Your experience strongly relates to who your tour guide is. I went over a year ago and the gentleman who led the tour was vibrant and enthusiastic. He seemed to be passionate. He was very charismatic and informative. I went a second time recently with a different friend. I think because my first experience was so great that I was expecting that again. The young lady who led the second tour was nice and friendly. The tour was not the same. It was not as exciting and not as entertaining. Whether you believe in ghosts or not you go on the tour to be entertained. Although she is a pleasant person she just couldn't compete with my first experience there. I would call ahead and see who the tour guide will be on the day you plan on going. Hopefully you can experience it with the more passionate and exciting guide. At the end if the day I say give it a try. New experiences are what life is about right? Whether you like it or not tip the guide, its hot out there! P.S. there is a Groupon for this tour.

I already submitted about this one. Look it up- it was two years ago but we had a great time. Not heavy on the ghosts and horror but some nice history about murders and meyhem in Palm Beach. And near the ocean and near shopping and restaurants! suspend disbelief and enjoy it

Our tour guide, Rey, was not only informative but entertaining. Wish it had included going into some buildings.....Overall, had a good time!

We showed up, and no one was there. We called with no answer for four days to which they responded by email to our voicemail messages by email, stating the event was cancelled. No email, no phone call. The worst part is that in the email they said they refunded our $56.50. It’s 3 weeks later, and now having to call credit card company for a charge back.

I visited my friend in January from Texas and decided that we should do a ghost tour while I was there. I paid for 2 tickets to do the tour but the weather ended up being bad and was cancelled. I was approved for a refund back since I was going back home the next night. Well I emailed them several times and never heard anything back until finally someone responded back but the person they were responding to wasn't me so that tells me they are disorganized. And finally I got them to respond back to my question about my refund and they keep telling me they will look into it when they have time. It's been a month so I guess I don't get my refund. So if your ever in the area and decided to do this tour make sure the weather is nice so they don't cancel and you end up paying for tickets to something you didn't get to do.

From haunted clocktowers to drownings from the 20’s.... we also met the conquistador that haunts Nieman Marcus as well as a demon poltergeist that haunts Gucci (now the island company).... we loved the stories of Johnny the monkey 🐒 and the John Lennon building. Finally, the tombstones in Palm Beach’s only cemetery left a spooky impression! Very nice ghost tour! Evan was fab

The tour was cancelled but no one called to let me know. I called the number listed at the time the tour was supposed to start and was then told it was cancelled.

I own Shadey Acres, a five star vacation home in Jupiter Farms and have added this ATTRACTION as one of the recommended PLACES TO VISIT IN MY Welcome Book. This weekend my husband and I went on the Ghost Tour of Palm Beach and had a fun 90 minute tour of one of the most famous and posh areas of South Florida, Worth Ave. in Palm Beach. Our guide Damien was fun, informed and even better, seemed to really believe in the paranormal, making his tour all the more interesting. We learned some interesting history of the area and saw some apparently real manifestations, actual blinking lights in a store that is noted for that kind of activity. I even felt the nudge of a ghost of a little girl related to the “Bloody Mary” history, this about three minutes before our guide told us the story and mentioned the ghost sometimes “bumps” people in the area that we were walking! So if you’re up for about a mile walk, beautiful sites, and interesting history and stories, go on the Ghost Tour of Palm Beach, we really enjoyed it!

We were scheduled for a tour at 8 on 10/6. In our group alone were 15 people and we were not the only group. Arrived by 7:45. 8:00 came, no guide. 8:15, no guide. Finally located a # to call. They seemed oblivious. Ended up telling us that our guide was in a car wreck and could make it by 9. Probably a bunch of s**t but we said we would wait especially since they said they didn't do reimbursements, only reschedule. Called us about 8:40 to let us know it wouldn't be until 9:30. At that point after going back and forth regarding service, opted to cancel and will be demanding a refund! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Pretty sure it’s a scam!! Do not buy!!!

We were with a group of seven, no one was at all impressed with the tour. We basically went up one side of Worth Avenue, stopped at storefronts to be told of murders that occurred and reasons stores closed or were relocated. We came back down the opposite side, told a story of mirrors that sharred twin sisters who proclaimed "Bloody Mary" three times to the mirror in a restaurant.
We have been on several ghost story tours in different cities where a history of the area is shared with connective "ghostly" happenings. This was not even closely the same of caliber, very disappointing.
