    Fun all round
Really decent choice of bars a restaurants, a fun arcade and big wheel. Was nice to escape the craziness of the hotel and park restaurants for an evening. A bit more reasonably priced than park restaurants as well.

    Great Day at Icon Park
We spent a Saturday at Icon Park and had so much fun. Highly recommend the Fun Pass for all attractions. We enjoyed everything they have. The wheel was awesome at sunset. Lots of good restaurants here too!

Big thanks to the management and employees
Me and my boyfriend visited Icon Park at the beginning of this month and were having difficulties with our tickets. I can't say how much I appreciate the manager Jonathan and the lady working at the front (I forget her name I'm so sorry) at icon park for all they did for me and my boyfriend! They truly went above and beyond and were so sweet and kind and helpful in the process! Me and my boyfriend had a great time there visiting all three attractions! Thanks again for all you guys did you truly are the best example of great customer service ❤️

    Loved it
What a neat place to explore - walked around and took in the sights and looked at all they had to offer. Lots of restaurants and little shops and it was quite clean for the amount of people there were. Didn’t make it there at night when it was all lit up - but a very neat place to go

    A must when visiting Orlando
Been visiting Icon Park since 2015 and I’m always amazed by its new attractions, shops and variety of restaurants. There’s plenty of free and paid parking. Great place to bring family or date. Unfortunately during my last visit a VERY RUDE security staff yelled at me for taking pictures from the back parking lot. Never had any issues before. On the bright side it’s great to know they take security seriously. Definitely coming back!

    Fun hangout
Outdoor hangout with restaurants and activities. Would be fun for kids but also a good time just adults. Vibe seemed laid back and lots of options around. The Ferris wheel was a tad pricey but pretty cool.

a little breath of fresh air
I didn't partake in any of the activities or museums at ICON (I was just there for a little foodie tour), but it was a neat little area (about 5 square blocks?), with a variety of funky attractions, restaurants, bars, and vendors. Walkable from several hotels on I-Drive, so you could take a break from the car/shuttle/Uber and big theme parks and chill out here for 1/2 a day or day. Good date night spot, too, for locals.

Fun place to visit and eat, plenty of restaurants Yardbird worth eating at
We were looking for a place to eat. The park offers free parking in the garage only on floors 4-7. Offers paired and valet parking on other levels. The sky wheel was closed due to weather. The arcade was nice and good for the kids. We ate at Yardbird and it was fantastic. Great food, hot, large sizes

We went on a Friday around lunch time. We ate at the Yard House which was really good. Around 2:00 we went and bought tickets for the wheel, we are Florida residents so we got a discount. I think it was very overpriced for the amount of time you were on the wheel. Also there was a lady narrating inside of your ride and she was so loud that my boyfriend and I had to yell at each other to try to talk. They should have that option to turn it off if you don't want to hear it. We live local so we didn't need to hear all those things. Those were actually the only two things we did while we were there. It was not too crowded at that time of day and while we were outside I felt that masks were optional because there wasn't that many people. But inside buildings we always wore a mask. I would probably go there to eat again but I wouldn't go on the wheel again I thought it was too expensive for what you got.

ICON Park has tremendous potential. However, we were there on Christmas Day and it was really busy and raining throughout the day. It has a whole lot of restaurants and bars and it also has The Skeleton Museum, the wax museum and other attractions.

We visited here on Christmas Day and were glad they were open on the holiday (so we didn't waste a site-seeing day); we also appreciated that they offered free onsite parking. This is a pleasant place to spend some time, with numerous attractions to keep kids happy, as well as places to eat and relax. The admission costs for the various attractions here are quite high and would be cost-prohibitive for most families, yet there were many groups and couples milling about. We were there to visit the Skeleton museum and SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium (both reviewed separately). We also had lunch in their food court and waited over 30 minutes for mini-pizzas.

Thank you for the informative review, ellenbee56! We are happy to hear you enjoyed the many attractions and dining options available here at ICON Park. Next time you visit please check out our combo ticket options, as well as our fly & dine packages. These tickets are a great way to play more for less. Sincerely,

Icon Park, formerly the Orlando Eye, is a shell of its former self, despite the addition of restaurants and shops. The attractions (wheel, wax museum, aquarium) are basically intact, with some appeal, although greatly missed is the inspirational pre-show for the wheel in which a young girl dreams of one day becoming an astronaut. This film also helped with crowd management.

As others have stated, parking is a problem. The fact that there is no charge for parking is terrific, but the driver must be especially careful...

The main reason for my "Terrible" rating is the staffing. It is clear that management is trying to cut corners by having a skeleton crew, perhaps a nod to the Skeletons attraction on site. The ticket sales counter inside the entrance was staffed by 1 employee, despite the very long line of customers. The entrances to the wax museum and the aquarium were staffed by just 1 employee each. There were very few employees staffing the wheel, one of whom handled security issues and one of whom was a very busy bartender (although why someone needs an alcoholic drink to ride a Ferris wheel is beyond my comprehension).

Being intentionally short-staffed on a very busy day in June at the peak of tourist season is shortsighted and, frankly, dumb. It results in poor customer service, and it puts too much stress on the employees.

One last thing: someone should tell the photographers at the wax museum and aquarium entrances that they have no business telling customers to take off their masks. There are all these signs about how they are trying to keep their customers safe, so telling a customer to take off a protective mask, even for a moment for taking a photo, defeats the purpose.

When the Orlando Eye opened in 2015, it was a much better place, one that I visited quite often in its first 2 years. But Icon Park has gone downhill...

Horrible Horrible Horrible! Purchased the park pass. Half the stuff needed reservations which you weren’t told about until after you purchased your pass. Lines were long gave preference to people just buying an individual tickets. 1/2 the stuff that was supposed to be included was to full to use and they suggested you come back another day! Total waste of $$ very over priced for what you get

My husband and I were in Orlando celebrating our 4 year wedding anniversary. We decided before traveling to visit Icon Park. We purchased in advanced tickets to The Wheel, Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum, and Sea Life Aquarium. Our tickets included one free picture at the wax museum and aquarium.

We ate lunch at Yardhouse before being adventurous. Delicious and reasonably priced.

We rode The Wheel first. There was no wait in line. There is a mini bar where you wait in line for a pod. But we had just eaten and skipped the bar. The view during the day time was amazing. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic we had our pod all to ourselves.

Second, we toured Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum. Again no wait in line, the counter lady was nice, and we posed for our picture. They are serious about non contact. Please print your tickets at home or have the barcode readily available on your phone to be scanned. The museum is nice and cool temperature. Awesome if traveling with an elderly family member who can’t tolerate the Florida heat.

Lastly, we toured the Sea Life Aquarium. Our tickets were scanned, pictures were taken and off we went to explore. The aquarium does allow pictures, but no flash photography because some of the fish are sensitive to light. It was a very tranquil and serene tour.

Before we left, we enjoyed a bowl of ice cream at Ben & Jerry’s.

We enjoyed our time spent at Icon Park and there is something for all ages to do.

Can you please check the spelling and grammar of my review?: Icon Park is a very expensive tourist attraction that is located in the heart of Orlando in the center of infamous International Drive.
It is family-friendly by day, offering kids a chance to drain their parent’s pockets at the aquarium, candy store, or the very limited number of carnival-type rides.
Beware: the rides may look innocent, but they will be sure to put a dent in your wallet for just one loop around the hardly moving Ferris-wheel.
When night falls over the city, this area tends to lose its family friendliness and becomes a bit more… Rowdy. This is mostly due to the fact that Icon park is surrounded on all sides by bars, pubs, and live music venues that naturally seem to attract those looking for a drink…or two…or, well…a lot more. I am in no way implying that it isn’t safe for your little ones when the lights come on, but I would be far more careful on the roads around the area if you are driving.
It is said that you will find world-class shopping at Icon. I haven’t witnessed much more than a few jewelry stands and vendors selling cell phone cases. There is also a Walgreens.
You do the math.
As far as restaurants are concerned, there are a plethora of choices. You can fulfill almost any craving and any type of cuisine, including delectable desserts.
I also highly advise steering clear of the park’s notoriously dangerous parking garage. It is known for frequent and sometimes disastrous collusions. The garage’s spots are crammed together, probably in an attempt to squeeze as many vehicles as possible at one time. And it’s not cheap to park in it, either. (As you may have guessed.)
Instead, I recommend parking by the Orlando Welcome Center. There is an affordable and much safer garage at the intersection of Sand Lake Rd. and International Dr., only a 5-minute stroll to Icon Park.
After visiting Icon many times over the years, I have concluded that there are an endless number of cool things to do and see within the Orlando borders. If you don’t make it to Icon Park, you will experience many of the same, if not better, adventures almost anywhere in Central Florida.

SUPER FUN IN THE SUN! I enjoyed my ride on the ICON WHEEL. It was beautiful and amazing. March 2021! Would definitely recommend, you, will not be disappointed. The staff was friendly and kind. very efficient with cleaning after every guest. YES!!!. The view is unbelievable. Check out the pictures. The price is reasonable and the line moved swiftly. You can also have your photo taken for an extra fee. They offer drinks and snacks prior to your ride, which is cool, you can also take those food items on the ride. I highly recommend.

Much smaller than expected. A bunch of restaurants, a few shops, a small aquarium, the Wheel, and Madam Tussauds. We didn’t see the latter. The Wheel was fun but not worth the price. The large ice cream and burgers restaurant serves large portion sundaes outside at a window. But the outdoor seating is for folks who go inside for table service. There are no benches or tables anywhere in this “park” other than those for customers at one of the restaurants. The brownie that came with our sundae was delicious. But the ice cream was tasteless and the whipped cream was the fake non dairy kind. For $12. However: Food at Tapas Toro was good and our server Pedro was wonderful. Parking is free, so if you just go for Spanish food and wine, without further expectations, you will have a better experience than if you go to make the “park” anything more than it is.

I haven’t been there in I guess will be a cold day you know where when I do. I bought my tickets online and mistakenly bought child tickets but I needed adult tickets. I spent two weeks calling this company and emailing them and getting zero response about changing the tickets to adult tickets. It appears to be a one-man show when you call there they have options 1, 2, or 3 yet the same person has a different voice mail for each option. Every time this Jonathan Riviera fellow is the rep for 1)ticket sales 2)customer service and 3) speak to a manager. Make sure you buy the right ticket because they’re obviously intent on ripping me off.
