Nice park

Nice park, should be free but still nice. 8 dollars a car. Has an alligator pond and nice beach you can go swimming at.

The state park fee is about $6.00 per car, they have a great jetty's store with food, gifts and beach supplies. I recommend staying on the jettys side in the jetty pool, no waves and very safe. Those who snorkel will find great under water life at the jetty rocks with sea creatures galore. No currents or waves and clear... More

St.Andrews park, my favorite place to be on the beach. It's such a relaxing beautiful place. Great place to find yourself.

$8 a car is the cost, they had nice beach with store and restrooms but that's about it. I guess a one time trip is worth the cost. The trials leave a lot to be desired, suppose to be gators but didn't see a one, but saw two deer. All in all worth a one time trip

This is one of the loveliest pieces of Florida preserved for posterity by our State Park System. Featuring beautiful beaches, of course, but also a Turpentine Still, wetlands with Alligators, deer and other native wildlife and an expanse of St. Andrews Bay. Be sure to catch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico.

The beaches were very clean. Get there early to find a good parking spot. The $8 fee to enter was well worth it.

St. Andrews is a gem! Wonderful beach and great snorkeling by the jetties. You drive in and feel like you've stepped back in time to the old Florida. In addition to the beach they have great walking trails where you can observe lots of wildlife.

We go here every time we are in Panama City. It's great for young kids because of the jetties blocking most of the waves. Clear, beautiful water to snorkel in. Many fish, crabs, and even a sea urchin was seen! Beautiful place!

I really love going to Shell Island thru the state park because they take you where the big boulders are. The other shuttles with other places take you to the other side. They have a snow cone ferry set up which helps while waiting on the boat to come back. Captain Anderson's didn't offer that. Really enjoyed. Only bad thing... More

We visited this place expecting more to see. They have a long pier for fishing and beach access. We expected to see wildlife animals, scuba diving, snorkeling, hiking trail, and saw nothing but the beach, the pier, picnic area, and concession stand. There is an $8 charge per car but wasn't worth the visit.
