Order -a Cabana sit in the sun enjoy the best beach ever Never too crowded - Great place for kids to play with a sand park and area for picknicks. Plenty of parking even if you have to walk a few blocks.

Pompano beach is the typical Florida beach, quite broad ans waters not too wavy, the seaweed was speadrd through most part of the beach but I suppose the municipality takes care of it. We had a nice beach day and had lunch at one of...More

Very nice beach. Love the are surrounding, too. Easy access and parking. Clean area with pubs and restaurants so close. Enjoyed the outdoor fitness equipment at the beach access near the new pier going in.

Disappointingly, the dead seaweed was bad. You have to make your way through about 20 yards of dead seagrass off shore before you’re in better water. Beach is nice. Sadly, saw alot of cigarette butts, plastic lids and straws in the sand. Don’t jnow why...More

Clear waters, wonderful for the family to swim in, snorkel, and play with the fish. Lots of wildlife, the beaches aren't crashing and too violent, rather smooth and perfect every day we were there.

This was a great beach for the kids to play at. Good bathroom facilities and outdoor shower. When we were there , the coast line was experiencing an exceptional amount of seaweed.

The entire beach is covered in seaweed as well dispersed throughout the swimming area. In addition, extremely large water discharges from Lake Okeechobee is contributing to an entirely unpleasant beach vacation. Forget coming here for a beach experience the rest of summer until all levels...More

Not an issue at all when my grandkids and I were out there playing. A few stray pieces but no sections of wash up spreading several feet. Nothing even remotely annoying.
