Nice Upscale Mall for Everyone.
Jul 2021
This is a very nice upscale mall. It has many high-end retailers, and vacancies tend not to stay that way for long. I'd also go so far as calling the maintenance impeccable. While so many malls have declined or closed, I don't think this one has missed a beat. That's probably because of the very affluent older demographic in the area. But, every group is well represented, from the beautiful people to just regular folks. Heck, even the homeless guy who pulls his wagon around the access roads is very well kept.

They seem to have a lot of security around, I counted 5 or 6 roving patrol vehicles one time, and folks all around the mall. But, I've never seen them bother anyone or be anything but polite when asked questions. They also always seem to have at least one police officer around.

One thing I did notice today is that some of the high end stores are sharply limiting the number of people in their stores, with short lines to get in. It stuck me that mostly this was places with things like high end handbags and other items that looting mobs love to grab and run out with. I'm just as happy to not have to watch something like that happen, so I'm glad they're being proactive.

Overall the Gardens Mall is a very pleasant place to visit for everyone.

Great place to walk and browse
Jun 2021
Now this is an upscale Mall with 2 levels offering many varieties of stores, Hagen Dasz Ice Cream, Tesla, Amazon, At&T Macy's Sears, Bloomingdales and many more. My wife and I strolled through the Mall mostly for Hagen Dasz Ice Cream as an after dinner treat. We did stop in a few stores just to get some ideas for future purchases. Luckily, we weren't pestered by staff and could browse at our leisure. The Amazon store is a great stop and the staff are very helpful. The parking lot has plenty of parking and is well lit for security. I hope you find this review helpful in making your next travel plans.

Evening Stroll

This is a very clean and safe mall in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens. Very upscale stores and great places to eat on premises. This mall is very similar to Roosevelt Field on Long Island with it's affluent clientele. Definitely worth a visit to take a nice stroll.

Convenient location

The stores close earlier then actual closing hours. For instance the mall closes at 6p on Sunday, we arrived at 5:15p and majority of the stores were already closed

GREAT Mall
Mar 2020
If you are a fan of Chanel, this is the mall you’ll want to visit — there is not only a presence in the department stores but just outside of Saks on the upper level is a freestanding Chanel boutique. Heaven!
Lots of great shops here — Nordstrom and Saks are great anchors — plus you’ll find the usual shops and Louis Vuitton, a beautiful Lilly Pulitzer, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, etc....
Do not stay away during this time of craziness. Our stores need us and frankly are all taking the same precautions we are — let’s get through this together (and look fabulous while doing so!)

Great place
Mar 2020 • Couples
Over all this restaurant is great. We went the other day it wasn’t very busy but the waitress seemed distracted . Didn’t get our drink order correct. Brought a red instead of a white Pino. Then we received our lunch and she didn’t bring us plates . I had to get up and ask for them while our food sat on the table for another 6-7 minutes . Again I have her a break as I thought it was out of the norm and it’s one of our favorite restaurants. All in all it’s a go to place food is great service is normally great . And a very Pleasant experience.

The best mall
Feb 2020
As malls go these days, this is definitely one of the best. Beautiful stores, great anchor stores too. Too bad J. Crew and Gap left. There are some really good restaurants here too!

There are so many good stores to choose from as well as several kiosks. The mall is easy to walk around and there several good places to eat.

Great spot to shop.
Dec 2019
Amazon is fine but it’s nice to get out and go to a store and look at things, touch them, try them on, pay and walk out with what you want.
The Gardens Mall has anything you could want clothing from head to toe, furniture and household items.
When you need a rest go to the food court and you can get anything to eat or drink.

BIG BEAUTIFUL SHOPPING
Jan 2020 • Solo
Fabulous anchor stores. I especially enjoyed visiting Nordstrom, Saks and Macy’s. The Apple store was a phenomenon. I discovered some new boutiques and my favorite was Kendra Scott for jewelry and candles. The Brio Tuscan Grill is a great late lunch restaurant and sidewalk cafe seating.
