Nick and Jess were our guides and if you have the chance, request them. Their enthusiasm for their field and their knowledge made the day for us. fFrom the beginning you are strapped into a harness and at any place where there is a drop off or on the bridges you are hooked to a tether. Bottom line: you are... More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this added excursion. Our guides, Paula and Morgan, were knowlegable and just a delight. Tabitha fed the hippos and explained about filing their teeth! I was surprised to learn about the seriously declining population of giraffes in the wild. The snack stop was refreshing.

Went on the trek as a holiday treat as we were celebrating our anniversary and our sons 18th. What can I say........ An amazing experience. We had two great guides, very friendly and funny. Told us so many things about the animals and their lives at the park. Walk wasn't too hard and you have constant excess to water and... More

AMAZING! I spent my Birthday on the Savanna, with a small group (2 of which I knew). We were transported in the back of a safari truck, similar to the ones used on the Kilimanjaro Ride. Once out on the Savanna, we meet with a zookeeper, before heading to a stilted hut for appetizers & wines (beer & juice). Spending... More

Fun tour with very informative and genuinely friendly guides. Lots of close ups with the animals that the regular safari cant stop to do. It is $200 so if your cheap you may not enjoy it as much. The lunch was tasty and relaxing. I cant wait to take my kids when they are old enough. Plus you get complementary... More

We have had this on our list to do for some time, but didn't know much about it. We finally did it, and WOW. It was the best Disney experience we have had, no exceptions. Our Guides, Meg and Becca, were outstanding. They were educational, entertaining, engaging, and didn't loose anyone along the way. The Trek portion of the experience... More

Visited Wild Africa Trek at Animal Kingdom as part of a two week action packed holiday with family (kids 8 and 10). Everything from the car parking, to admission, to the rides, fast track system was excellent. Was hot, but that is the time of year for you. Queues were long, but again, it is what it is and they... In all our disney trips this blew everything else out of the water. Yes you need to book and yes it costs quite a bit extra but it was actually priceless. The two guides davis and hilary were knowledgeable, fun and laid back and the mixture of adventure education and behind the scenes is irresistible. We were.incredibly lucky to be... More

We went on the 8am trek this morning. This is an extra that you have to book in advance and costs approx $180 per person. We thought it was a great experience. Our guides, Frank and Jason, were fun, friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience better. Based on the description on the website, the warnings, the waiver you need... More

8 am tour was great. danielle and paola were sensational guides. 8 am particularly nice because not a lot of people want to get to park that early though it's coolest time and animals active. we lucked out being the only 2 on the tour. they claim one needs to be in good shape but this barely played a role....
