This is the biggest record store in town but also the most expensive. There's no joy in finding the title you want when it's priced double what you could get it online for including shipping. Having said that, I always try to stop in when I'm in the area.

This place is fantastic. Large shop with a huge selection of vinyl, cd's and memorabilia. Owner is very knowledgable and helpful. Pricing is just about right and the shop is very honest with regards vinyl condition. Spent a great afternoon here - would highly recommend.

I used to visit this used record/cd store whenever I was in Orlando. The one thing I liked about them is that they gave a fair price (as compared to other used record/cd stores) when they purchased your items. However, during my last couple of visits, they were only offering a $1 or less per item. The reasoning behind this as I was told was that "used record/cd sales were slow....business was not as good." It was my choice to accept what they were paying even if it was a lower amount. But, when I would visit the store, the same item they paid me $1 or less was marked at $10 or higher. I feel, if you are going to use the excuse of "poor mouth" I think you should be a little more upfront and truthful in your dealings with your customers. Sure they have overhead, but that much markup is inexcusable. I was in the store the other day and brought in a few new items. Granted, it is understood that they are not always going to want or accept the items one brings in. But during this time, the guy behind the counter made some rude comments about the merchandise and shoved my items very hard across the counter. I did not appreciate how he was handling my possessions. He would not want me or any customer handling his items that way...so don't do it to mine. I will not be back. BTW, while standing at the counter I saw a used vinyl copy of Saturday Night Fever marked at $35. I had to look at the price more than once to see if I had read it correctly. This is not rare vinyl in my opinion and can easily be found at Goodwill/Salvation Army thrift stores for $1 or less. Just saying.

This place must think their vinyl is made of gold or something. They’re selling stuff at premium price that’s not even a collectors item— a CCR 45 single without a picture sleeve is priced at $10-$15. This is an item that I’ve bought repeatedly WITH the original picture sleeve for less than $5.

LPs are upward of $25-$50 for really easy to find stuff. I’d say pass on this one u less you just want to go look around at the stuff.

Due to Jaggers heart surgery and flights / accommodation we couldn’t cancel my family had two weeks in Orlando with no Stones concert (Jacksonville) to go to as the centrepiece. As a music & record nut I decided to look up a few stores to visit whilst in the area. Coming out top of the list was this one, it didn’t disappoint. Huge stock range, friendly greeting on entry and a real sense that to the owners it’s never ‘just business’ and not a hint of snobbish ‘know-all-ness’ that you sometimes come across. I have to agree with other reviewers and say that price wise there aren’t many bargains hidden here but the prices are fair (in my opinion) and the condition is absolutely top notch. More than happy to play a disc for you if that’s what you want, I needed to hear the first track on an album as I couldn't remember if it was actually the right one I was after! If records are your thing you’ll know that there’s more than just buying stuff that appeals when visiting these stores & although it’s always difficult to explain what it is, this store has it.

The store has an amazing selection of records, both LPs and 45s. I found some things that I haven’t found anywhere else. Also, even the used records are of very high quality and clean. When I’m looking for something hard to find, that I also want to be in top notch condition, this is one of the first places I’ll look. That said, it seems to be missing the “discount” section — a selection of LPs that play well, but for $5, or so. I’d love to have copies of several old 80’s albums, but they don’t need to be perfect and I’m not willing to pay “perfect” prices for them.

By way of comparison, I found of copy of Midge Ure’s “Answers to Nothing” at another store in Knoxville, a sealed never opened copy for $8. The same record at this store sells for $30!!! Maybe the market in Orlando is different than Knoxville, but by that much seems crazy. I guess since there is a pot dispensary across the street they can capitalize on people coming in high and not caring about cost.

Nice way to spend sometime if you are a fan of a variety of music. Every genre you could think of and a big selection at that. Fun paraphernalia scattered walls and shelves, pins, stickers, shirts and posters. Guys were friendly and helpful. Good time.

For some one who's older enough to have seen all the good groups (i.e. the Beatles and those little known...ah the Doors, to name a couple) this place with all its records and souvenir items is like returning to my ill spent hippie youth, They have records for everyone you can think of and several you probably have never heard of. There is a mask of the creature of the Black Lagoon and covering all manner of Rock and Roll as well as general social items from TV and the like as well---there's also a huge collection of used DVDs. The Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and all in al a visit here is more than just going to a music store. Try it you might like it I do.
