    A must when visiting America
It is a must see when you are in America. I was in an America for a month and just got back. The McDonald’s was the best experience of them all, better than Everglades, Grand Canyon, the White House, Time Square, Six Flags and Disney land. When I saw for the first time, I fell on my knees and started crying because it was so beautiful, and I even stay in Florida for a day more to be there one more time

    Great visit, something for everyone
It was busy but to be expected. Straight forward ordering off the kiosk. I loved the fact my pasta came in a lovely bowl, very fresh. Everyone enjoyed their McD and pizza. Bigger portions than the UK. A great experience especially with a dairy allergy. Can add in items or take out easily.

    Fun and Busy
Definitely a must see! I’ve read plenty of negative comments about this place so I was skeptical, but I thought the place was great! We ordered at the kiosk and we got our food hot in about 8 minutes. We went upstairs to check it out while we waited on our food and it was quite something! Going back with the kids before leaving our trip! Don’t listen to the negative reviews, go check it out for yourself!

    Overloaded!
Too Packed with people on weekends! Seems overloaded with so much. The arcade is regular ok games with regular pricing not too cheap! A Nice Play place for the kids but I have seen better. A good Dining Area for top floor with Grand Mcd logo! Food was not too good maybe because of too many customers? Cold and a bit blank. A special item Steak sandwich seemed old. Overall average large and overloaded!

    Regular McDonald's just bigger
We went on a Monday with our family of 12 total 3 of them being kids. The kids had a blast in the play ground area. Which looked clean and nice arcade as well. The dining areas had lots of ditty tables but could be to short staff. When ordering at the machine you need table numbers they were none at times . Food came out at a decent time the boys nuggets and fries were good and fresh and so was the pizza it could have baked alittle longer for a nice crispy crust. Other than that it was a normal mc Donald's.

    Best McDonald’s
The first impression was “this is chaos.” We arrived during the a busy period but by the time we left, things were smooth and not crowded. The exclusive menu was amazing. The food was great and hot when served to the table. The play area and arcade was clean and not crowded. Would highly recommend

Great service good food and fun atmosphere
Great time and great menu options from just your typical McDonald’s . Lines were quick , food was quickly brought to table . Only issue is need a little more seating and little more parking space as to how popular this place is

    Not Your Typical MacDonald's
We were looking for something out of the ordinary and inexpensive. My son found this! Besides the traditional menu, they offer pizza & pasta and special dessert options. I enjoyed the Fettuccine Alfredo and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake. They also have an entire ice cream parlor! They were very busy, but the lines moved very fast, and with dining on two floors, I was amazed that our food even found us. I'm not a hamburger person. The only MacDonald's food I like is their Egg MacMuffin, so I wish every MacDonald's would adopt this menu!

This was interesting to see, but we did have some serious concerns.

We visited at around 9a, and the restaurant was filthy with trash strewn everywhere, including on the stairs. This presents a safety hazard.

We also noticed several transients sleeping in the booths. While we sympathise with the plight (and in fact donate time and money toward related causes), this is not something a parent would want their young children to witness.

Because of these and other reasons, we opted not to spend more time in the restaurant, and in fact chose to eat someplace else. However, it was still interesting to visit.

OK.... I know I said I don't visit fast food chains while traveling, but I made an exception this time. The attraction wasn't the fact that this is the world's largest or that I have kids that will play here. The attraction was the discontinued menu items that are available here. The McRib, Pizza and Pasta (although I don't remember Pasta ever being on their menu) nostalgic items.

Interesting place inside at night. Service here is probably the worst I've ever experienced anywhere. The staff works at ignoring you and really doesn't want to take orders. But we couldn't figure out how to order pizza on those silly boards.

I had to order a Pizza as that was a great item back in the day. Be prepared to wait a while for it though, it takes longer than you'd expect just like back in the day :) The person making the pizza though really does work hard as you can watch him. The Pizza's are different though, larger and a large pizza oven is used.

The pizza was excellent for McDonald's and we did have a lot of fun here, so service issues aside it still gets a very good and you really do have to stop here if you're in the area.

With two kids I have been to lots of McDonald’s and in lots of city’s and country’s and I haven’t had such a worst experience than I did at this worlds largest in Orlando Florida. First off just know, because it’s the largest and has two floors doesn’t mean they doubled the kitchen. The wait time was horrible. And those with kids you know that isn’t good. When it came they were missing the nuggets/fries and one of the pies. After the third time up to wait at the desk I noticed one entire side of their “huge” kitchen isn’t even being used. Don’t start something u can’t finish. Being asked to move by a McDonald’s employee while getting napkins so he could empty the trash is rude btw. So busy. Busy if they want a big restaurant to be big and wonderful fill it with kitchen workers not employees tripping over each other sweeping.

We’re bummed they changed this place. The renovation looks nice but this place is nothing like it used to be. It took 1/2 hour to get a couple overpriced happy meals and they were so cold and gross when we finally got them we just left. The play place is nice for littles but over crowded and not regulated.

Absolute worst experience of our trip- run, don't walk, away from this one. We were in town for a youth sports competition and found ourselves with few dinner options on a Saturday night. This restaurant is open 24 hours and was within walking distance of our hotel, so thought we'd give it a try. They were absolutely slammed. Had to order by kiosk but several were not working and of those that did only half were printing receipts, which was needed to collect your food. No table tents (with numbers) available to claim your order. Took us 45 minutes to get a bowl of 6 ravioli, 2 drinks, a burger and fries for the ridiculous price of $26. There were arcade games (extra $ required) and a large playground upstairs, but we did not use those.

When in the area, of course you shouldn't miss the world's biggest McDonald's!
The restaurant itself is more expensive than other McDonald's.

On the upper floor there's a play area where you can pay 5 USD for 30 minutes of free time to play freely on all of the arcade machines. We especially enjoyed the Jurassic Park one. You can also share your play card among several persons and start several games in parallell. The only limit is the time and you can start as many games as you wish during that time.

Our 6 and 8 year olds really liked this and still mentions those 30 minutes as a highlight of our trip.

Next to it there's also a playground.

Do note that the volume is quite loud on both floors, and children are running everywhere.

It was one of he worst McDonalds Poor service, very high prices and no atmosphere. The games upstairs were expensive. We bought a card for $5 and it was spent in about 5 minutes. The kids went in the play place and stayed for only a few minutes. It is truly a tourist trap. I took my friend there from out of town - they couldn’t afford the parks, so I recommended the world’s largest McDonalds so the kids could eat and play. Their lunch was $42 (nothing special) for Mom and her 4 children... I was very embarrassed for recommending this place....will never return...

We are in Orlando Florida celebrating my son's 13th birthday so why not check out the world's largest McDonald's.
The place is huge with people from all places checking it out too.
It's 2nd floor is full of arcade games and a children's play area.
They have a pasta and pizza section with a brick oven.
They have multiple touch screen ordering kiosks with people always in queue.
I ordered online with the McDonald's app and picked it up in store or else I would have waited in line.
The whole store is bright and clean including the restrooms.
One thing you like about McDonald's it's the same flavor anywhere in the world you go.

The worlds largest McDonalds is McDonalds largest failure.
This place is a big mess! From rude and obnoxious employees on their phones while they cook, clean and serve your cold burned food.
No special items are available…..ever. They claim they have pizza and pasta among other things, yet from the time they open until close, none of the items are available. Everyone has to order online or at a kiosk, making cash payers wait on extraordinarily long lines to pay. The lobby is mobbed with people piling in shoulder to shoulder. All the games are full Of grease and quite disgusting. All the food seems to be pre cooked and sitting in the open air until it’s ordered. Chicken sandwiches and fries are old and overcooked as they seem to just drop them back in the grease to heat them up. By the time you get your food it’s utterly disgusting, cold and burned.
Stay clear away from this mess. Save yourself and your kids. Any McDonalds in the WORLD is better than this disaster.
