We used Orlando VIP Tours and were thrilled with the service and communication we received. Our guide was considerate, professional and expertly navigated is through multiple parks on multiple days. Will highly recommend to anyone going to any attraction in the area!

After arriving to the Magic Kingdom and being disappointed by the mass crowd and long wait for all of the attractions, we went to google to find a tour-guide company; hoping to find an option that was less than the $600+ per hour that Disney itself wanted. We found Five Star and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision to book. Mackenzie, who helped us book, and Roy, our tour guided were both incredible. Roy was successful in getting us through every attraction on our wish list with minimal wait (if any). He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! We’ll be booking again when we come back!

We used Orlando VIP for our first trip to Disney World with our kids after my best friend recommended them. Knowing what I know now, I don’t know how we would have planned and executed the trip without their help. We would have done it, but there would have been a lot of stress and upset kids.
After we said which parks we wanted to do, the purchasing of passes, tickets, and itinerary were done for us, and some restaurants were booked.
At 3 different parks, we waited no longer than 15-20 minutes for rides and got to do all of the rides we wanted to, and our favorite ones several times. We got to sit back, relax and enjoy our experience with no stress. I highly recommend this service to anyone wanting to enjoy Disney to its fullest. I would not do it any other way. Worth every penny!

We used Five Star Orlando VIP Tours on our recent spring break to WDW and Universal Orlando and highly recommend them. The level of service was fantastic, from helping us to plan the trip to guiding us through the parks. Our guide Gabe in particular was phenomenal. Gabe did a fantastic job making the day stress free and seamless, he was always accommodating to what we wanted, and he did an AMAZING job with our 7 yo and 9 yo kids. By the end of the trip they would run up to Gabe at the beginning of each morning to slap him high fives and embark on another fun day.
One case in point, on one of our three days, when we were at Universal with Gabe, our son started to not feel well that morning. Gabe was awesome - although my son and I unfortunately had to go back to the hotel, Gabe adjusted all of the plans for my wife and daughter (both Harry Potter nuts) to make it an incredibly special day for them, and salvaged what ordinarily could have thrown our day’s plans (and a lot of money!) into disarray. We will definitely use Five Star/Gabe again and and recommend you give them a try too!

Bobby at Orlando VIP tours made this trip (our 8th to Disney World-first time using a guide) the easiest and most enjoyable Disney vacation and absolutely magical!! Bobby led us on our tour of Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom Hollywood Studios and both Universal parks over 5 days. Bobby made sure we had fast passes for all the Disney rides, and knew which rides to hit when. It made touring so easy and we never had to wait on a long line, not once! Bobby constantly worked while we were on attractions to book new fast passes for other big name attractions so we could use the lightening lane all day long. Amazing!! Again, we are experienced at Disney touring but Bobby is just incredible at knowing how to tackle the park and how to adjust the tour in real time to make the vacation seamless and fun the whole day (kids 13, 11and 7, and 70 year old grandparent in group). Bobby made this a magical vacation for us! He also helped us quickly find magic bands we lost multiple times, kept my 70 year old mother in the shade and seated well when the rest of the crew was on rides, helped us get food and find great air conditioned places to eat and made sure we got on EVERY SINGLE RIDE we wanted to without a line. At bottom, Bobby handled all logistics of the trip perfectly so our family could simply enjoy our experience without any stress. He was also a really nice guy and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Bobby and Orlando VIP tours as it made this an incredibly smooth and enjoyable family vacation!! Thanks again Bobby!!!

This is my 2nd time using Orlando VIP Tours for Walt Disney World. We visited Magic Kingdom with my family (wife and 3 & 4 year old boys) on a Thursday. Our guide was Bobby, he is a ROCKSTAR and he absolutely killed it, we got on 13 rides (list below) some we made it on some rides 2x and also watched the parade all before 1:00PM
If you want to attend the park, shut your phone off, have no stress and enjoy the time with your family, this service is worth every penny.

We booked five star for three days in October 2019 - we have been to Orlando many times but this was first times with our nieces so we wanted to maximise our time at Disney. We were not disappointed- we had Bobby for two days and Jamie for one day and they were both fantastic. We were met at each park as planned - early starts but worth it! They guided us around and we did everything on our list and more with hardly any wait including the Millenium Falcon! Nothing was too much trouble and it was such a pleasure sharing our days with them. Don’t do Disney without them!

Best decision of the trip was to book Orlando VIP Tours for three different days at three different parks. We never waited more than a few minutes for any ride, was able to see everything on our list in 5-6 hours and had no stress because of our guide. Gabe was the best tour guide! He had a detailed plan, was very knowledgeable, great with all family members and provided the best Disney experience.

We recently visited Magic Kingdom with Nycole as our VIP Tour guide. I decided to book a guide after hearing horror stores about two hour wait times, crying kids and exhausted parents. Man am I glad we did! Nycole knew the park like the back of her hand. We met her at the part for 8am and she had us on 16 rides by 4pm. We rarely waited in any lines at all, and when we did it was for 10 minutes max. Friends of ours were there the same day and time frame and made it on four rides all day... Needless to say we will never do Disney without VIP Tours!!

There is visiting Disney, and then there is visiting Disney Orlando VIP Tours style.
With Orlando VIP Tours we were able to visit Disney and customize the perfect itinerary. My wife and I were taking our 4 year old son and have not been to Disney in over 20 years. We contacted Orlando VIP Tours and from our first inquiry the process was seamless.
Orlando VIP Tours specializes in private tours at all of the parks and we worked with a personal concierge to customize the perfect itinerary for each day. We were able to easily enjoy all of our favorite attractions efficiently and with very little wait times.
Our VIP tour guide was Gabe. Gabe was energetic and made our trip to Disney memorable. He was able to maximize our time each day at the park taking into account the age of our son. He was able to zip us in and out of the attractions efficiently with minimal time spent waiting in lines. The best part about Gabe was his flexibility and ability to cater to our needs on the fly.
We enjoyed the stories our guide shared throughout our trip and the energy he brought every day. We would not visit Disney again without using Orlando VIP Tours and Gabe!

Do we need to purchase fast pass or does the VIP tour include fast pass....meaning we don’t have to wait on non-fast pass line. Also, if it does include fast pass do we have to schedule times or that is bypassed as well
