Me and my 2 BIL’s come to this bay area each year for fishing trips. The Keaton Beach area is great. The boat ramp is very nice with plenty of parking spots. Be sure to bring bug spray because the “no see-ums” bite the heck...More

Been going here for almost twenty years. Great fishing just off the nearby shore at high tide. The pier is destroyed and the marina and main eating place are out of business and razed. Would like to know what, if any, kind of development/new infrastructure...More

Keaton Beach was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon swimming in the clear, calm waters, watching the boats cruise by and fishermen were working hard. This beach has a nice playground for kids, plenty of covered seating, restrooms, showers and there was a food...More

Keaton Beach is a cute little beach. It isn’t an exotic beach, but it’s a nice place to go swim or dip your toes. It’s also a great place to go crabbing at night. I’m not much of a beach person, but I’d definitely stop...More

We visited for a few weeks in January and really enjoyed this beach and town. Plenty of water access and a nice little park by the boat ramp. The beach was nice and had a great playground and restroom facility. What a great little town!

The water may not be turquoise like St George Island, but this is a great beach without the crowds! The sand is white and the rocks majestic, highly recommend!
