Would highly recommend for anyone who enjoys getting locked in a room, puzzles, escaperooms or just looking for a fun time. Andy was great even giving a few extra "nudges" in the right direction to help us out. Asylum was honestly the best escaperoom I have ever been to the room and the energy Andy brought forth helped make it a day to remember considering I did this as a gift for my mom and she had fun as well I can say it was highly worth the price. Coming from a former game master I would say 10/10 if you are thinking about doing one choose this location great staff, great rooms, fun times. Thank you EZ60 for helping make this a day to remember

My family and I went to The Asylum escape room on our trip to Pensacola. It was amazing! The manager was our game master and he was super nice. The whole place is very family friendly, they allowed our service dog as well as let me baby wear my 4 month old. It was a little difficult to find but after calling to get directions we found it pretty easily and the lady on the phone was very understanding. 10/10 would definitely recommend, and wouldn’t be against going again!

This was so much fun. We did the Bank Heist. BTW when it says 4 people minimum it means that's how many you actually need to make the room work, it's not a price thing. I just wanted to out that in there for anyone who might think it was a price thing instead. Seems obvious after the fact but hey. We managed to find enough people to play and I'm so glad we did! We look forward to coming back!

The building, bathroom, escape room was unclean and disgusting. The asylum escape room would’ve been enjoyable, but the props have not been wiped or cleaned for years. Mold was visible on the walls and the floors had years of dirt, grime, and buildup.

We wipe down all props after every room and what you thought was mold is actually a great paint job to give the room an unkept look. Unfortunately, our artist may have been too good-)

I would give negative stars if I could. The worst experience ever. This place is so awful. The teenage girl working was extremely unprofessional wearing a crop top showing all of her stomach. She was extremely rude the whole time. She refused to give us another clue. When we asked why we can’t have another clue she asked if we wanted to leave and got very rude. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused. I was with my kids and it’s thanksgiving and we do escape games all over the Country all the time and these games have zero fluidity. There is nothing that makes sense about how the game flows and what to look for next. The building had visible mold all over and was so gross inside

We had a great time with this escape room! We have done at quite a few and this one was fun!!! Made us think but wasn’t all over the place where clues didn’t make sense ( we have done rooms like that in the past). I would recommend the rooms to anyone looking to have a good time with friends and family

This was our first time doing an escape room so we did not know what to expect. Our host was very detailed in the introduction and made us feel at home. We could tell he loved what he does by the enthusiasm he showed. At first we struggled but as the time went on we got the hang of it. My family throughly enjoyed our experience and we will be back!!

The game master was well versed in preparing us for the challenge and was attentive in giving my parents and I hints as needed. I would consider returning sooner, and also going more frequently, if the price point was just a little lower. We all understood that they need to pay rent and also compensate the staff well. All around, great value, especially for a first time escape room experience.

This was our first time visiting an escape room and we didn't really know what to expect. It was a lot of fun, there were numerous levels of puzzles and locks to figure out and clues that we found baffling. The game-master was great. We didn't get out of the room on time but we'll be back to try another room. Highly recommended.

The setting was a wild west Bank escape. It was a challenging escape and we failed to complete it within the time requirement. The staff were very helpful and obliging. We had a group of 7 with ages ranging from 20 to 65 and everyone enjoyed it. I would like to see upgrades on some of the props and facilities but overall it was good.

It’s always more fun with at least four people. I think 4-6 is perfect. You could do it with two, but there’s a lot going on and you may miss things. When I do rooms with my boyfriend I usually ask them to put us with other people and we have a great time!
