Have visited this place several times since it originally opened as Festival Bay.
Originally a nice place to visit to get out of the heat of the day for a few hours. Used to have a variety of shops although never seemed to be complete....More
This place was very interesting to walk through, unfortunately for us 75% of it was closed. It looks to be a co-op of Artesian with only Pro Bass and Ron Jon Surf Shop being the exceptions. They are almost out of place here.
