Workers are great, good prices very informative on water activities.
Also try their suncare products. Will not use another sunscreen except theirs.

Had a brand new machine. We were first time rider and was well tutored. Very nice guys. Tony is awesome. Safe keeping of your belongings. Open shower. Beautiful beach!

I came down for a 3 day weekend at the Wyndham Royal Vista Resort. Let me tell you I had a great vacation! We relaxed our first day here, but friday we dove right in. The weather was beautiful on Friday me and my friend took out 2 waverunners and tore it up. Some of the best prices around trust me I checked first! Did I mention they had chairs at a daily price not hourly much better prices and service than the famed "Miami Beach". They also had a nice little tiki bar called Captain Jacks right by the pool. The Bartender Suzie had some the best frozen drinks Ive ever had. Overall one of the nicest vacations Ive been on in a long time. I would definitely recommend Wyndham Royal Vista and On the Beach Watersports!

Doesn’t seem to want to make money.. keeps claiming it’s windy but the weather is perfect. Comes off as lazy and doesn’t want to work! If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend told him yesterday it was my birthday and he cancelled but said come today the weather should be great.. he ends up cancelling again. Terrible obviously he doesn’t care so I’ll let this review sit here.

If you are contemplating a groupon purchase don't bother We bought two - one for the banana boat ride and one for the i hr. jetski/cabana rental combo. First off, as always there is tax and tip on the groupon. We were charged, but the owner would not break down for us what the tax vs. tip was. Another party in our group purchased the jetski/cabana one as well and was charged a DIFFERENT amount of tax and tip!!!! We went down to the beach early and were not given a cabana for the day - we were told it would start when our jet ski rental happened and we had booked the jetski for 2 p.m. We had about 2 hours with the cabana before they started closing up their business.
I was always under the assumption that the beaches were public - not so as we were ordered off part by the owner of On the Beach and my children were not allowed to swim in one area. He was rude to them when they swam beyond some stick in the sand. Kids play and don't watch sticks in the sand for their boundary.
All in all the jetskiing was fun enough, but the boundaries were very restrictive and you really couldn't get a good run in because they didn't give enough room.
TIPPING - I always feel a tip is given if the service is good and I tip very well when I feel the service is good. I resent being told a tip amount before I even go on. If this is the case, it should be mentioned on the groupon.
Finally, if you are staying at the Wyndham, it was the same price as the groupon. Anyone who went jet skiing got a cabana rental!

We rented a cabana almost daily. Great price, friendly and accommodating guys. Clean & highly recommended! We loved it! Would've rented jet skis, but water was too choppy- next time!

1st time on a wave runner and the staff instructions were clear, easy to understand and let us to a great time.... they even watched us as we started to make sure we could go out on the ocean

Attentive and Reasonable. My family was well treated all week. They have all sorts of amenities to satisfy all beach goers. The Jet Skis were a blast. The staff is very responsive.

The cost of 2 chairs and an umbrella was reasonable, ($20 full day or $80 for a week) but when we asked if we were reserving the same space for the week they told us no. I guess during their busy season you better hussle down to the beach to get location of your choice. The guys evidently cannot walk down to chairs so be prepared to hear 4 wheeler and smell exhaust all day. One day my husband had to refuse a broken chair which people next to us were given and it collapsed when sat on.
