There are many ways to enjoy your Orlando vacation, but there is only one place where vacation becomes adventure: Universal Orlando Resort. It is a unique destination featuring two theme parks, Universal Studios Florida and Universal's Islands of...more
I have been to the Orlando Universal twice and Hollywood once. I will admit, it you are planning on doing both - do Hollywood first. It's good and well worth the trip, but a bit of a disappointment after Orlando. If you can only do...More
Sadly, we only got to visit part of the Harry Potter experience as we never got to islands of adventure and didn’t take the train. BUT, walking around the shops going through Diagon Alley was great fun. No detail is spared here and you’ll find...More
Immersive and exciting but very, very, very busy in July. Both Universal parks were busy but when you entered the Harry
Potter areas the crowds were off the scale! Too busy/crammed to really take in all the detail. Glad we’d been before (in February and...More
You may wish to ignore the rest of the Universal Park (especially if this is not your first trip) and spend almost all of your time here. There is such a wealth of detail in every aspect of this attraction - from the remarkable set...More
This place is amazing! The details made you feel like you were actually there. The dragon on top of the bank was scary and also spits fire.
The ride was so fun and made you feel like you were actually there.
I would defiantly recommend...More
Definitely lived up to my expectations!! The rides were for all ages and the lines weren't too long! I recommend visiting Diagon Alley as its just like the real set of the movie!! it was exciting to go into the iconic stores in the movies...More

Go straight to Harry Potter rides. Both HP worlds have one main Harry Potter ride that will be busy. If you stay at a Universal Hotel, you can get into the park an hour early. You may still think the lines are long for the Harry Potter attractions, but a few hours later will be sooooo much worse! If you can get a fast pass, do it and you will have a much better time. You can't use it for the HP rides, but it helps so much with the others. There is so much to see in both HP worlds other than the rides as well! Also, be sure to take the Hogwarts Express Train between the parks because it is an experience in itself. We had a 2 day park to park ticket for Universal and Islands of Adventure with Express Passes and it worked out great. There are also really great shows and parades that are worth the time. (I had to ask for help as well since I couldn't figure out an itinerary before actually going there as well.)
