Decent Theater, Bad Dinner
Apr 2021
There were issues with service throughout the experience at the theater. Mostly, the servers were not only rude to the guests but also each other. Our two servers argued with one another in front of us for some time and it was very uncomfortable. The show is decent. The pacing seems a bit off; I found myself getting really bored in some parts and wanting more in others. The actors are really hard to understand at points because of how much the audio echoes throughout the theater. The dinner portion was gross and not worth the money. Both of us barely ate the food. I ordered the veggie pasta and the vegetables were hard as rock. It tasted like they weren’t even cooked. Desserts were served in the last five minutes of the show (some sections did not receive their dessert until after the show had ended) and it was stale. I recommend if you have really small kids or if you are looking for something different to do outside of the theme parks. If you have been to another brand of dinner theater (Dolly, Medieval Times, Disney, etc) you will be disappointed in the overall quality. If you have not done one before, then you should have a good time.

Don't bother with VIP package
Apr 2021
The show was good but the service was dismal. We paid extra for the VIP experience. No one told us the VIP Lounge was closed. So no pre-shop appetizers. We were supposed to get headbands, eye patches and flags for 'our team' but they 'ran out'. We didn't get beverages because they "ran out of pitchers". There was not enough wait staff so even though they were working quickly and efficiently they just couldn't keep up with the demand. We did get out free picture and that was well done. We went to Medieval Times in Kissimmee, on US 192, last time and will definitely go back there next time.

Best experience ever!
Apr 2021 • Family
We're on vacation here in Orlando Florida, and Went for opening night. Best experience me and my family have had in a while. The food was amazing! All together the whole show itself was spectacular!

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TRIP ADVISOR
Feb 2021
This is Trip Advisors fault !...A warning that if you book through here you have to call the venue directly to confirm your seats. Trip Advisor does not tell you this. We showed up , tickets and proof of payment and all and they turned us away due to a full show and not being in their computers. Pretty crappy.

Had fun
My husband and I had fun. At first, we thought it would be a boring show because we cannot clearly hear the voices of the actors, but we actually enjoyed it after the first 15 mins. lol we love the mermaid and the acrobatics. I am giving 4 stars since the food was not that great. My husband says the chicken tastes like frozen food from walmart placed in the microwave lol but overall, it was a unique experience :)

What did they say?
Jan 2021
The show is done by hard-working, capable performers, but they need to seriously rethink their acoustics in the covid-era. I'm not sure why the actors needed to wear masks, but it really impedes understanding what they are saying. We were about 4 rows back and my wife understood barely anything they said, and I understood maybe half their words. Also, the background sound impeded understanding as well. We were not satisfied with our experience given this is our anniversary celebration. The ending acrobatics were nice.

Fun for the family.
Dec 2020 • Family
As a family we had a wonderful time laughing and screaming at the top of our lungs. The service was done by very hard working people. The performance was fun and really loud and they all had excellent voices. Great show.

I use to really enjoy the shows here. so the mediocre food did not bother me. However to expensive for what you get. no interaction for the kids. no pre show. you have to pay for everything. The salad was ok. the frozen vegetables . Just gross. no rolls. the pumpkin pie was not edible. The mermaid was so anorexic. It was disturbing. Hard to watch. the captain's wife had a very nice voice. thank heavens. the joker was very good. I am so grateful for them both. I hate to seem so negative. In the past I gave them a great review. I did like their 3 musketeers show better. I hope they can pull their act together.

No, that one bite of fried macaroni they call an appetizer isn't a joke... that's all you get!!
Nov 2020 • Family
They say to arrive 90 minutes early for drinks and appetizers. We had a group of 4. A paper basket with exactly 4 nuggets of something like fried macaroni were given to us at our table to share. We left the bar to watch the pre-show that we were told was in the main room. That never took place, or it was un noticeable. We were in the front row. We all ordered the Thanksgiving meal... my portion of the cranberry was half a tablespoon full. A rather blah meal, no rolls or bread. My 10 year old daughter had an okay time... but not enough to want to come back. The bar tender was awesome. Drinks were of course, out of the world expensive, but I don't mind paying extra to help businesses stay afloat during these Covid times. I can't imagine they get much repeat business. Not recommending to anyone that will be asking about our experience.
