This wonderful historic Catholic Church has been a central destination for visitors to Palm Beach for decades and venue for the famous including John Kennedy. Gothic style architecture beautifully designed with gargoyles, stunning stained glass, and art work with tranquil gardens, ponds, carp and majestic views. Don't miss this landmark. Enjoy.

This church is very special. Their outdoor Coy pond and garden is open to anyone who wants to come in. It is usually very private. Everywhere you look is aesthetically calming and beautiful. The church itself is lovely. There is a very special feeling when you walk onto then property. My young boys really Enjoyed visiting

I would welcome any one traveling to the area or a local wanting to find a faithful church home. Beautiful garden grounds to walk around, and coy pond for small children to engage and watch. Small boutique book store is on the property as well. Down the road heading south, Bethesda also has its own tre-chic "Church Mouse" thrift store,... More

Bethesda is a magnificent structure, going very far back in time. You can see it by the architecture, and the old spanish designs in the building. The imagery is stunning, and will take your breath the first time you see the inside of the church. Stained glass is intricate, and no two panes are the same. Tapestries hang from the... More

The Spanish Gothic church was modeled after the Cathedral at Leon in Spain. Three magnificent stained glass windows over the high altar, the Te Deum windows, were made in England. Bible stories are illustrated in the stained glass throughout the sanctuary. 32 museum quality paintings are in the church’s collection. “The Adoration of the Magi,” a glorious, colorful depiction of... Incredible stained glass windows. Nice garden and coy pond. I don't know if it is a destination in itself but worth a stop by if you are in the area.

Even if you have seen multiple cathedrals, add this perfectly situated and designed Episcopal sanctuary and grounds to your list. A very special place.

Luckily, we arrived as the organist was preparing for the liturgy. To walk through the Church, look at the icons, architecture, with that magnificent pipe organ playing was just so uplifting.

I was stopped by the beauty of the church's exterior and then went around and into the garden and had a chat with the HUGE koi in the pond. So quiet and beautiful back here. Spend some time talking with the volunteer in the gift shop learning the history, and took a quick stroll inside the church. It's a very... More

As an Episcopalian I went to church on Sunday. The space is beautiful and the garden very lovely. Very southern with everyone dressed up. More bowties than you would see outside a black tie affair.
