My family and I visited in Feb 2020, and we had an amazing time. The animals are well cared for, and it was repeatedly stated and shown that they don't force interactions, and it is up to the animals. I got to fulfill my dream of holding a sloth by holding Nugget, who was so

Experience of a lifetime! My heart was so full here. Such a beautiful facility with amazing animals who are obviously well loved in a very nurturing environment which is the most important thing. Staff was super friendly. The love and welfare of the animals is apparent and

This experience is done from a woman's house/farm. You basically call or email and reserve a time. We did not pay anything until the day of and she just took our phone number. We got there at the time listed and were in a group with about 15 people. The size was fine. We

Thanks for your visit and review. The visit you chose to do states clearly on the website that it is a petting visit, not holding, although we DID allow you to hold the bush baby ( not sloth) ! If he doesn't want to sit on you then so be it, we do not force an animal to do anything they don't want to do. It also states that we offer a photo program, not that they are included. I do recommend that if you have not done a hands on encounter before, that you research other places and pricing. Most will have you choose the animals you want to pet and charge you accordingly. I include all 40 plus animals in a two hour visit for 150.... it's doubtful you will find that anywhere honestly. Same with the photo program.. we charge $80 for over 100 digital photos taken by professional photographers.. again, please research pricing of other venues before stating that ours are expensive. I'm sorry you didn't feel that meeting these amazing animals that are ALL tame for you to touch and hold was a 5 star experience. The lemurs are critically endangered, kangaroos are burning to death in Au. so they may not be available to pet one day! You will have to search long and hard to be able to pet a sloth and zebra..and all of this is because of the time and love that has been put into them. I do appreciate your visit, I only offer one time slot per day for tours for 2 hours, 4 days a week to be sure the animals have lots of down time and play time themselves. All of the money they bring in goes right back to feeding and housing them, I am not a non profit and do not take donations, so this is self funded operation. I just think it would be selfish of me not to share these gorgeous sweet animals with the public...I hope you will look back on your visit one day and truly appreciate what we are offering here. Thank you!

I really love petting those wonderful animals! They are so so so cute! Although it is little expensive like some visitors thought, I feel it deserves. Don’t forget buying pictures service which will leave you an unforgettable memory. We paid extra $80 for it. Pictures are so
