The park may seem small compared to other parks in Orlando, but it provides an entire day worth of fun! The day pass was definitely worth the price. We went to the Illusion Museum, the Sealife Aquarium, the Wax Museum, and rode the 400 ft tall ferris wheel!
The Illusion Museum was small, but had lots of interactive displays. The staff were friendly and helpful and are willing to take pictures for you.
The Aquarium was AMAZING! The way the tanks are set up really allows you to get up close to all the different marine life. They have interactive domes, tunnels, walkways...you really get to see the fish from all angles.
The Wax Museum was also pretty cool. All the figures had so much detail, they were really lifelike! We felt as if some of them would start moving when we got up close to them.
We rode the Ferris Wheel just as the sun was setting. The view was incredible and romantic. You can also purchase drinks right before you get on, and play your own music in your pod. Very smooth ride without any rocking like some other wheels.
Outside of the main attractions, we also had some great food and drinks. The Yard House has an incredible selection of beer and good food. We also got some fries from Gordon Ramsay's. There's also a lot to look at and do around the green; I got my photo taken with a charming parrot, and we got our caraciture drawn

SUPER FUN IN THE SUN! I enjoyed my ride on the ICON WHEEL. It was beautiful and amazing. March 2021! Would definitely recommend, you, will not be disappointed. The staff was friendly and kind. very efficient with cleaning after every guest. YES!!!. The view is unbelievable. Check out the pictures. The price is reasonable and the line moved swiftly. You can also have your photo taken for an extra fee. They offer drinks and snacks prior to your ride, which is cool, you can also take those food items on the ride. I highly recommend.

We were lucky enough to be able to attend the lighting of the Icon Park 50ft Christmas Tree on 01/12/2021 and it was fantastic. Being from the UK, we got to experience how the locals get together and celebrate. We got first hand experience of the community spirit and there were performances from several schools all over Orlando, the I-trolley barbershop quartet (who were fab) and so many other things.

How do you describe icon park if you’re a UK tourist…..Blackpool but more expensive!!
We purchased the Play Pass that allows you the chance to sample the main attractions.
The Orlando eye : great views and we enjoyed this but it’s expensive for what it is.
SeaLife : Tiny experience overall and we got round it in 15 mins.
4D ride : Absolutely terrible, if you’re unlucky enough to pay for this before you read a review I’m sorry. Graphics look like they came from an old original PlayStation and the screen is blurred as hell. How anyone can sell this as an attraction is beyond me, complete and utter rip off.
Madame Tussaud’s: ok, short but entertaining
Arcade: A scam like good old Blackpool but at premium prices
Illusion place: ok, nothing special and entertaining for about 10 minutes.
Overall poor experience for the price

We went on a Friday around lunch time. We ate at the Yard House which was really good. Around 2:00 we went and bought tickets for the wheel, we are Florida residents so we got a discount. I think it was very overpriced for the amount of time you were on the wheel. Also there was a lady narrating inside of your ride and she was so loud that my boyfriend and I had to yell at each other to try to talk. They should have that option to turn it off if you don't want to hear it. We live local so we didn't need to hear all those things. Those were actually the only two things we did while we were there. It was not too crowded at that time of day and while we were outside I felt that masks were optional because there wasn't that many people. But inside buildings we always wore a mask. I would probably go there to eat again but I wouldn't go on the wheel again I thought it was too expensive for what you got.

Icon Park, formerly the Orlando Eye, is a shell of its former self, despite the addition of restaurants and shops. The attractions (wheel, wax museum, aquarium) are basically intact, with some appeal, although greatly missed is the inspirational pre-show for the wheel in which a young girl dreams of one day becoming an astronaut. This film also helped with crowd management.
As others have stated, parking is a problem. The fact that there is no charge for parking is terrific, but the driver must be especially careful...
The main reason for my "Terrible" rating is the staffing. It is clear that management is trying to cut corners by having a skeleton crew, perhaps a nod to the Skeletons attraction on site. The ticket sales counter inside the entrance was staffed by 1 employee, despite the very long line of customers. The entrances to the wax museum and the aquarium were staffed by just 1 employee each. There were very few employees staffing the wheel, one of whom handled security issues and one of whom was a very busy bartender (although why someone needs an alcoholic drink to ride a Ferris wheel is beyond my comprehension).
Being intentionally short-staffed on a very busy day in June at the peak of tourist season is shortsighted and, frankly, dumb. It results in poor customer service, and it puts too much stress on the employees.
One last thing: someone should tell the photographers at the wax museum and aquarium entrances that they have no business telling customers to take off their masks. There are all these signs about how they are trying to keep their customers safe, so telling a customer to take off a protective mask, even for a moment for taking a photo, defeats the purpose.
When the Orlando Eye opened in 2015, it was a much better place, one that I visited quite often in its first 2 years. But Icon Park has gone downhill...

I haven’t been there in I guess will be a cold day you know where when I do. I bought my tickets online and mistakenly bought child tickets but I needed adult tickets. I spent two weeks calling this company and emailing them and getting zero response about changing the tickets to adult tickets. It appears to be a one-man show when you call there they have options 1, 2, or 3 yet the same person has a different voice mail for each option. Every time this Jonathan Riviera fellow is the rep for 1)ticket sales 2)customer service and 3) speak to a manager. Make sure you buy the right ticket because they’re obviously intent on ripping me off.

Had an afternoon to kill so decided to come here. Was surprisingly difficult to find the free car park, signposting could be better. The wheel is amazing, but expensive. Strangely the customer service desk wouldn't sell us tickets for the internet price, so I logged onto the free WiFi, bought the tickets and saved a few bucks!
There is a Skyride swing which takes your way up in the air and spins you round. Again, expensive but fun. Not much else to do during the day. I think this is more an evening place for eating and drinking.

Horrible Horrible Horrible! Purchased the park pass. Half the stuff needed reservations which you weren’t told about until after you purchased your pass. Lines were long gave preference to people just buying an individual tickets. 1/2 the stuff that was supposed to be included was to full to use and they suggested you come back another day! Total waste of $$ very over priced for what you get

We went to ICON Park when rain threatened (and over spring break) and bought the Play Pass (for 7 attractions). The place was super disorganized: Where is the entrance? Where can you buy the Play Pass? How do you order and pick up food? Where are water fountains? Our highlights were The Wheel (no line), the Museum of Illusions (timed entry means no crowds and it's cool), the 7D Ride (but it's a long wait for a short ride - do Carnival!), and the Aquarium. The Arcade was nuts, avoid the too-expensive, too-easy Mirror Maze in the Arcade. And even though a food kiosk may say "Order Here", you don't, you order at other kiosks and pick up in a central area for them all. Not clear at all. And, frankly, not great food either.

Do you have to pay to enter the park? I.e. Just to eat at a restaurant in the park?

It's not an amusement park, so no entry fee. It's just an area that has several restaurants and a couple of attractions within walking distance from each other.

I know parking is free, but is it ample, how far is it from the park? Are there shuttles? What restaurant would you recommend?

Thanks for the question. We don't run into issues with running out of parking here at ICON Park on a regular basis.
The parking garage is not far from the complex, probably about a 2 - 5 minute walk depending on where you park.
Once you get the complex all of the attractions, restaurants and shops are located in very close proximity in the complex.

Muchas gracias
