Slow check in and refreshments

I snatched a great deal on Groupon for 4 kids to go for an hour. They had fun but all that bouncing around makes them thirsty. My suggestion is to bring your own drinks because I waited in the longest line ever to to get my kids bottled water. The staff is busy catering to kids choosing prizes so the wait for drinks or food gets severely bottlenecked.
I would also recommend handling all waivers and everything online in advance because some of their machines to do it on site are broken and so you might have to wait to do this in the self-automated way once on site. Also note you have to buy special socks. They are not expensive but required.

Disappointed
Aug 2018 • Family
Took my two sons to Airheads tonight and was very disappointed. I paid nearly $40 for one hour for a tiny facility and poor management. There is one area indicated as “dodge ball” but kids were playing dodge ball in nearly every area. This meant that kids who didn’t want to have balls thrown at them basically had no where to go. The staff did nothing about it. There were a lot of people in the dodge ball area with no staff. I witnessed several kids get intentionally hit in the face with the ball and again there was no one to manage that. There was only one or two staff members on the floor most of the hour. When there were two, they were standing together talking and not watching the jumpers or practicing their shots at the basketball goal. Trampolines can be a lot of fun but they can also be very dangerous and not have clear supervision is a recipe for disaster.

Awesome outing with the kids

I purchased a deal on Living Social to visit this place late last year and we had so much fun that when I was able to purchase another one I jumped at the chance to do so. My teenagers LOVED it and they even convinced me to jump with them on Saturday, as I didn't jump with them the first time around. It's exhausting because all you do is jump the entire time, but it is well worth it to see the kids enjoying themselves. I would visit again and again and again.

Kids had an amazing time here. Jump or play a game of dodgeball. This was a work out but was entertaining at the same time. Great place to take the kids if you want to wear them out. No frills. Has food and non alcoholic drinks.

Airheads, Orlando FL

Took my great-niece and nephew to Airheads based on the great pictures on Groupon and the website.
Plenty of parking spaces.

Before you speak to an employee, if you haven’t done it ahead of time, you have to fill out the liability waivers, once those are done, you get to pay for your purchase. They require grip socks or you can buy them there.

Unfortunately the overall place was disappointing. They only offer 2 large places to jump and play dodgeball and one for smaller children. They have a ver small and limited arcade and food place.

The arcade is very small and limited on games as well as the area to redeem your arcade tokens. We ordered 2 orders of mozzarella sticks and those tasted great; the price was $9.99 for 6.

The place looks a big old, need a good cleaning and needs an upgrade. The staff was present but on their phones. Not really paying attention to the kids playing around. After an hour there the kids go tired and we left.

Overall, a bit pricey for the place. Definitely needs an update.

Would we go back again? No

Happy New Year 😊
Jan 2018 • Family
I took my four children, ages 12-17, here for a New Year fun outing and they ALL had a really good time. They thanked me numerous times afterwards and even told other family members about how much they truly enjoyed this place. The two reasons I didn't give 5 stars is bc of the nagging waivers that I had to fill out for 5 ppl including myself even though I didn't jump. Also, I didn't give 5 stars bc of the potent funky feet smell that hits your nose hard when you walk into the building.

Great Extra

We found a great groupon for this business, so we decided to take our kids here one the days we were going to drive back home from Disney. Great place for them to blow off some energy before getting into the car to drive 4 hours home.

A summer camp was there at the time who were kind to our kids and let them play within their group. They were also hosting a toddler class it looked like.

Food was a little expensive for what you get, but pretty par-for-the-course.

I also had my 3 month old son with me at the time who obviously stayed in his stroller in the area that looks at all the trampolines, which fit through the aisles nicely. If bringing a stroller or infant, though, I would just be cognizant of when you're going and try to avoid any times that might be busy. Too many kids running up and down the aisles between the tables may be a hazard for your child.

Fun for the kids
Mar 2017 • Family
I find it best to get here early, before there are too many big kids and it gets too crowded on the trampolines. My kids, however, love when there are enough people bouncing for an employee to organize a game of dodge ball. They do a good job of supervising an organized game & will actually give mandatory breaks to let the kids rest for a few minutes and hydrate. We usually bring bottled water, but there's a concession stand as well. There's also an arcade area. If adults opt out of jumping, there's ample seating at the tables which also provides a good vantage point for supervising youngsters. There's often a deal on Groupon. I usually choose the unlimited bouncing option, as my kids will jump for a long time. If you go once, wash & save the grip socks for return trips.
