I booked a massage online for 10:40. I called the morning of my appointment to add on a service. I was told that the massage therapist was on-call and they would have to call to confirm my already confirmed appointment. I was like huh? She explained that the massage therapist has to confirm she will be there. I am still waiting. I called the salon several times and no one is answering the phone. Terrible customer service !!!! Marilyn would be disappointed!!

I truly enjoyed my experience at this salon! It’s clean, modern, open, and the staff are all very friendly. I can’t say enough about my pedicure and manicure with Cathy. After two weeks, I was still receiving compliments on my nails. I have been to other nail salons, but I feel I have found a keeper at Marilyn Monroe Spa. I took my mom and young daughter this afternoon for pedis and manis and they squeezed us in near the end of the day. I never once felt rushed! This is a testament to their customer service and professionalism.
