The production quality for these games is pretty good. This location (near Ripley's) has been open for years and while there is ware and tear and you can see some people were pretty zealous in their search for clues, the rooms I've seen here were in great condition.
Game master was very attentive and clues/hints showed that they were paying attention to us and gave us only the minimum nudge we needed when we got stuck and had missed a clue.
The clues were very logical and made a linear path from one lock to another. It made the game easy to follow despite being across 3 'rooms'. My only complaint is that the linear progression of the puzzles meant that a group larger than ours might not have enough stuff to do to keep everyone actively engaged at once.

My friends and I went to play Spec Ops with Charline as our game guide and had a total blast! Game was very well designed, very digital, and overall a cool theme. When asked for clues, Charline gave us great clues without giving too much away. She was kind, personable, and had great energy! We were able to escape with ample time left and were so pumped, we had to book another right then!
Playground was the next game and it was honestly, better than Spec Ops in my opinion. My group had an extremely fun time in this room, working together on different puzzles, a good variety of them. Niko was our game guide for this one (C-Rod, shoutout to your bro, he did an awesome job!) and he did a great job keeping us on track with the right clues. The room was colorful, fun, and just very different from most escape games I have played. We got out with 3 minutes left and were all very ecstatic doing the last task.
Alyssa was working the front desk and had a great attitude from check-in, after our game, to booking our next, and greeting my group when we came back. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to talk to! Props to her for swiftly taking care of my group quickly through the re-booking process.
I’ve now played all the games here and there’s no place like it. The cleanliness, friendly staff, diverse game selection, it all really can’t be beat. During this extremely strange year, it was nice to escape for a few hours and just have a good time with some friends figuring out some puzzles.

We did The Heist and it was so interactive and fun! There were so many twists and turns. Everyone was wearing masks and everything was sanatized. We felt very safe given the current conditions. I highly recommend this experience to everyone looking for an escape room! The staff was very friendly, welcoming , and helpful! We plan on going back to do more it was so great!

We had such a great time at the escape game Orlando! Our game guide Yasmin was absolutely amazing. She made sure that everyone knew the rules and felt 100% comfortable during the game. We had some Escape Game Newbies in our crew and Yasmin assured them that everything would be okay. After our game she even told us how many other games are at the site in case we wanted to play more. I’m sure our group will definitely be back. Thank you for a great team day!!

We decided to try The Heist Escape Room for a friends birthday celebration. With COVID-19 still lurking around we were nervous to attempt an experiences that could compromise anyone. However, seriously enjoyed the game! Our game host, Cody, was respectful of space and distancing and extremely welcoming while explaining all of the safety precautions in the space. We kept our masks on for the entire experience and while we were all inside of a locked room it felt like more than enough space for the 5 of us to really get into the game! We had a blast and will definitely be returning again.

We love these escape rooms! We tried the prison escape, it was unique from the other rooms we’ve tried at other places. Only issue for us was a piece needed to get a code was missing, as if they forgot to put it back. They paused our time to bring it to us, but we wasted about 10-15 minutes trying to figure it out before they came in. Because of this delay, we were unable to escape, but we got so close. Overall a great experience and I definitely recommend!

Had a great time at the escape game room on I-drive. 6 in our group came out to play. We took our daughters and there boyfriends for our daughter's 22nd Birthday and played the Special Ops Mysterious market we made it out with 1 min & 34 secs. to spare. It was intense yet very creative and fun with some very unexpected twists. Recommended!!

Our family of 7 adults enjoyed a joint event working through Prison Break. We made it out within 58 minutes. Staff was friendly and the game was held in three different rooms and was very interesting with a solid degree of difficulty.

The Escape Game's dedication to production value and overall experience surpasses any other company I've been to. The rooms are fantastic, there are always enough puzzles for everyone in the group to do and the production value is incomparable. I've done 3-4 rooms with them and have loved them all!

I loved how immersive these escape rooms were. Amazing first experience! There were difficult puzzles, but doable for the most part. One was not easy to find the solution for. It involves finding a code formed by gaps in a book shelf. We couldn't solve it without a hint. We also had an important paper for a puzzle not come out when it should have and no time was added . In the end the good did out weigh the bad. Great escape room overall.

Hi, I’m planning to come in July with a group of 4. I’m 29 and bringing my nieces and nephew. Age 17, 16 and 13. What room would you suggest ? Difficulty wise .

I have osteoarthritis in my hips. I CAN walk, stand, and do stairs, BUT it is a bit tiring and chronic low level discomfort, especially if no short moments to sit sporadically. Like, I can do Disne World, but I sit on the benches as I cross the park. Do you this is manageable?

These escape games are available for different levels of challenge. You can go at your own pace, however, you only have an hour. There are at times, situations you encounter where you might need to crawl, bend and stretch to reach difficult places. Also, unless you purchase the ENTIRE room, you could be paired up with others. Rooms can be booked up as much as 6 to 8 people depending on the game room allowance. You also have to sign a waiver before entering a game. I would suggest calling them directly and speaking with the friendly and knowledgeable staff for their insight on your concerns.

What is the most people that can go into one room? we have a party between 10-12 people

Gold Rush says up to 8, our party originally had 9 going that they were going to allow us in with but we ended up only 7. I could see that more than 8 would be pretty stuffed. I suggest 7 for Gold Rush room.

I'm thinking about doing Gold Rush which is rated as one of their least difficult rooms with my wife and 9 year old daughter. Without giving spoilers, do you think 9 is too young to play? Is there any content in the room that would be inappropriate for young children to see?

I didn't do Gold Rush but I did the Heist and I can say absolutely none of the content was inappropriate. If Gold Rush is one of the least challenging ones then I imagine it'd be even more appropriate than the Heist! If you're still unsure, you can always call, the staff will give you the details you need to know.
I want to do this with my gf. I know I'll have to pay for the empty slots but how many is considered a group? Also would it be possible to escape with just the 2 of us?

First of all you do not pay for empty slots and it is possible to play just the two of you it depends on which game what time and what day my girlfriend and I did the art Heist and we were just two

Throughout the hour the staff member is watching and can communicate with you on screens. You are allowed to ask for three hints at any time. In addition, they can give you clues throughout the game that don't count towards those three. If you are close to a clue, they will give you a hint. I think that they make sure most groups make it through.

Hey just wondering how much this is and would I have to pre book?
Thanks

It is about $31 for an hour, per person. They recommend that you book the entire room if you want a private experience, which means you would pay for all available slots. We booked a party of 4 on the morning of the day we wanted to go (a Friday night), but our preferred time was already booked so we chose a different time. When we arrived, they asked if we had preregistered, so I think they may take walk-ins on a space available basis.

If you had to choose between Gold Rush and the Heist, which would be your favorite? Also there will only be 3 of us! I am booking an experience with myself (25 yo), and my parents (50s). I'd like to think we're intelligent people, but if you have a suggestion for which you might think would be better with fewer people and with a man who might get a little impatient, I'd love to hear your thoughts!

I did the Gold Rush with 6 people. Four were in their fifties and two were late twenties. The help is excellent at the Orlando venue. I think it will be a challenge for 3 people for either one of the games. However, there is some crawling in the gold rush. I might try the heist, instead.
