For two decades now, Oviedo Mall has been a place for friends and families in our community to shop and enjoy time together. If you’re looking for a specific item, we’re home to a variety of clothing, home goods, and entertainment shops that are sure to have just what you need. You can even have fun together as a family over popcorn and a movie at Regal Cinemas or treat yourself to one of our many restaurants. However you choose to spend your day with us, you’ll find staff dedicated to ensuring you have a great time.

Oviedo mall is an older mall that has lost most of its stores. It’s a great place for thespians as it hosts a theatre and two productions companies.
The food court is still a great place to eat but the movie theaters remain closed due to COVID. There is a painting study and a few good shops left.

This is an older mall that never made through expansion. Like most older neglected malls, its located in a suburban Sprawl, in this case Oviedo. Has a move theater. A few locally owned food court eateries. A generic-like family entertainment center with escape rooms and Arcadia which is similar to a generic Kidszania or Wannado city. the Mall is trying but it appears management is hamstrung it lazy. the location just isn’t great. Checkout that green cement point outside the mall doors.
It might be deserted or post apocalypse but if you’ve got nothing to do, it’s a worthy and safe walk.

The Oviedo Mall is a nice addition to the town but definitely not a place where you would want to spend the entire day. In addition to stores, it has a theatre. Cool!

Awful place!!! It’s ONLY redeeming value is Dillard. Went there on a Sunday afternoon and the place was desolate. Had to dodge bucket after bucket after bucket that lined the walkway inside catching water leaking in. I would say at least 70% of the stores were shuttered, not vacant, just closed. The theater and food court area was busy and that was it. Very disappointing.

The mall has a decent amount of shops and eateries. I think it will be better when the Arcade, restaurant and entertainment centedd is finished being built. We can't wait!!

Not a busy location. Plenty of close parking space. Not a lot of walking but not a lot to see. Come early to Regal Cinemas and while your waiting check out the nice book store and surrounding small specialty shops in an hour. You can find some interesting gifts. Grab a casual quick bite at the Mediteranean Cafe or some tasty asian grilled chicken with noodles in the open ceiling spaced courtyard that has a quaint bridge walkway over a small watercreek. Rides for toddlers are a nice detail. Dated Dillards is the most high end fashion dept store and possibly the only one since Macy's jumped ship and left a cavity on one whole side. Empty store fronts are numerous but the windows are decorated to keep you from fleeing. You can get a tattoo or sculpt your eyebrows, trade in gold for cash with little effort. Sears has an automotive repair and nice people to serve you for your home needs. The quality of stores is low-end not bustling with eager shopping crowds but just locals getting some free AC. It has morphed from a potentially once quaint shopping area into a half-baked mall with no special appearance or atmosphere to elevate your shopping experience. It's somewhere to casually get out of the house. The management could do much better in their vision of this location to make it special once again. They are trying. Altamonte is the closest Mall if your looking for more stuff.

The Oviedo Mall is a great spot to beat the heat and enjoy tons of entertainment options as well as shopping. My kids love the Pokémon Hobby Shop Trainers Backpack!
