I have visit this place multiple times. If you go to the water by the boat launch, you will find a million hermet crabs!! We always try that for fishing but never get anything. There is a fishing pier next to the boat launch but no luck there either. When you get to the beaches, you have a choice between... More

We visited this park and loved the beach with all its beautiful views. We also saw an alligator at the lake. Would definitely recommend coming to this park. If I had a camper I would stay here every time I visited PCB!

The state park is nice. We didn't swim but we saw the beaches and area by the jetty's, it looked super nice. We walked by gator lake, didn't see any gators. It's $8 to get in. Just don't take the shuttle to shell island. I believe you can rent kayaks, pontoon boats here. Nice area!

Family members brought their rv and parked for a week at the state park. Nice spot close to the water. Stores close enough to find anything you might need.

Every time we go to the park we are happy. It is always fun to relax on the back side of the dunes in the quiet water of the bay. It is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or floating. Really nice for families with small children.

Entry fee of $8 per car, or free with a Florida State pass. (Service connected disability) Short ride to the beach, plenty of convenient parking. The sand is soft white and beautiful, the water is clean and clear, you can see the small fishes swimming around you. The waves are gentle and this is a great spot to bring young... More

Sugar sand, emerald green water...what's not to love. This is a popular weekend hangout for locals with children. There is a semi-closed off area called the "kiddie pool", where the current is generally pretty tame, but still can have quite a pull when the tide goes out. So keep a vigilant eye on the kiddies. There are covered pavilions for... More

Beautiful beaches on Gulf and in protected waters, varied habitats with Gators, birds, deer, beautiful sites, boating, camping, fishing and more!! It's a bit of all the best the Gulf Coast has to offer!

Took the family for a change in scenery from Mexico beach. Love the facilities and beautiful beach but beware of how popular this beach is specially on weekends. Parking can be a pain. Once you get pass that the white sand and beautiful water will remind you of why you endured it

The park is clean and absolutely beautiful. Plenty of beach space and a huge pier. Large lagoon with calm waters for snorkeling, and has a shuttle to shell island. I didn't see any on my trip but I heard that lots of dolphins live in the area!
