We just paid the $3.00 per person for visit sightseeing. We enjoyed watching the fisherman, the activities on the shore and searching for fish around the pier. Many public benches line the pier.

We had a group and it was a perfect Dec. day. This is a good walk to the end of pier and back. There were plenty of birds, but no fish caught on this day. We had fun just walking and visiting. The views are spectacular!

I love walking on piers. While passing thru Panama City Beach on the way to the airport, we decided to check this one out after dinner. We paid the fee, and strolled along. Checked out some people playing volleyball, a few guys fishing, and enjoyed the views. No dolphins,

We walked the pier and it was quite windy that day. You could see all the way down the coast. Was wanting to see a dolphin but they didn't cooperate. Well worth the $3 price.
