- MChoneyWest Palm Beach, Florida371 contributionsGreat 4th birthday celebrationGreat performance. Yes it’s longer than most kids care to watch. But the performance is great, they are all great. The place is really well done the dragon was great. Our third time and still enjoyed it. We did the birthday package with the appetizers and cake for my 4 year old grandson. Our server Luis was fantastic. I will say that I would love some changes for a full enjoyment, as far as we would like. Time to eat without being asked to take part in the show. Shorter show. The appetizer tower was great, Cesar salad was very good by the time main course came we were pretty full. The size of that baked chicken was huge then followed by a Brownie and birthday cake WOW it was way to much food. Our birthday boy loved it and that’s all that matters.Visited November 2023Traveled with familyWritten November 5, 2023
- Mcfly61712 contributionsAverage food with below average entertainment. The food was average at best. Salad was good, but the rotisserie chicken was dry and the brownie was hard. The kids’ chicken nuggets were hard. As for the entertainment, I did not follow the show at all. There was no sorry line and nothing funny or entertaining.Visited December 2023Traveled with familyWritten December 3, 2023
- Meiling V26 contributionsIt’s A Pirates Life for Us! Get ready to pay or walk the plank! The experience was amazing for our family, although a bit pricey. We purchased VIP tickets from Groupon and it was easy to call the dinner theater number and redeem our vouchers. When we arrived we were charged an additional $89 because I upgraded my husband’s meal to surf and turf and they charged sales tax. When you enter the main area get ready to spend $ if you have children. We have 3 (16, 12 and 6) and they all wanted a souvenir. We were able to get a double lighted sword, pirate hat and plush parrot for $40. The got 2 drinks which were made strong and came with a souvenir cup for an additional $40. Once directed into the dinner theater because we had VIP we sat directly in the front (totally worth it) and were with the red pirate “cut throat Jack”. Great actor! Loved how it interacted with our section and the kids. The food - We received an appetizer tray which was included with VIP and very good to start our meal. We also received 3 pitchers of soda and water. The food was good. The chicken and mashed potato were tasty and my husband said the steak was okay. Dessert was brownies and cheesecake which my kids enjoyed. Shortly after sitting we were presented with our photos which were an additional $40 to purchase. In total we have already spent an additional $200 on top of our Groupon tickets. Overall the show - The show itself was good and the actors were awesome. Our pirate was amazing with the kids and the actors do everything in their power to engage the kids. My children enjoyed the experience and were able to interact in the show. My husband and I enjoyed seeing them smile and have fun. At the end they suggest a tip of $8 per adult and $4 per child so we ended up spending an additional $32. All in all it was a great experience for our family. We had such a great time and it will be a lasting memory. We’re glad we did it but we will probably not do it again due to the prices. If you want to do the full experience you will spend at least $600 (included VIP tickets purchased through Groupon) for a family of 5. show.Visited December 2023Traveled with familyWritten December 31, 2023
- appennington3 contributionsNot bad, but not as good as it used to be.18 years ago, I saw The Pirate Dinner Adventure and was totally blown away. The acrobatic skills and comedy timing of the performers, along with the higher quality food and inclusive alcoholic and soft drinks, made gor a truely unforgettable and fun evening. Going back to see it again this evening, I can only say that the new, musical theatre production, is not a patch on the old show. Due to poor sound quality, dim lighting and, unadvertised, restricted views from the blue and green seating areas it was almost impossible to follow the show. Gone was the jaw dropping acrobatics and stunt work. Gone was the amazing party atmosphere. Gone was the near to the line, but not crossing it, humour for all ages. The new show is a Disneyesque slap-stick musical aimed predominantly at children. That said, if you have not seen the old show, and have nothing to compare it to, you will probably love this family friendly show. Top tips would be to sit in the red or orange seating areas for better vision and, I suspect, better sound quality. Yellow and purple seating is probably quite good, too.Visited April 2024Traveled with familyWritten April 3, 2024

I booked the Teatro Martini Dinner show on 8/04/20 for 8/14/20 show at 7 PM. Supposedly this was opening night for this show after being closed for COVID19. The booking was done online for my wife's birthday. My mother in law followed up after I booked by calling, when she was told this was going to be opening night, we were very excited.
We arrived at 6:15 PM on 8/14 to check in and found the place pad locked! Then we heard noise at the other end of the building. This was the entrance to the Pirates Dinner Adventure We asked a man who appeared to be in charge if he knows anything about the Teatro Martini show and he told us they have been closed for the last 5 months! I called the number I had. They said they just cancelled the show on 8/14, offered a refund, but the person who handled that was not available. We were very upset after traveling 65 miles 1 way to go to this show from Daytona Beach!
A man in charge at the Pirates Show said we could use our vouchers for their show and they would give us VIP seats plus free beer and wine.
After the long drive, we decided to go to this show. As the evening unfolded we found they had us in their system when we were checked in, bought out the meal we ordered, including the special desert, it's became apparent this was a bait and switch!
Food was mediocre, plus a 1.5 hour wait for the show and the food! Then the show was more for kids and hard to follow. A very disappointing way to spend $270 for the 3 of us!

We definitely see your frustration. Please call (407) 206-5100 so we can set you up with free tickets for your family and friends when Teatro Martini reopens.

The show was pretty good. They trick you when you check in to say you have to pay 8$ upfront to park in the lot. They give you a paper card and say you have to scan it to get out of the parking lot( a lie) the gate was fully open when you leave. The food was absolutely disgusting. I mean we could not even eat it. Equivalent to maybe hospital food or worse. The desert was a single dry brownie (like a box type mix). The show started at 7:30 and our food was not brought out until 8:35. No apology or anything from server. The venue has the potential to be so much more with some decent food. Will never be back. For a family of 3 it cost well over $200 and was not worth it due to the horrible food. My child would not even try the food and was starving afterwards. However the actors are good but the storyline was boring and we could not hear very well.

Let me start with saying the show and entertainment portion was very interactive and fun but seemed disorganized with participant interaction portions. Now... the waiter was not well trained, our dinner came 1/2 way thru the show, my son's dinner wasn't even what we ordered, the food was fair at best. The initial server requested the manager for me, who never showed up. The online order system stated "free appetizers until 30 minutes before show starts" and there were none, as a matter of fact the 1st thing I was offered was a menu of appetizers ranging from $8-$25 after we paid almost $300 for 4 tickets. The bathroom had 1 toilet with dirty sanitary products floating in it and another stall had no toilet seat at all, water in the bathroom floor appearing there may be a leak somewhere... and last but not least, we pre-ordered an ultimate pirate package for our 4 year old and they didn't even have the right color for our section. This could use a major revamp on the management, execution of service, online options, and building maintenence.

Pre diner wait was tedious. Food was more than decent in quality and portion. Our children ordered chicken, the littlest had nuggets. They all liked the food and are usually fairly picky eaters. We ate the pesto one plate had too little pesto the other was drenched in it, Dessert was excellent. Tips are asked for at the end of the meal so be prepared to fill your own cup, with a pitcher on the table, order your food in advance at the counter, have no personal service and then tip out of obligation 5$ per adult and $3 per child. Comfortable seating. Talented performers, quality props, and script. Great audience interaction. The acrobatics were wonderful. Our littlest one was in shock and awe meeting the cast afterwards. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed it at our Groupon rate.

Pretty cool! My wife bought a Groupon for the 3 of us. Our 8 year old Son liked it. The show was kind of long and toward the end the guy and lady in front of us got into some “heavy petting.” They we’re doing some heavy drinking. My wife and I noticed it, but our Son was mesmerized by the theatrical performance on the stage. The benches we sat on were somewhat uncomfortable, but you can upgrade to seats. We also had to sit with another couple, but they were nice. We all participated representing the Orange section. Food is 3 stars.

Listen, the negative reviews here bother me because the actors are so great and waitstaff and bartenders do the best they can with what they have! The food yea not so great but at Groupon prices what can you expect?! The show itself is worth it. I don’t give it five stars because of the prices of the kids swords and other memorabilia, I was told they were $15-18 and when I got to the register with my very happy kid the price changed to $27 so I had to break his heart and he had a melt down. Put prices on the items so they aren’t just making them up as they go. It’s a 2.5 hour show in Orlando for around $150 (family of 4)with a real life sea dragon… it’s worth it for the kids.

We purchased 4 adult upgraded tickets for the VIP Treasure Level package. This was supposed to include guaranteed 3rd row or better seats as well as either free unlimited Budweiser or 2 glasses of house wine per person during the show.
We were given 3rd row seating at a table which had an obstructed view behind a mast that half of our party could not see anything in the front of the boat. At least half the show including the table in front of us with an unobstructed view was empty, so there were many seats that we would have been able to see better from.
We were also told that they no longer offered free drinks. Instead we were given 50% off at the bar. We paid over $40 for 6 drinks that were supposed to be free since we had already paid $60 for them with the upgraded tickets.
The difference between what we were sold and what we actually received was in no way comparable. Several servers questioned our tickets, but no one did anything to compensate us for the difference. We are extremely disappointed with our experience. Our total cost for the show was well over $500 (tickets, drinks, appetizer, Parking, Photos, and tips) and was certainly not worth it. We contacted Customer Service with our complaint over a week ago and have had no response.
The show itself was fine, the cast was talented. The servers could have been nicer. The food was mediocre but edible.
There are plenty of other great things to do in Orlando, so save your money and your time and avoid this show.

I bought tickets from Groupon for my family of 4 for my wife’s birthday. While we had a really good time, without the VIP upgrade, (which I added on when I called to make the reservation) I don’t think we would have. The upgrade granted us access to a private lounge with a decent selection of appetizers and complimentary beer and wine once the show started. We were escorted to the show area before the general admission folks and seated in the front row, and other than our infant, we were all invited to be part of the show (VIP guarantees this) The show was pretty incredible, with equal parts comedy, gymnastics and acrobatics. It was pretty impressive! The only 2 downsides were the fact that you had to pay for parking, and the dinner; buffet quality and only 2 options. Dessert was a brownie with powdered sugar on top. Again, if I had paid regular price for tickets and not opted for the VIP experience, I might have felt like I hadn’t gotten my money’s worth. We’ll probably do it again one day if we can get the same deal.

We decided to make reservations for opening night for Re-opening of Pirates Dinner Adventure and we’re happy we did. Social distancing was well done, sanitizing and cleanliness was great. And everybody we saw that had audience contact had masks. Food was outstanding, service was great, and the wild show was fun and exciting for everyone. Wonderful night for me and my family. Great to see them open again. No doubt the best dinner show anywhere around!

Pirates Dinner Adventure - Orlando Florida ruined my grandson 12th Birthday. This is something you can never get back I booked and paid a lot of money for the VIP package for 5 people on Groupon . Following the instructions I called Pirate's Dinner Adventure - Orlando to confirm the date and reservations, I also added and paid for a birthday package and upgraded dinner which they confirmed. VIP was first 2 rows, free parking etc, and birthday included photos, cake, mention during the show etc. The Manger on duty said sorry our system does not show this, but it was confirmed by them and my credit card was charged for everything they did not get when my family arrived excited to celebrate the big day. Breaks my heart for Tristin. I have supported and partnered with Pirates Dinner Adventure for 30 years and always highly recommend them to guests at my hotels. I partnered with them to host the Pirates Cruise each year back when I was with SunCruz Casinos so I have history. As the Regional Director of Sales for an Orlando hotel company I have posted regularly on social media how awesome Pirate's is, but no more. Manager I spoke with while they were there was William Martin who said the reservations who I spoke with to confirm and pay would call me tomorrow to see why this happened would call me tomorrow, but he is there tonight and that will not fix anything. Could not be more disappointed than I am right now! I gave a one only because there are no 0's.

Are there booths in Orlando? Is vip seating worth it? Do I pick my seats or assigned. Is pork entree good?

We are from the UK and will be staying in Kissimmee for two weeks in May. I purchased Groupon vouchers from the USA .
Anyone melee do the same? If so how did you go about redeeming them?
Thank you

Hello just in case I would check their website or even call them to tell them you have the groupon and you want to use them a certain night then when u go you can have it printed the ticket or use your phone.

So if there is no seat allocation how would a family of four seat with anyone else on a table or is it a long table and if we buy tickets do they send them to you or are they e tickets as we are in the uk thanks
Written June 8, 2019
When you arrive you are given seats. You will all sit together. There are long tables that seat 4 to 6 that you sit at. The tables are narrow like a bar.
We also had e tickets and used confirmation email when we checked in.
Have cash to pay for parking. I think it was $6 when we were there.

Depending on the time of year, I would say 45 minutes to an hour, to get processed and for the preshow. Busy season of holiday add another half hour just to be on the safe side. Have fun and enjoy.

Can anyone tell me the price of the photos they come round and take please we go in 2 weeks so trying to budget for that evening, thank you
Written October 31, 2018
I think it was $45 for a package of three. They looked ok but we chose not to get them. Hope this helps, we had a good time at the show.
