In the shadows of the theme park castles lies American Ghost Adventures. This is the LONGEST running ghost tour in Central Florida. This Interactive attraction is OPEN ALL YEAR AROUND. AGA prides themselves in giving their customers an accurate, but entertaining tour. No two tours are ever alike and the guides have several routes to choose from! AGA is currently ranked one of the TOP 10 GHOST TOURS IN THE WORLD and one of the top 5 ghost tours in the United States. All two- hour tours are considered sample tours. You will get 2 hours of history, ghost stories, and equipment to go ghost hunting INSIDE haunted buildings. Equipment rental is provided and included in your ticket price. We have several different locations and different types of tours but our 2 hour downtown Orlando tour runs nightly. Ghost sightings cannot be guaranteed & we are NOT A haunted house attraction. This tour will make everyone a believer, even the skeptics! My husband and I had the thrill of having Debbie as a tour guide. She was very knowledgeable, had amazing stories to tell us about each place, and gave us ample time to investigate each spot visited.
This hands on experience allowed us to use paramormal instruments which we have only seen on tv including EMF meters (which went crazy during extreme temperature changes which everyone in our party felt), dowsing rods, a Rem-pod, mel meter, incandescent flashlights(which went off and on when speaking to spirit), and an electro scope.
During the end of our tour, when we felt the intense temperature drops, our tour guide Debbie received a phone call from her boss stating an orb was captured on camera leaving that room! It is posted on their facebook page.
An overall AMAZING experience for anyone who is curious about ghost encounters! Highly recommended!

I recommend this tour for anyone who is looking for entertainment outside of the usual theme parks. I wanted to experience Orlando a little differently this time around. This is also an affordable way to experience Orlando if you're not looking to spend too much money. Not only is it a spooky tour of the old buildings, it's also for anyone who is interested in a little history. Our tour guide also made it fun. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a change of scenery.

We had a wonderful evening with our guide, Jeklyn. She had a wonderful mix of humor and historical facts that made the walking tour part of the evening fun for the entire family. I was extremely impressed by the way she strived to ensure everyone had a great time - especially my niece who was thoroughly engaged by the investigation process.

If you have a real interest in paranormal investigations, this company is for you. My friend and I recently took a tour of the Waterhouse Museum in Maitland with American Ghost Adventures. We were very pleased with our experience. The team was very professional and knowledgeable. They did not need to resort to theatrics which is something I look for in a tour/investigation. Meeting the guides Ting, Debbie, and Mitchell was the highlight of our evening. They have a true passion for sharing these experiences with others and were open to questions and discussions with our group. I will absolutely return to them for my next ghost tour in Central Florida.

We were in New Smyrna Beach celebrating a birthday and decided to take the Haunted Pub tour. Kathy was our guide for the evening and did an exceptionally good job mixing the “historical” and “haunted” stories of each place we visited. We had a great time visiting the “spirits” of each location as we could order our favorite drinks. Kathy was a wealth of information as she is part of an actual ghost hunting team. We highly recommend this tour if you visit New Smyrna Beach or any of the surrounding areas that American Ghost Adventurers give tours in.

You hear a lot about Orlando's theme parks and downtown's nightlife but who knew there are all types of creepy hauntings that take place in the historic City District of downtown Orlando. We were provided meters and other instruments to try our hand at recording activity. One of our guests appeared to draw a certain energy as the meter would go wild where he walked along Gertrude's Walk. Our guide Ting was fantastic. I plan to return and try out some of the other experiences they offer.

I did the Ultimate Downtown Orlando 4 Hour Tour with my boyfriend, and we absolutely LOVED it. I have been doing paranormal investigating for several years now, when I realized that I had never done one in my home city. I wanted something that was authentic and investigation focused, and they delivered fully.
Ashley was AMAZING. She was very knowledgeable and had a real connection with the spirits in her favorite building, which I'm sure attributed to our evidence collection. We got to use all the fun equipment! Rem Pod, K2 Meters, PSB7 Spirit Box, an Ovulis (via phone app), flash lights, lasers, dowsing rods, and a live EVP feed with headphones.
I also LOVED the locations that we went to. Everything about the night was incredible, and I am so happy that we went. We will totally go again in the near future!!

When reserving the tickets, Ting was so kind and helpful and made booking a private tour for a large group a breeze! We then had Maddie, Abbie, and Sallie as our tour guides and they were nothing but the best! Very knowledgeable and fun group! They were so accommodating and let us spend a little extra time at a couple of the stops that we were really enjoying. Honestly it just felt like we had three extra friends in our group! I would highly recommend this company for a haunted tour and would love to book them again!

Chris was an awesome tour guide and went above and beyond to make sure my boyfriend and I had an great time. He brought us umbrellas since it looked like it was going to rain, took us into spaces to try and connect with ghosts, and let us stop to get drinks/ use the restroom. Overall, the tour was thought out and a good value!

Take the time out of theme park trekking to take a worthwhile trip to downtown Orlando! The staff/team are so enthusiastic and offer an informative historical perspective on the buildings and ghosts. Ting, our guide was so respectful and knowledgeable as we tried various tools and locations. This experience was definitely worth it and if we lived closer, we would explore other available tours! Thank you Ting!!

Do you have an example of a recent summer itinerary? I know it changes but I am wondering where a list of some stops are made over 2 hours. Your listed itinerary did not provide anything. I am referring to the 2 hour downtown Orlando ghost tour.

Hello. We visit the historic district on Church Street and we visit locations near Pine Street. Each guide has their own route and have the creative ability to customize their own tours. That is one of the reasons why no two tours are ever alike!

Hi Dawn,
We only offer discounts to groups of 10 or more. We are the only tour company that will run a tour with a minimum of 2 people instead of cancelling it. To offset cost, we can't offer individual discounts. We do appreciate your service to our country though and hope to see you soon.
