Awesome place to visit! We had a really good time and the experience was worth the cost (about $110 for two adults and a preschooler). There’s a tunnel tank, a touch tank, lots of different species to look at, interactive exhibits, and plenty to explore. My only tip is that this aquarium would definitely not be considered sensory friendly: if you or your child don’t like dark spaces with bright lights, lots of noise, and crowds, this would be something you’d want to skip.

What a great way to learn appreciation of the sea. This walk through aquarium is perfect for all ages with low viewing areas as well as full, walk through ones. The touch pool is great to get up close and feel nature and the walk through exhibit and tunnels allow you to feel like you’re in the ocean itself. I would highly recommend this stop. Go on line and get your tickets for a $6 savings.

We visited here on Christmas day and were glad to find it open on the holiday. This is not a large aquarium, but what is there is well done and engaging. The exhibits are colorful and well-lit. We liked how many of the smaller tanks were convex in shape and at low enough levels that you can get very up-close views of the fish. We saw some species that were new to us; we enjoyed watching the huge sea turtle making his rounds. All in all, we spent 45-60 minutes total to see everything leisurely.

Signs for pre-purchase ticket is very vague. Just by following the sign, we were trying to enter and literally got yelled at by the employ. What's the point of pre-purchase? Definitely not a great experience when you try to visit with your family. They should change the sign to read all guests enter instead of having a separate line looking entrance with a sign saying pre-purchased ticket.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience entering the attraction. Our pre-purchase is to ensure entry as we do often sell out certain time slots during busy holidays and weekends. The wait time to get to admissions is generally less than 10 minutes. Our line to the right is currently used for stroller parking or large school groups to go over rules prior to entering. There are times when we have already sold out various time slots, where we will alter our queue to best fit. In those times, those wanting to buy tickets are directed to do so online and we pause any on-site ticket sales.
With large crowds, in order for everyone to be able to hear the host, they sometimes do have to speak louder in order to project the information. This ensures that guests either have their tickets already, or if they are purchasing that they know we only accept credit or debit cards.

Sea world is starting to come back from the years of negative press from PETA. IT was good to see some of the old seawarld that my kids and i grew up with. We have been annual pass holder since the mid 1980s and ALWAYS HAD FUN.

Thank you for swimming by and giving us a 5-star review! We are sorry you missed our mermaid event in October but are glad that you still were able to enjoy the animals in their various habitats.

the trip was overall amazing!! the staff were so kind! bathrooms are very clean.
if i had to pick my favorite thing it would have been the dolphin show!! (sit in the wet section!!) they showed a lot of tricks.
I would say they need to make the speakers louder so we can hear them better. very kid-friendly, my cousins loved it. but the adults loved it just as much!!!

Me and my husband went by ourselves. We paid $67 for just the regular tour. It didn't take but 45 minutes to through the complete tour. All that we saw was different kinds of fish and a few other type of things. This definitely was not worth the money. I don't recommend this place for the money they charge.

We are sorry to hear that we did not live up to your expectations. Most guests enjoy observing and learning about our animals from our education team. We currently have over 3000 animals inside including zebra sharks, blacktip sharks, epaulette sharks, bonnethead sharks, moray eels, stingrays, green sea turtle, loggerhead sea turtle, jellyfish, axolotls, a variety of local Florida and tropical fish and much more.

Good deal if you get a combo ticket with wax museum and wheel. The place is clean. Tanks were clean with happy fish. Unusual fish and along with sharks and rays. Second visit. Liked them both.

First let me say my family and I have been visiting Sea Life from the time they opened a few years ago and normally love the place. But today was different, All because of one rude staff member named David who was working the front counter at 3pm today 6/20/2017. It's amazing how one person can just completely ruin the experience for you, we may as well just thru $60 bucks in the trash and left because nobody could enjoy the exhibit after our front desk experience with David.
We save all year to make this yearly trip down from Iowa so we try to hit as much as we can. In this case we know it gets busy and we only had a short window of time so we bought our tickets ahead of time at our resort and the gentleman from the resort said you don't wait in line just go straight to the enter gate. And as expected when we got there there was a very long line and we headed right to the entry gate thankful that we had bought ahead. As we got close to the gate a this David person started yelling at us before even looking at our tickets "GO TO THE BACK OF THE LINE!!" I told him I have tickets and the refused to even look at them be and said again "vouchers need to go to the back of the line so you need to go back out and get in the back of that line" and pointed to the very long line. I tried telling him that I was told to go to the gate and he said "NOPE GO BACK TO THE LINE!" And was just very rude about the hole thing and never did look at my tickets. So we did go to the back of the line, and waited for 20minutes before we got back to the counter again. When I handed another gentleman my "vouchers" he said we didn't need to come to the counter we just needed to go to the gate. WTF!! So you can imagine I am pretty ticked off st this point. So a said well could you explain to David!! And when this guy walked over David argued with him also until he finally shut his mouth and looked at the tickets David said "OH" he scanned the ticket and said in a very snotty voice "You can go in now". We did go in but by then we had very little time left and were so pissed it really wasn't worth it. Doubt we will go back now and our trip is almost over. If I thought it would do any good I would call and complain but another waist of time I don't think will make a difference. We fly back on Monday, thanks for ruining a day of our long awaited trip David! And Sea Life.

Looking at a 7 hour layover at Orlando Airport. Wondering if we grabbed a cab to and from if this might be a good way to spend that time. Anyone think it worth it?
Written April 26, 2018
We really enjoyed it. Very interactive. And fun for all ages. If you have 3 hours here, you would have seen everything and really had a relaxing time.

what % of animals are wild caught? is it 79% as quoted for one of your other locations by your head office? Also, as with that location, do you 'cull' animals that are too big for their display location?

I hope you were able to actually speak with the curators of seal life orlando, most of us were just visitors of the attraction and would more than likely not have the information you are looking for.
