I had the nicest surprise on my vacation. I walked by Yoga Elements and went in and talked to Dawn, one of the owners (I believe). I walked out with plans for a different yoga class for each of my next 3 days of vacation.

The first was an aerial yoga class, felt a bit like flying, and you are in sort of a hammock like swing. So fun.

My final class was a real highlight. We stand up paddleboarded out to the middle of the small lake behind the studio at 7 am. It was a gorgeous day. We proceeded to do yoga on our paddleboards! This was like heaven to me. The breeze, the clouds, the ripples of the water reflecting the sun, the quiet..it was a magical time.

LauraLynn is a good teacher, I had her for both classes. She easily instructed the beginners to advanced students. She even takes some pics so you can see how cool you look on your paddleboard!
Thank you, Yoga Elements!

My two daughters and I took an Aerial Yoga class while staying in Carillon Beach. We had never done it before so we were a little apprehensive! Dawn (owner and our instructor) was fabulous and patient!! By the end of the class we were soaring and returned that afternoon with my 7 year old granddaughter for a class...with no fear at all she looked like a master in no time. We have owned a condo here in Carillon for almost 10 years and I am sorry I have not done this before. I would highly recommend to anyone. Next up for us -- Paddleboard Yoga! Namaste

I was very excited to visit this studio because I have heard really great things! I attended the aerial yoga class, which was really fun. Although the class itself was enjoyable, I really had to fight to stay positive throughout the class. I had paid for my class on Mind Body ($20- which is really steep for this class if you ask me,) and arrived 5 minutes early. Even when arriving early, every door to the studio was locked and no one would let me in even after knocking continuously. The only reason I did finally get in was that someone left, and opened the door. When I did eventually get into the classroom, there was literally no spot for me to fit in the class, even though I had paid in full hours earlier. The instructor was then rude to me about "making sure I book in advance, because the class fills up." I suggest that Yoga Elements either 1. Fixes their website to allow you to see that the class is indeed full BEFORE they take your $20, or 2. Have enough spaces for everyone. I have been practicing yoga for about 5 years and have never had a bad experience before. I was very upset leaving, and probably won't be back.

I am fairly new to the Panama City Beach area. Attended my first class yesterday and it was wonderful. The studio is warm and welcoming. Sue was the instructor and she was great. I have already scheduled additional classes. I am so happy to have found Yoga Elements, I look forward to meeting the other teachers and experiencing the other classes.

Whatever area of PCB you are staying in this is worth the drive. The teachers work to accommodate all skill levels. I attended this class with my step daughter who had never done yoga before and took the Ariel class. We both were able to accomplish the moves and had such a fantastic time.

I don't really remember how I found out about Yoga Elements, but I checked out their website. My husband and I chose the community yoga vinyasa flow class with Addison. This was my husband's first yoga class and I am a yoga novice, but we were able to participate and enjoy the class like everyone else. Addison is an excellent teacher and left us hungry for more yoga! In addition to the great instruction, the studio has a beautiful view of the harbor and is beautifully decorated. We will be back on our next visit to PCB.

This is a gem of a place! I went to a water yoga class in the pool where we worked with a float noodle. It was very easy and was attended by different sized and aged ladies. It was open to men, but only women were in it when I went. The noodles are provided and it was held at the beautiful pool at the Inn next door. I also watched several yoga classes that were held on paddle boards in the lake, mornings and evenings. It was a pretty site. That class is not for me as I could not do those positions on land much less on a paddle board. But it is open even to beginners and looked like everyone was enjoying it. The prices are reasonable and I recommend this lovely little place.
