I was expecting a suburban or something like that but ended up in a big cargo like van. Not impressed with that vehicle. We paid for comfort and didn't get it. The drivers were both on time and very professionals and friendly. One driver did text while driving us and that is not safe at all. I have used this company before so I was disappointed this time!

Sahid was our driver. He was awesome. Was on time. Loaded our luggage easily. He reached out when he was close and then where we could find him. And then on the trip from the cruise port back to the airport he actually came to exactly where we were so we did not have to walk. There were people in our party that could not walk any distance. I truly appreciated that he would do that. The vehicle was clean. He was friendly and well informed of things locally.

Highly recommend. Easy to book, Professional drivers, smooth transfers, very clean vehicles. This is the second time we’ve used this company for airport transfers to and from our Disney resort. We’ve had Nasser and Bassem as drivers, both were wonderful. This past visit I had a resort change twice since I made the original reservation and it was a breeze to submit a modification and I had no hiccups either time. Both trips have been in new, pristine Denali XL or Escalade. Very clean vehicles, drivers were both very professional. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Used Ace from MCO to Port Canaveral and then back after a cruise. Excellant service. I received text messages with the names and pictures of the drivers and text messages letting me know when they were in route and when they arrived. Everything went as smooth as you could hope for. I would definitely reccommend Ace and would use them again.

Ace Luxury is worth every penny. Our personal driver was Jonathan and was a professional from start to finish. The vechile was amazing and the ride was great. Having the person waiting on you and walked you right to a vechile waiting for just your group was amazing. If you’re looking for an amazing service that makes you feel like the rock start this is the one. Have used them twice first time with 11 people and the second time with 4 we will use them from here out when we vacation in Orlando.

Our large family of 8 arrived at a different airport terminal in Orlando than expected but our driver, Jose, gave us necessary directions so we could connect. On our way to a Disney cruise we weren’t looking for any complications? We had a complication in that I inadvertently left my portfolio of travel documents at the USA Customs desk. This was turned over to Westjet staff who walked it over to the baggage claim office where we now were. Again our Ace driver,Jose to the rescue. He “held my hand” during this anxious waiting process and soon we were on our way. Then a smooth 45 minute drive to our hotel in a large, luxurious van. Air travel can be complicated and having such great support from Jose turned what could have been a terrible day into a terrific one!

Ace Luxury Transportation is awesome!! We booked them last minute for our group of 20 people plus baggage, and they were so accommodating!! They kept in touch via email and text to let us know arrival times and our driver, Omar, was punctual and had a great attitude. Definitely a fan of Ace!!

We had a group of 24 ranging in age from 5 months to almost 80 years old. In the past we used the Disney transportation from the airport to our resort. Since Disney discontinued that, we had to search for another way to get a large group transported. Rideshare was not really an option we wanted to use. Luckily we found ACE Luxury. From booking the bus, to meeting it at the loading area and then being picked up for the return trip, everything went smoothly and on time. We will definitely use again.

Used Ace transport for our car service to Disneyworld. Reserved a large SUV for our party of 3. Great communication prior to pickups and drivers were great and professional. Definitely will use them again for our next trip coming up. Private transport is the way to go.
