Really beautiful, quiet park. A gorgeous, Southern Live Oak sits in the middle of this treasure, and wooden walkways lead straight to the beach where an evening stroll is very enjoyable.

Yes, Oaks by the Bay Park is Handicap accessible. The Dune Walk-over at the south end is also handicap accessible.

It has a wheelchair accessible entrance but I'm not sure about the boardwalk by the water.
