We drove down to the beach on a whim. This beach has everything we needed. Lots of parking, plenty of restrooms, showers and shade! We swam and enjoyed the water. Then ate at different places right there. Plenty of space even with crowds for Blue Angels and easy to get food and drinks without getting into the car.

We've been coming here since our youngest was a baby and this year it was phenomenal! We typically stay in a condo off Ft. Pickens but this time we tried something different. It just so happened it was Blue Angels week and tho there were crowds towards end of week (per usual) we had no problem with crowded beaches...at times... More

We stayed in Gulf Shores, but we were so close we had to go to Florida! We drove to this beach and brought our canopy and chairs. The sand was awesome. The music playing was great also. We went to get in the water and I'll quote my son's words..."disgusting". I didn't understand until I entered the water myself. The... More

great for a family day on the beach. Pier is great if you like to fish, I like it because it keeps the fisherman off the beach.

The Beach is beautiful, but it has a lot of algae!! You will be full of it!!! At the time we went, the plan was packed with people that there was almost no space for you to relax.

Most beautiful view of Pensacola Beach. It was also really fun to watch all the people fishing. The further we walked down the pier, the better our experience because we were able to see several Dolphins. Definite must see!!

Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier is concrete all the way out Will kept, clean and seems to stay busy all the time. Cost for walkers is 1.25 a person There is also a cost for fishing from the Pier There is a bar and grill as you enter on to the dock of the pier

Had a great time on the beach! Love it! We come back every year. Noticed the tide getting high, they had to move the steps from the end of the piers away from the water. We still had an awesome time though. We'll be back next year!

Our whole family vacationed here and our timing was bad for the swimming as there were Red Flag warnings out. The kids could only go in knee deep for their safety. They still had fun in the water and playing in the sand after a yummy picnic lunch! It is a very pretty beach with white sand and clear blue... More
