Overly priced food and drinks but good entertainment
Stopped in here during our trip to Universal. We love dueling pianos or any live music and always stop in here if we are in town. Performers did a good job getting the small crowd involved. My chief complaint is the cost of food and drinks. We only had 2 drinks and a kids meal and spent $50. $9 for a beer is just highway robbery and I don't understand why these places in City Walk charge so much money. The tickets to the parks are already expensive enough.

Valentine Food & Music - nice evening
Went in on Valentine evening for food and drink. The waitress was great, very attentive. The menu was a little limited but the nacho starter was the best yet. The food was good quality and nicely prepared. The guy on piano was good - not the best voice but the crowd sang along anyway - Sweet Caroline was a favourite. Didn’t feel too “touristy” and prices were reasonable considering you’re on the Citywalk. Free parking from 6pm don’t forget! Thanks.

I stopped in for a beer and live entertainment and was not disappointed! Had a wonderful experience and the musician had everyone interacting during the performance. Inside the bartenders are awesome and get that beverage to you in a timely manner, you can also stop by the window outside if you don't go in and grab a Hurricane or any cocktail of your choice. Highly recommended as a stop when visiting City Walk.

Stopped here as I was leaving the parks and heading by bus back to Cabana Bay resort...Impressed by the similarity to New Orleans location..Had a great talk with the manager about New Orleans and the great times at Pat O'Brien's there. Was about to leave and head back to my resort when I noticed bar patrons enjoying Hurricanes. So, I decided to have one and went up to the bar to order...the very young female bartender asked what I wanted and I mentioned that I was going to have a hurricane before getting back on the bus to the resort. This was a big mistake, as she was worried that I would be way Too drunk to make it back to the resort safely if she served me. She kept repeating that there was 4 ounces of 151 rum in their hurricanes, and that that is an awful lot of alcohol! I really thought she was joking and told her that she need not worry as I am an adult(62!) and it is not her decision. Another BIG mistake as she became very defensive and at that point decided that she didn't feel comfortable serving me! After trying to reason with her and get her to make the G.D. hurricane, she revealed that she had served a patron last year that had too much to drink, and fell down some stairs and apparently the incident and trouble it caused her upon investigation made her question serving customers that might cause her to go through that trouble again. I was so infuriated and my anger level went way up, and I decided to just leave so I wouldn't say something to her that I would later regret! It's my fault that I didn't alert the manager or get the servers name, but I just stormed out of the restaurant and told the hostess at the door that I was refused service and wouldn't ever be back again, which was met with a blank stare from her. A horrible experience!

Located on CityWalk at Universal, Pat O'Brien's is a fun and entertaining place to eat out while at Universals parks in Orlando.

The duelling pianos are a real highlight, and the food is delicious. We had a great time singing along to our favourite songs! Here are some specific things we loved about our experience:

- The duelling pianos were incredibly talented and played a wide variety of songs.
- The food was cooked perfectly and was very tasty.
- The atmosphere was fun and the service was friendly and attentive. We were a large group and there was no issues at all.

We would definitely recommend Universal's Pat O'Brien's to anyone looking for a fun and memorable night out.

We went monday night and stood by the bar in the piano room. The bartender was great and made the best hurricane. We have been to New Orleans so we can say he knows how to make the drink. I would definitely go back again. Ladies on piano did a great job what voices and just absolutely fun

I am a frequent NOLA visitor. Pat O's is always one of my must stops. its amazing in NOLA. Well the second I saw this menu and a hurricane was $16? ummm they are $9 on Bourbon for the OG legit thing? my friend got blackened chicken nachos she said they were awful and I did my usual shrimp and grit, they wernt terrible but they dont have a thing on the worst place in NOLA so if I ever go back to the area, I will not be going back here.... ever.

Spent our first night of vacation at Pat O’Briens after a really tough week for me and my family. Loved the dueling pianos and the food was good. However, can’t say enough about the mussels-my daughter had two orders. Highlight of the night was our server, Kristie. She was wonderful and so warm and welcoming. She is a gem.

I have never written a bad review on here about anywhere but, DO NOT COME HERE! Bad service bad staff to the point of rudeness culminating with what I can only describe as the team leader telling us there are other places in Citywalk. Less than 1 star for me, very ooor!!

Fun loving crowds enjoyed singing along with the pianists! Any they were challenged to play Tiger Rag (Clemson Tigers) - - they did it! Too fun! Located in the Universal's City Walk area I will mention that driving to - and parking ($5) was perfect! A short walk with escalators and people movers....took just minutes to have great seats in the Piano Bar! I expected a traffic nightmare and worse - expensive far away parking - NOT SO....We've venture to this area again!

Hostess was completely rude saying she didn’t have room for my party of 15! Wouldn’t even put us on a waiting list, Luckily I demanded to see someone who could help! I let manager know that her behavior was unacceptable and he fixed it! Sat us outside immediately where acoustic guitar player was playing! Amazing evening food was good drinks were good! Entertainment was FABULOUS!

I love this place! I've been there two other times while visiting Universal Studios. The performers are very talented and put on a great show. In my opinion it's a place for adults to have drinks and listen and sing along with the excellent music. We enjoyed the signature Hurricane drink quite a bit. I can't wait to go back. I wouldn't visit Orlando without spending an evening here. I went to a place like this in Houston and I was really disappointed that it wasn't more like Pat O'Brien's.

Stopped by to ask about dueling pianos around 5-5:30. And was told they start at 8. So we left found something to eat and went back to find a line of people waiting. We wanted cocktails and dessert but there was a 40 minute dinner wait. And also "open seating" would be at 9:15. This would have been valuable information the first time we stopped by! So no dueling pianos for us. Next time we will go to downtown Disney!
