Booked tickets through our tour operator TUI paid around £44 each for two adults and two teenagers who were also adult cost total £176 so not cheap for essentially a couple of hours evening night out this included soft drinks and salad, main course and dessert which we found very reasonable BUT what spoils this event is the following:
When getting drinks from the bar you are automatically charged a 15% tip no option and then you are asked if want to pay an extra tip so each time we were charged an extra $2.40 just for buying a drink by ourselves from the bar! Total extra $7.20
Asked if want to order extra appetisers which are additional cost then charged tip again on these, why not just serve the meal paid for sooner? Extra food cost $24 plus Extra tip paid over $5!!
Very aggressive tip request from server who served our meal actually approached the table left a note asking for $5 each wtaf then actually came came during the show whilst we were watching and said are you leaving a tip? My husband said we are watching the show she became very pushy and said he could leave using credit card!! Extra tip practically demanded $20 (we didn’t leave a tip)
Car parking $8 we got an Uber so could have a drink but I think the extra parking cost is a rip off!
The shop is VERY over priced they wanted $10 for a plastic pirate eye patch and a flimsy material pirate band wtaf I remember years ago you used to get these included in the price of the ticket to make a better atmosphere at the event.
The food was nice although the teenagers said the pasta was rank it didn’t look nice either but the extra food we paid for was tasty and hot so no complaints there. The teenagers said they’d rather have had the kids meal of chicken nuggets and chips but weren’t offered that option.
The show was great, very skilful cast included audience and children very interactive but lacking atmosphere as the venue only half full and the story was hard to follow the last ten minutes we were ready to leave but it was still great we did enjoy it. The cast work really hard to put on a great show.
After the show the cast were charging to have photos taken yet again a money grabbing opportunity
I do appreciate businesses are struggling after the pandemic but so are their customers with the cost of living crisis and these negatives for me left a bad taste in my mouth, this is a great evening out and I went many years ago and remember it fondly but tonight’s experience didn’t live up to my expectations overall

Listen, the negative reviews here bother me because the actors are so great and waitstaff and bartenders do the best they can with what they have! The food yea not so great but at Groupon prices what can you expect?! The show itself is worth it. I don’t give it five stars because of the prices of the kids swords and other memorabilia, I was told they were $15-18 and when I got to the register with my very happy kid the price changed to $27 so I had to break his heart and he had a melt down. Put prices on the items so they aren’t just making them up as they go. It’s a 2.5 hour show in Orlando for around $150 (family of 4)with a real life sea dragon… it’s worth it for the kids.

We ordered tickets through the website. Their website said that they would stop serving appetizers 30 minutes before the show. Therefore we showed up when they opened so that we could have a decent amount of time to eat. Obviously they have never changed any information from before covid to after. Appetizers were only served as the show started unless you wanted to pay extra for other appetizers. We never would have arrived early if we had known. The tickets are very expensive for poor choices of food, mediocre food. But the show was great, my granddaughter loved it.

We purchased 4 adult upgraded tickets for the VIP Treasure Level package. This was supposed to include guaranteed 3rd row or better seats as well as either free unlimited Budweiser or 2 glasses of house wine per person during the show.

We were given 3rd row seating at a table which had an obstructed view behind a mast that half of our party could not see anything in the front of the boat. At least half the show including the table in front of us with an unobstructed view was empty, so there were many seats that we would have been able to see better from.

We were also told that they no longer offered free drinks. Instead we were given 50% off at the bar. We paid over $40 for 6 drinks that were supposed to be free since we had already paid $60 for them with the upgraded tickets.

The difference between what we were sold and what we actually received was in no way comparable. Several servers questioned our tickets, but no one did anything to compensate us for the difference. We are extremely disappointed with our experience. Our total cost for the show was well over $500 (tickets, drinks, appetizer, Parking, Photos, and tips) and was certainly not worth it. We contacted Customer Service with our complaint over a week ago and have had no response.

The show itself was fine, the cast was talented. The servers could have been nicer. The food was mediocre but edible.

There are plenty of other great things to do in Orlando, so save your money and your time and avoid this show.

Pirates Dinner Adventure - Orlando Florida ruined my grandson 12th Birthday. This is something you can never get back I booked and paid a lot of money for the VIP package for 5 people on Groupon . Following the instructions I called Pirate's Dinner Adventure - Orlando to confirm the date and reservations, I also added and paid for a birthday package and upgraded dinner which they confirmed. VIP was first 2 rows, free parking etc, and birthday included photos, cake, mention during the show etc. The Manger on duty said sorry our system does not show this, but it was confirmed by them and my credit card was charged for everything they did not get when my family arrived excited to celebrate the big day. Breaks my heart for Tristin. I have supported and partnered with Pirates Dinner Adventure for 30 years and always highly recommend them to guests at my hotels. I partnered with them to host the Pirates Cruise each year back when I was with SunCruz Casinos so I have history. As the Regional Director of Sales for an Orlando hotel company I have posted regularly on social media how awesome Pirate's is, but no more. Manager I spoke with while they were there was William Martin who said the reservations who I spoke with to confirm and pay would call me tomorrow to see why this happened would call me tomorrow, but he is there tonight and that will not fix anything. Could not be more disappointed than I am right now! I gave a one only because there are no 0's.

The show was pretty good. They trick you when you check in to say you have to pay 8$ upfront to park in the lot. They give you a paper card and say you have to scan it to get out of the parking lot( a lie) the gate was fully open when you leave. The food was absolutely disgusting. I mean we could not even eat it. Equivalent to maybe hospital food or worse. The desert was a single dry brownie (like a box type mix). The show started at 7:30 and our food was not brought out until 8:35. No apology or anything from server. The venue has the potential to be so much more with some decent food. Will never be back. For a family of 3 it cost well over $200 and was not worth it due to the horrible food. My child would not even try the food and was starving afterwards. However the actors are good but the storyline was boring and we could not hear very well.

Let me start with saying the show and entertainment portion was very interactive and fun but seemed disorganized with participant interaction portions. Now... the waiter was not well trained, our dinner came 1/2 way thru the show, my son's dinner wasn't even what we ordered, the food was fair at best. The initial server requested the manager for me, who never showed up. The online order system stated "free appetizers until 30 minutes before show starts" and there were none, as a matter of fact the 1st thing I was offered was a menu of appetizers ranging from $8-$25 after we paid almost $300 for 4 tickets. The bathroom had 1 toilet with dirty sanitary products floating in it and another stall had no toilet seat at all, water in the bathroom floor appearing there may be a leak somewhere... and last but not least, we pre-ordered an ultimate pirate package for our 4 year old and they didn't even have the right color for our section. This could use a major revamp on the management, execution of service, online options, and building maintenence.

I booked the Teatro Martini Dinner show on 8/04/20 for 8/14/20 show at 7 PM. Supposedly this was opening night for this show after being closed for COVID19. The booking was done online for my wife's birthday. My mother in law followed up after I booked by calling, when she was told this was going to be opening night, we were very excited.
We arrived at 6:15 PM on 8/14 to check in and found the place pad locked! Then we heard noise at the other end of the building. This was the entrance to the Pirates Dinner Adventure We asked a man who appeared to be in charge if he knows anything about the Teatro Martini show and he told us they have been closed for the last 5 months! I called the number I had. They said they just cancelled the show on 8/14, offered a refund, but the person who handled that was not available. We were very upset after traveling 65 miles 1 way to go to this show from Daytona Beach!
A man in charge at the Pirates Show said we could use our vouchers for their show and they would give us VIP seats plus free beer and wine.
After the long drive, we decided to go to this show. As the evening unfolded we found they had us in their system when we were checked in, bought out the meal we ordered, including the special desert, it's became apparent this was a bait and switch!
Food was mediocre, plus a 1.5 hour wait for the show and the food! Then the show was more for kids and hard to follow. A very disappointing way to spend $270 for the 3 of us!

We definitely see your frustration. Please call (407) 206-5100 so we can set you up with free tickets for your family and friends when Teatro Martini reopens.

Entertaining! Great staff. A really fun way to spend an evening. We got the updraded meals (steaks) and by far, it's the best food I've had at a dinner show. To be honest, there are a lot of parts of the show that were a bit cheesy, but there are some really fun parts and there's a lot of audience interaction which was a lot of fun. Some of the ways they include children in the audience are quite cute.

Honestly, it was a great experience overall. My husband and I loved the quality of the show and the crowd interaction. The servers were great and very attentive. I highly suggest upgrading to the beef tenderloin meal, and add the cheese sticks!! The sauce is great! Keep in mind that parking is an additional $8 and you will pay that at the checkin. You will order appetizers from a server who will ask to cash you out (and of course expects a tip) Your actual server will leave you with a tip sheet towards the end of the show. They ask for $5 per adult and $3 per child. Although the show is pricey, I promise you it’s worth it!! (Side note: do not get the gluten free pasta. Or if you do, 24 hours in advanced asked for the red sauce that comes with the cheese sticks. The basil pesto is not good at all)
