Our tour with Michael far exceeded any expectations we had. Michael went above and beyond every step of the way to ensure we had the perfect experience and got to do every single ride and see every attraction we wanted to. We didn’t wait more than 10 minutes for anything and were able to fit everything in without feeling rushed! Our 2 year old who won’t stay with anyone even stayed back with him while the rest of us went on a ride!! That in and of itself was amazing! We will recommend Michael to everyone we know and will never do Disney again without his help! Truly cannot say enough good things!!

We were blown away by our experience with Michael's VIP at Disneyland and California Adventure Park in CA. Our tour guide Rob was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable about both parks. His understanding of traffic flow and how best to navigate the parks led to very reasonable (15-20min) wait times at almost all the rides including minimal 5min wait times at some of the best rides in the park via his guidance on how best to approach rope drop and maximize the morning hours. Now, we visited when FastPass was discontinued and Lighting Lanes/Genie+ had not yet launched. If those had been around, it would have been even more amazing. We were also impressed with the level of customer service involved. He pushed our stroller (seriously worth its weight in gold!), grabbed our ROTC boarding passes, helped pick up waters and churros while we were on rides, handled lunches including grabbing tables for our large group, and was generally just fun to be around. Note - we took an official Disney VIP tour after our two days with Michael's and would say the level of customer service and value for your money was much better with Michael's. The official tour was great in its own right but not sure justified by the 3-4x in cost. We accomplished a ton with minimal to zero stress with Michael's. Would highly recommend it (and Rob!) for any Disney trips. We ourselves will never visit Disney without this service again and cannot stop raving about it to our friends!

My extended family and I just returned from Orlando for a week after Christmas at the all 4 Disney parks. After one hour with our guide from Michael's VIPs, we all agreed that this was the best money we'd ever spent! Keep in mind we were visiting during Disney's 50th Anniversary and the week after Christmas, which is the busiest week of the year. Also keep in mind that I did not use Michael's to plan/book my lodging and other activities. We used them exclusively for our park visits. We had 4 adults and 5 children in our party. Read on for the specifics. Be prepared to get up early. We met our guide every morning between 6:25am - 6:45am. Be prepared to literally be the first visitors in line. Be prepared for your kids to become best friends with your guide! It's like having a babysitter with you the entire day. Be prepared to be done with your day at the park by 3pm and sitting by the resort pool while all the other people are still waiting in line for the attractions. That's how efficient and awesome Michael's guides are. Magic Kingdom - rode 7 dwarfs, It's a Small World, Pirates of Caribbean, Splash Mountain, Little Mermaid, Thunder Mountain, Magic Carpets, saw a parade, Space Mountain and Haunted Mansion by 2:45pm!!! Magic Kingdom in one day - Check! Hollywood Studios - All Star Wars rides, Frozen Sing-A-Long, Indiana Jones Stunt Show, Tower of Terror, Slinky Dog Dash, and Mickey/Minnie's Runaway Railway by 4pm! Hollywood Studios in one day - Check! Epcot - Every single ride at Epcot except Remmy's because it was shut down. Epcot in one day - Check! Animal Kingdom - First group for Flights of Passage - no waiting 3 to 4 hours like everyone else, Avatar boat ride, Animal Safari, Expedition Everest - Twice, Kali River Rapids, Lion King Show, Bird Show, Dinosaur Jeep Ride by 1pm! - Animal Kingdom done by in one day - Check! In summary, my advice is to avoid staying "on property" and use the savings for Michael's VIP. Our guide Darian was amazing, and our kids loved her and literally cried when we left her on the last day! You can do every park in one day, which eliminates the need to spend an entire week at Disney. Michael's takes what is already an expensive and stressful trip and really turns it into a magical experience for your family!

Michael knows absolutely every trick you can possibly know at Disney. He's a pro's pro. He knows which turnstile to enter Epcot at (the left ones), the best way to get to Magic Kingdom (walk from The Gran Floridian), the best order to do the popular rides at each park, which rides to skip altogether, which rides will work for your children's ages, which snack will tie them over until lunch (Dole Whip). He even knows how to get you a spot on Rise of the Resistance! He can be exactly what you want him to be. He can entertain your kids, or he can stay in the background. He can watch your stuff/stroller while you take a ride, or he can sit next to your children to make sure they don't get scared. Even on days you don't use Michael, he's happy to text/call you and help you strategize your day. He's well worth the cost, and he will lower the stress of your visit dramatically. I can't speak for his employees, but if Michael is training them, I'm sure they're all just as good.
