Very cool place but not for shells

Fun experience but not for shell hunting. Long walk from where they drop you off at shell island. Cool to go once because totally different scene

I can't say enough how great a time we had camping for three nights at the park. We saw aligators at Gator Lake as well as two deer on the beach. The snorkeling and swimming was perfect. The water was crystal clear and calm with fish swimming around you. The facilities were very clean and well cared for. The clean... More

We took a ferry boat to Shell Island for a day. The ferry cost $20 per person which I thought was a little high but it went to a good cause. They dock on the opposite side so you have to walk around to get to a good spot by the ocean. It was not bad walking there but back... More

Sugar white sands, a safe swimming area, showers/change-rooms and a beautiful day out on the beach along the Emerald Coast. If you're lucky enough to stop at the Bayou, you may see a Gator or two along with plenty of interesting birds. St Andrew's State Park is a slice of heaven at the East end of Panama City Beach where... More

There's no better place to sink your toes in the sand. If you have children, the jetties kiddie pool is a great area to enjoy the water without the surf. There are also nature trails if you like a little walking and a great camping area. A perfect getaway anytime!

I am fortunate enough to live near St. Andrews State Park and I've been going there all my life. It is a lovely place to visit. Clean, well-kept, the beaches are incomparable. Swim, snorkel, or dive inside the jetties and you'll see all kinds of sea life. Swim, kayak, fish, whatever on the beach side; it's all good. Hike the... More

Beautiful white sand beaches, emerald waters, umbrellas and beach towels. What a great place to enjoy a summer day. I will be back!
