worked very hard for us! He listened to what we wanted and made it happen! We would fish with this charter again, no questions asked!
