- CraigStafford, United Kingdom63 contributionsFantastic night out. From the first time stepped through the door to the time we left we was very happy with the whole thing. We had a walk round the exhibition first and was very impressed by all the memorabilia and real items from the titanic. We stayed for the dinner show and had a fantastic time. The meal was very good and served quickly and then back to the show. The actors and actresses where out off this world and we enjoyed all the story telling they told. A big thank you to all the team in front and behind the scenes for a great evening. Would recommend highly. .Visited October 2023Traveled with friendsWritten October 7, 2023
- Trudi DOakland, New Jersey24 contributionsThe Best Tour I Have Ever DoneI was visiting my daughter in Orlando. She suggested visiting the Titanic exhibit. We were fortunate enough to have Chyan as our tour guide. I have toured Buckingham Palace, the Vatican, Ireland, NYC most of the United States and I can honestly say Chyan was the best tour guide I have ever had. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, professional, and charming. After the tour I could hardly wait to start my own research! Chyan is such an asset for exhibit. I have already recommended this tour to several friends and intend to go back on my next visit. Thank you Chyan for a wonderful tour.Visited October 2023Traveled with familyWritten October 17, 2023
- katie_blackmoreWitham, United Kingdom56 contributionsHistory nerd tripWe spent a brilliant afternoon here and we loved the exhibition. The staff were all friendly and helpful but Chyan was just out of this world. Her passion and enthusiasm made the visit so much more interesting and we stayed on to do the omens and premonition tour with her after. We were all so invested by the end of the tour to see if the passenger we had been assigned had survived.Visited October 2023Traveled with familyWritten October 18, 2023
- Lets cruiseMiami, Florida2,163 contributionsAbsolutely amazingI am an active crewmember on a cruise ship so naturally im fascinated with ships. I visited a Titanic exhibition in Liverpool, UK but it was not nearly as captivating as this one. Getting your boarding pass of a real passenger to see in the end of the exhibition on the passenger manifest if they survived is a beautiful touch. almost immersive experience (the Iceberg room really is very cold). Great and friendly staff. Many people dont even know its here so it was very quiet. There is a lot of exhibits take directly from the wreck itself (marked by a little red White star flag) 1,5hrs definitely not wasted.Visited October 2023Traveled with friendsWritten October 31, 2023
- Andrew W2 contributionsJust wonderfulVisited today with the wife and all 3 kids. Absolutely amazing. Chris held our undivided attention from start to finish. So immersive absolutely wonderful. Going to be 1 of the very highlights of our holiday for sure. Would recommend anyone thinking of going to do so 100% and also go that extra mile and take the guided tour I guarantee you will not be disappointed.Visited November 2023Traveled with familyWritten November 3, 2023
- Caroline THampshire, United Kingdom7 contributionsFantastic evening, don’t leave the Kleenex at homeI can’t say enough good things about this entertainment/dinner/museum. The museum alone is fascinating and has been filled with art if acts from the Titanic as well as the movie and other items. The dinner is ok, food was good but due to having to cater to a lot of us it was like warm when it came out. The shining star of the evening though are the actors. These guys put their all into their performances and embraced their roles better than anything I’ve seen before. They had the right amount of respect for the trade guy that occurred and made us understand how much it meant to them in their portrayals. I was actually in tears at the end of the evening as you are shown what the last few moments would have been like. The panic and confusion. The devastating feeling of loss of loved ones even though they may have still been looking into their eyes at the time. Every single passenger has been honoured at the museum and I applaud them for how it has been approached and how it has been handled. I will definitely return (with tissues in my pocket)Visited November 2023Traveled with familyWritten November 4, 2023

We arrived about 2 hours early to give ourselves time to enjoy the museum first. It was amazing and contained many artifacts retrieved from the wreckage. She showed so much passion for the subject and was an incredible source of information on the Titanic. Would definitely recommend more people give this exhibit a try and if possible book the guided tour.Visited December 2023Traveled as a coupleWritten December 16, 2023
- meganlynnwaddellSaginaw, Michigan1 contributionGreat experienceThis was such an amazing and meaningful experience. The actor and actresses were so skilled and were very funny and authentic, while also being very respectful to the tragedy of Titanic. The food was phenomenal (my husband is an unusually picky eater and he cleared every plate). My 10 and 12 year old usually struggle with longer events, but it so was interesting and well paced that they did fabulous. The ending was our favorite part and you really feel like you were a part of the day the ship sank, which was a humbling experience. Highly recommend this, well worth it.Visited December 2023Traveled with familyWritten December 17, 2023

I visited titanic orlando today 4/09/20201 with my daughter. Though the museum was wonderful, our experience was not.
My tickets were paid for online, the man at the register mood suddenly changed! He seemed to have a bad attitude and wouldn't explain anything to us, he wouldn't even look me in the face. Still being polite I said thank you and his response was " just go to her for a boarding pass." The lady however was nice. After walking through the museum and reaching the grand stairwell I learned we can have photos taken of us there AND in the front lobby. When I went back to the lobby I asked the same man about the photos and of we can take photos as well. His response was "ugh I guess I'll do it" when taking the photos my daughter asked if she can retake the one photo because she didn't smile the way she liked (she's 3) he answered her with "I saw you smile but whatever" after he took the photo he threw the photo card onto the table, rolled his eyes and walked away without a word and I kept trying to say thank you for taking the photos, but he never answered. Later a new group walked in and he assisted them with a smile. My daughter who is only about to be 4 in a month asked me "mom, why is he so mean?" A child at that age was able to notice something was off. How do you explain to a child why someone treated us differently than the other people around us?
This made me feel like for some reason it was just US that he did not like. Meanwhile the ladies there all had smiles and spoke to us with respect and a good attitude.
It bothers me because we were very excited to go today and that type of behavior wasn't something you would expect at an establishment like this.

The cost of entry is very reasonable for the experience. I have visited other Titanic attractions in Pigeon Forge and Branson previously. This one does not seem to offer as much in comparison. Many of the artifacts are from the time period or the movie rather than being recovered from the site. I was expecting to see more items directly from the ship. They have recreated several areas from the ship, which were my favorite parts of the museum. This is a great way to beat the afternoon heat and spend time indoors for a bit. The parking lot is tight and there is limited parking in front of the entrance. The audio tour enhances your overall visit experience.

Well Done! A VERY GOOD tour of the people, sights, and sounds of that date and time. Very informative with facts of which most are unaware. Period clothing, baggage, and many photos of passengers and back stories of those people.
Most all visitors were respectful of others and were talking softly about the sets, items on display, and such, save for the 'Ugly Americans", a group of adults who spoke very loudly and allowed their kids to squeal, run about uncontrolled, and cause an enourmous ruckus throughout the tour. This group showed no respect for the venue whatsoever. This venue may be for people actually interested in learning more about Titanic and the ship's passengers. In my opinion, this venue is not a venue for kids...many are too rambunctious for this serious venue. Maybe for mature teenagers.
This is a MUST SEE!! Plus, a tour photographer offers photos taken in front of a 'green screen'. If you've seen THE movie, you'll know how to pose! A++
I, myself, was a bit undecided with the souvenir shop. I wanted something to remember and to support the museum and tour, but at the same time I would be sad looking at my souvenir. Hm-m...I did get the photos, which are awesome!

My favorite part was listening to the young guides. Katie and Stephen were so knowledgeable and sincererly interested in the history of The Titanic. We were warmly greeted by another young woman, and I am sorry I dont know her name. The artifacts are nicely dispayed and easily understandable with their written description. The facility was clean and with Covid 19 amongst us that was important. .. we could smell a slight scent of bleach throughout. We bought our tickets on line and that was an easy process. I personally, would like to have seen more settings such as stateroom replicas, manequins dressed in the era....more color. It was a lot of reading, but the $5 earsets for listening may have been an inhancement...I might recommend them. Do go..especially on a rainy hot day. We enjoyed it all. And you will learn a lot.

I took my three daughters (8, 11 and 13) as a field trip to supplement our recent studies of the Titanic. I was not really sure what to expect, but I was blown away by all of the artifacts that they had and the stories we learned of real people whose lives were forever changed - or cut short - by the disaster. We decided to go with a guided tour, since I knew they wouldn't want to read all the placards, and they would have been bored to death if I was trying to guide them. Our guide, Katie, was incredibly engaging and knowledgable. She kept a perfect balance between keeping things reverent and adding a bit of humor in to keep everyone interested. I loved that we were each assigned a passenger, so we felt an immediate connection and investment in the experience. Even my youngest was totally engaged and able to understand what we were learning. Katie really managed to convey the feelings of excitement and hope that the passengers (and really the country) had as the Titanic set sail, and I doubt we will ever forget the empty feeling of standing on the quiet ship deck, knowing the ship was going down. It felt so real in that moment! The tour was about an hour, maybe 90 minutes, but it went by SO fast. There was never a moment of wondering how much longer, not even for my kids. When we finished, we talked about how we'd love to go back sometime to really take a closer look at all of the artifacts and reproductions and learn more about the thousands of people who were aboard the ship. You can enjoy the museum on an hour(ish) long tour, but you could certainly take additional time to walk back through (or do it all on your own), and depending on how much time you have and your interest level, you could probably spend a couple of hours.

First time here. It was very educational and interesting to learn the history of it. Lauraly was great with her experiences in telling stories of the history. Keeping Titanic Alive. Enjoyed it. We definitely used a coupon for this since it is quite pricey and we are Floridians.

I took my 10 year old daughter and her two best friends to the Titanic Exhibition. They had learned about the titanic, the ship of dreams, in their Social Studies class, My daughter was riveted from the start and searched up (as she calls looking things up on the internet) facts about the Titanic. So she was super excited to tour the exhibition. We are FL residents and they have a kid's geared tour at 1130 AM on Saturday and Sundays. We had an excellent tour guide in Tyler and learned so much. He was great at answering and encouraging questions. The tour was about two hours.
After the tour, we circled back to look at some more exhibits and scan our boarding passes to learn more about the people who we "were" on the ship. One of the girls was Molly Brown! We then met Linda, who was a PHENOMENAL story teller and told us more about our people from the ship and told us all kinds of odds and ends about the ship and the tragedy. She was amazing and really brought the whole experience to life even more.
We also purchased the photo pacage for $35 at the gift shop. We felt it was a great deal, as it included photos on the Grand Staircase as well as the photos you take when you walk in. It was all photos on a USB and 2 of your choice printed in 5x7s.

This exhibit was incredible. If you take the time to fully explore this place, you will learn so much about the ship, the crew, the passengers and what happened to the ship. This is a great tribute to this amazing ship and the people who sailed on her. My wife and I walked through it on our own but we will definitely be back to take the guided tour. I feel like we missed out on so much by not getting the tour. If you are any kind of history buff, Titanic enthusiast or just want to get away from the typical touristy part of Orlando, this is a great place to check out.

If you love history, then you need to allow for an extended time here. There is plenty of reading, I did not know there was a special tool to help with audio or I would have taken that with me. The front desk girl did not offer it so I was unaware it was an option. I am obsessed with the history of the Titanic- this place has so much information about people and articles of the ship. You need to allow for extra time. If you want to just look at the pictures, then go alone. The artifacts they recovered are fabulous. You cannot take video or pictures of any kind, but at the end there is a piece you can touch, which sent shivers down my spine. I saw there is a dinner, but my stay was too short to do it.

I have been to several Titanic exhibits, but this was the best one by far. Everything was so well done. It felt like you were actually walking through the ship. The staff was very knowledgeable and shared some interesting facts with us that we did not know. It was so awesome to be able to touch a piece of the hull.
We stayed for the First Class Dinner Gala which was amazing. The reenactment of events of Titanic’s final hours was a magical experience. It was fun to be a part of it. It was chilling watching the actors act out the final hours before Titanic sank. Everyone knows how the story ends but to feel like you were part of it really hit home. All of the actors were great but the woman who played Molly Brown and the man who played Thomas Andrews really shined.
The food was delicious. The portion sizes were larger than we expected. The restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. It was cool to eat on Titanic replica plates. The interactive pictures were fun. Great gift shop. Employees were friendly throughout.
The only thing that I would recommend is to put an age restriction on participants for the dinner. There was a couple who brought their obnoxious ill behaved 3 year old daughter, who was very loud most of the time but most noticeably at the end. This was distracting especially during the solemn moments at the end. The mother had no common sense and didn’t take the child outside. If there was a minimum age of 5 years or so that would help. This is not an activity for a young child.
Everything was wonderful besides that and we would definitely visit again the next time we are in the area.

Yes. I had no issues with my Pride Victory 10-4 wheel full size scooter. There are a few places that have doors to be opened, someone in your party can get those, or I'm sure you could get someone on staff to assist.

When I was there, a couple had 2 younger children and I was noticing that they didn't understand the exhibit and were bored, they were running around and not interested in it. I don't know if your child understands anything about the Titanic, there are a few other places to go right around there they might be more interested in.

The tix prices are supposed to be about $20 if bought at the door or online. But we did not pay that. Don't remember exactly what deal we got but was probably on LivingSocial or TravelZoo. I think we paid much less. You can get discounts just by looking online.
