See Florida the way it used to be…from an airboat! Loxahatchee Everglades Tours is fun, exciting and educational! Take an airboat tour and see all the wonders of nature in their natural state! Glide over a “river of grass” and along the way enjoy the flora (water lilies, sawgrass and cattails to name a few) and fauna (some might expect to see turtles, snakes, birds and alligators)! We do not cage or pen any animals and we do not feed them!enjoy these wonders in their natural habitat!

We wanted to visit the everglades without going to everglades city. This tour was 1hr and 15 minutes as opposed to 3 hrs away for us. Dan was our guide and very knowledgeable. We saw a lot of alligators, turtles, birds, plants and a snake. We talked about invasive plants, Indians who lived there and other misc things. We were... More

$50/person was quite expensive, but the 50 minute boat tour was just what we wanted it to be. Each boat seats 20 max, but with 10 aboard, it seemed like it was empty (a definite plus). All of the other riders were respectful and the tour guide was funny, yet knowledgeable. The ride was both exciting and relaxing. Tip: all... More

The 70 minute ride was great! Our tour guide pointed out lots of wildlife and was very knowledgeable about the everglades' ecosystem, history and challenges it is currently facing. I'd highly recommend this tour.

We don't have this kind of excitement in Missouri! For our first trip to the Everglades, this was definately on the list to do today. My family thouroughly enjoyed the knowledge and the one of a kind tour by "Wild Lyle". Would recommend calling to set up a time for your trip since the boats fill up quickly. Well worth... More

Beautiful day, informative guide/driver, excellent experience for all. We learned about the Everglades, saw alligators(not many), wild birds and a few snakes. Both adults and kids had a great time.

Growing up in South Florida then moving up north, I still love coming home and bringing friends/family on an airboat ride through the Everglades. I think it's the quintessential Florida thing to do. Today I brought my mom and 4 year old daughter on her first airboat ride. These guys never dissapoint! Always see like 5-6 or more alligators and... More

Going on the Loxahatchee Everglades Airboat Tour with Stewart as our guide was wonderful! We saw alligators, blue heron, American White Heron, plants and other wildlife so beautiful with someone who not only appreciates this part of the earth but who can also explain its wildlife, its heritage and its importance as a source of food and drinking water. He... More

Enjoyed the short and sweet everglades tour before flying out. Dan the Man was incredibly knowledgeable and shared a lot of history. The history of the everglades, water management, and fish and game involvement was very interesting. Saw a lot of gators, turtles, birds and a few iguanas. Totally worth the money. Although only an hour, it was a fantastic... More

I really enjoyed the tour of the everglades. Stewart was our airboat captain, and he was knowledgeable about the area, and seemed to know just where to look to find the alligators. Stewart also provided interesting facts about the ecology. I highly recommend this tour. Cost is $50 pp. Watch out where you park your car -- there are black... More

The tour was very nice, with Dan the Man (DTM) giving us a look at alligators, iguanas, anhinga, and blue heron. The airboat ride was fun, too. Worth the money for the beauty of the glades. We just finished our tour yesterday morning (12/4/16), and the weather was fantastic. Bring a jacket if you are cold-natured. Great video and pics... More
