My husband and I have been wanting to try Paddleboarding, and the opportunity came along to take a group lesson with North Guana Outpost. So there were 6 of us and we met with Dalton and Erica at Nocatee Kayak Launch. Dalton gave us excellent instructions, and let us take our time until we felt confident enough to start on the board kneeling, and eventually to stand up! I strongly recommend taking a lesson before trying paddleboarding, as we both stayed upright and were still dry when we finished.

The night time bioluminescent kayak tour was incredible. It was such a unique experience! It was exciting to find the cone jellies, but also relaxing being out there and looking at the stars. Ben was an excellent and informational guide, and we felt very safe with them. This is a great experience for kids too, mine loved it!

Went on the Night Bio (Bioluminence) Tour, which was great! I had no idea that they had anything like this around St. Augustine. The kayaking was pretty easy out in the water and Ben had some great stories and facts about the organisms! They provided nets and cups to be able to see everything up-close, life jackets and they kayaks were all set up when we arrived! Great experience and would recommend to other who live here and those visiting the area!

We had a great time on our Night Bio Tour! I didn't realize we had bioluminescent organisms in this part of Florida. What a surprise and a treat! We found many comb jellies, survived what our guide called "mullet madness," and came across a little alligator and a snake. If you aren't ok with fish jumping IN your kayak, this is not the tour for you!
