We use the Groupon for admission. Entry was very easy and my daughter got in for free for her birthday- everyone was great ...,,we just felt a little confused once we got into the experience itself as to what to do and where to go - but we eventually figured it out and the kids had fun. Maybe some more hands-on help from staff would be good helping direct you to the different experiences and explaining what’s what.

It's great you had a fun time for your daughter's birthday. Happy birthday to her! Thank you for your suggestion on how we can improve, and we will be passing it along to our team. We hope for the change to welcome you back to the Crayola Experience Orlando another time.

I went with my 4 old son and 10 year old daughter and my wife and older son went shopping. We went to all the parks but this was my 4 year olds favourite experience of our two week holiday. My kids loved the place. We went mid week and it wasnt very busy. All the staff were lovely and considering how much there is to do its good value. This place is a must do for people with young childern.

My 11 year old daughter and I love Crayola Experience! We live only 20 minutes away, so the annual pass is totally worth it! I only have TWO complaints and the manager could not provide me with any reasonable answers. First, the last few times we went, before the COVID-19 pandemic, it was SO cold in the building that my fingers were literally numb. I would have stayed longer and spent more money had it not been so cold. What is the reason for this? Second, some of the children run wild in the playground area and while there ARE employees supervising, some of the kids are WAY too old to be in there with little ones. The parents are on their phones and not really caring what their children are up to.

This place is a lot of fun. Lots to do inside and teachers/military get a discount! It is cheaper than visiting one of the theme parks. Tickets are around $25 per adult. Anyone any age could have fun here. It is accessible for someone with wheelchair. There is a show about how crayons are made, you can label your own crayon, make wax crayon projects, color a washable toy, play area for kids, selfie stations, video stations, cafe, snacks, melted crayon craft, coloring galore. Connected to the Crayola store in the Florida Mall beside Dick's Sporting Goods, side entrance also available. Definitely would recommend if your looking for something unique to do.
