Daniel was fantastic with his energy, attitude and knowledge around the park. We had such a good first day that we added him the next day at another park. Would recommend to all

We did a private tour with Carly at Magic Kingdom! She got the girls on all the rides they wanted and the characters that they wanted to see. She worked with other tour guides for seats at restaurants and parades. They reserved is space to sit with a blanket to sit on, took our orders and went and got treats as we sat. At lunch one of the tour guide had a table ready for us after they preordered our food. Everything was there right down to napkins and all the condiments. Then THEY waited in line and brought our food to us. Carly did fun things at the rides. She had gems that she gave the girls after the Mine Ride. Eye patches for Pirates of the Carribean. She even brought gold coins for Grandpa to give the girls from the treasure chest on the ride. We asked Carly to come back for the fireworks. She saved us a great spot and even came up with an extra Express ride for the girls! Thank you VIP tours and especially Carly! Praying you are all staying safe during Covid 19 and can get back to making dreams come true soon!!

My family was blown away by the seamless organization of the entire experience. From Danielle and Charlotte contacting me from the beginning getting our thoughts on rides, restaurant reservations, transportation, stroller arrangements, etc. Upon meeting BJ at the park, he greeted us with donuts and was the first one in line holding our spot at the park entrance. Even including the new Star Wars attractions, we got on every ride we wanted and didn’t wait more than 10 minutes. He also arranged for my son to complete Jedi Training and had a blanket arranged for the rest of us to have prime seating to watch. During our last visit to Disney (a year ago) we didn’t use this service and just the line to sign up for Jedi Training was over an hour. BJ was a pleasure to be around and made best friends with our 4 year old son. On the second day, our son was asking if he could ride with BJ instead of us. He became part of our family and was such a joy to be around. The various assistants helping and holding spots were also awesome. They were friendly and engaged with my son making us all feel special. BJ made each ride memorable. He gave our son a plastic jewel from the Seven Dwarf’s Mine Train and said he reached up and grabbed it for him from the ride. My son believed it and LOVED it! We even got to ride the Seven Dwarf’s Mine Train twice with no wait. On the Peter Pan ride, he sprinkled pixie dust (glitter) on my son to help make him fly. Even on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride, he gave us all eye patches to be in character and left a gold coin by son’s feet for him to find after the ride was complete. On the It’s a Small World ride, he narrated all the countries, and gave us all a coin to throw into the water for us to make a wish. Since there was 3 of us and most rides are 2 seaters, BJ was my riding buddy. I’m extremely scared of heights but with his calming nature and mental prep, I rode on every ride without hesitation. The thoughtfulness truly could go on and on. We opted for quick meals and after reviewing the menu, our table was reserved for us with no wait. BJ delivered our food and even helped us clean up after. He pushed the stroller the entire time, got us waters, juice, anything we needed throughout the day. For the parade, a spot in the shade was reserved for us and BJ even got us ice cream as a treat while we relaxed. After visiting Disney twice on our own (without this service) and once using the Disney VIP Classics Tour, My VIP Tour is by far the best. We will never go to Disney without using My VIP Tour again.

This was our second trip to Disney World and second time using My VIP Tour. The concierge at my VIP made planning so easy. We emailed our wish list of top attractions and reservations and they made great recommendations as well based on our preferences as a family. Transportation, stroller rental, etc. was all taken care of for us. Our tour guide Kelly was absolutely wonderful! She connected immediately with all 3 children such that they all wanted to ride next to her instead of each other. Her knowledge of the parks is incredible, including spots for really cool photo opportunities, Disney trivia to please my inquisitive 8 year old, and special surprises about the rides. We didn't open a map the entire time we walked with Kelly in any park. Using My VIP Tour truly makes Disney a vacation. It was such a pleasure to have no stress about making sure our kids were able to see the characters they wanted or get to enjoy specific rides. We highly recommend My VIP Tour if you want the best Disney experience.

Christina Martin was our guide for 4 days at Disneyworld and Universal. There were 6 of us, 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 granddaughters. Like other travelers on this site, my praise for VIP Tours and Christina's work is absolute top shelf, and the performance of her team that week was pretty amazing. But, what set the week apart for me was to watch how Christina and the team performed when something went sideways. Stuff happens in the parks...rides shut down temporarily, kids get upset, stuff is forgotten back at the hotel, shuttles are missed, rain comes in, yesterday's choice for dinner today all of the sudden doesn't sound so good. No matter what happened with the 6 of us for the entire week, the plans were seamlessly changed to reflect the new reality, and we wasted no time, energy, or tears that would have occurred had we been on our own. A perfect example was the Hagrid's Motorcycle ride on our Day 1 at Universal. Christina is there hours early to secure our spot at the front of the entrance. We show up just in time for coffees to be delivered by her team, and the gates to then open. Even as some people ran past us to the ride's entrance, we still were among the first 50 in line. Unfortunately, the park had to delay the ride's opening, something that apparently happens quite often. After waiting for a time, Christina came to my family, and took us out of the line and told us to go close by to two other big rides that we walked on to almost immediately. By time we exited the second, she had arranged behind the scenes for us to re-enter the queue at the same place at the Hagrid ride as before, which then re-opened. With her magic (this was just one of 25 different episodes that required crazy behind-the-scenes details to be worked out) we rode that ride, and our older granddaughter even rode it 3 times with no additional waiting. The line for Hagrid was two hours as we left it, and in the space of our first hour in the park, we had ridden that ride, the big Harry Potter ride, and the roller coaster just by an easy re-direct from Christina. ( I can attest it wasn't easy at all, but it sure felt that way to us). I will only go to Universal/Disneyworld with VIP Tours. Amazing! Mike Hammer/Scottsdale, Arizona

Hi Mike! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such an amazing 5-Star review :) I am so glad that you and your family loved Christina as much as we do and were able to have stress free days in the parks together. We really take pride in how quickly our guides can think on their toes for those unexpected situations that are bound to happen! Thanks again, Mike. I hope to hear from you again in the near future! - Danielle
