Shopping Utopia for young and old
An outdoor walkable shopping center laid out like a town. There’s not much to do other than shop and eat but we like Disney Springs. Great variety of boutique shops, along with well known brands. It’s big so wear your walking shoes. For lunch we ate at Rainforest cafe. Make sure you get a reservation. For dinner we ate at the Polite Pig. Great brisket and bourbon selection. our server Allan is a great guy. Very attentive. It can get very crowded so bring your patience. A few of the stores include Lego, Harley Davidson, Coca Cola, Levi’s, Pixar, and a huge Disney souvenir store. Would we go back? Yes.

Great place to walk and hang out.
A little world of its own, it’s worth coming to look around and visit some of the stores they have here. It’s like an outlet village, but there are restaurants, bars, a cinema, bowling alley and a variety of Disney-themed stores and other partners. I found it much nicer and more interesting that City Walk over at Universal, and there was plenty of FREE, covered parking. Fun night.

Nice to just walk and watch the world go by
We visited Disney Springs on Sunday the 16th of July 2023. We had not previously visited when we were last in Orlando but decided to have a look round on a rainy day. Loads of bars and eateries. A great cinema....we did stop off to watch the new Indiana Jones movie. Great place to people watch, do some retail therapy. Was shocked how expensive the merchandise was in Pele Soccer. But all in all I nice place to spend a few hours

    A must-do while at Disney
We went to Disney Springs for dinner three times during our two week stay at Disney. Excellent selection of restaurants to eat at night time. Good selection of designer brand stores, as well as some rare shops like the Coca Cola and M&M stores that you don’t often find anywhere else. We also particularly liked the Uniqlo store. I also wouldn’t complain if they expanded the Lego store. :p The excellent and regular bus service to all Disney hotels made life a lot lot easier. It’s definitely worth visiting if you’re in Orlando, and an absolute must if you’re already staying at a Disney hotel.

    Fun day at Disney Springs
We really enjoyed our afternoon at Disney Springs. Sometimes you can find Disney related items that are not at the parks. Overall Disney clothing has went downhill in quality and creativity. We used to buy lots of Disney shirts, but now they are all cheap and screen printed where they used to be embroidered and I wish they would offer better items. Ate at Chef Smith's Homecoming restaurant and it was delicious as usual. The Lego store has huge lines to get in it so be prepared for a 30 minute wait. Parking is free and it was nice this time to have our car there so we could quickly get back to our hotel.

    Afternoon trip
We visited on a day where there was torrential rain lol, so this altered the day somewhat 🤣 we managed to visit most of the shops and I had a wonderful time in Sephora 💖 you honestly could do a lot of damage in the shops here so you must venture with caution ! I feel I’d there wasn’t such a downpour we would have enjoyed our day much more. I would defo recommend a visit here x

Such a great place to hang out and it’s free!! You only pay if you avail a service or eat at a restaurant. There are so
I spent a lovely day there - shopping, eating, soaking in the sun. Remember if you’ve already been to Disneyland, keep your receipt and use it to get a one time discount at any of the Disney stores at Disney springs. I went in July and there were sales at some of the stores so yay would definitely say it’s a good time to go. Also there’s a Lego store etc so plenty to do if you’re with kids as well

    Fun Family Outing!
This is a great area to explore with your family, as a couple or as an outing with friends. Plenty of shops, restaurants and/or bar options if you're looking for a unique adult beverage. A nice place to go in between amusement park days during a WDW stay. There are even plenty of entertainment options such as a Cirque Du Soleil show, a bowling alley & a movie theatre, just to name a few.

    Disney Springs has it all
Disney Springs truly has it all. It offers a unique blend of entertainment, dining, and shopping- From quick bites to fine dining, unique boutiques and Disney stores, live entertainment… there is something for everyone. We had a meal at Earl of Sandwich that was one of the best Italian sandwiches we’ve had. The Italian Sub was very flavorful and tasty. There is so much to see and do here, definitely a highlight to our Florida vacation.

Much bigger than Downtown Disney in CA
Disney Springs is HUGE! There are about 100 stores, and over 50 food locations. Quite a few of the stores are Disney ones (World of Disney, Art of Disney, Disney Style, Star Wars Trading Post etc) so if you need to buy more souvenirs and gifts, this is the perfect place to shop. Our hotel was within walking distance so we were able to visit a few times. Our favorite stores were Gideon's Bakehouse and Blaze Pizza. We found out that we couldn't get Disney transportation to the theme parks from Disney Springs. We had to take a bus to a resort and then take transportation from there to the parks.

Very disappointed in Disney Springs. It is now nothing more than an outdoor shopping center with high end stores (Levi's, Harley Davidson, etc). Why go to Disney to shop for a pair of Levi's? Plus all the brand name restaurants such as Chicken Guy and Emeril's and other places. Why? If this is Disney. I understand that people don't want to go to Disney, or can't, but this is a mall owned by Disney. There is nothing for the common person on vacation and the Lego store was packed (why buy a Lego set for $50 when it's at Walmart for a lot less?) Trying to find a snack that is non-alcoholic or kid friendly is hard unless you go to an actual restaurant. The only real stores left are the Christmas store, Goofy's candy shop, and the Disney store, which is packed.

We went on our last day at Disney hoping to find some things we couldn't in the park but couldn't get passed the crowds and even then couldn't find anything.

If you are just looking for a place to eat that is not at a resort or in the parks, Disney Springs is the place, otherwise I would recommend staying away.

Last week, we had an appointment for the VOID then a dinner appointment in Disney Springs. We showed up to the VOID 15 minutes early and saw about 15 people in line. The line was not moving much so my wife went up to the worker and explained that we had an appointment. He kind of rudely told her to stand in line and they would get to us. I waited a couple more minutes and saw that the line was still not moving much. Not wanting to miss our dinner appointment, and knowing that we had made an appointment weeks ago, I walked up and spoke to the employee and again explained the situation. He stated that the appointment was more of a payment thing and they couldn't be held to the time. He said he couldn't do anything so I asked who could and he said he would get the manager, who he contacted by radio. I waited and explained to the manager that we had an appointment with them and would like that to be honored. He stated that he would take care of me. I proceeded to try and bring my family in to the building. I turned around and the manager then handed me a receipt and said "here's your refund." I was pretty surprised since we never spoke of that and I understood that they would provide the service that I had already paid for. When I protested and said that wasn't right and that I just wanted them to honor the contract we had, he stated that they are the most popular attraction at Disney Springs and are very busy and that's all he could do to correct the situation. He was very rude and there's no way I won't be telling everyone I know about the poor customer service and horrible manager at this place.

Unique & varied shops, unique dinning & free entertainment (free parking too) all wrapped up in a sparkly Disney atmosphere is just a quick description of Disney Springs, oh, & it's huge, Disney clean & well staffed.
One can gripe about the crowds, the prices in the shops (tho they are NOT that exorbitant) & $70 (minimum) dinner for 2 but you can eat at the many cheaper casual walk up eateries & it's fun to browse the stores, especially the gigantic Disney store! I'd suggest going online and checking out all the different stores & eateries. Half the fun of going there is deciding what stores you must visit & what themed restaurant you want to eat in. (the kids will love the raucous T-Rex restaurant!)
On a warm night, when everything is lit up & twinkling the free entertainment starts & it's a great place to just stroll around. Highly recommended for its diversity in food choices, shopping & entertainment & you don't have to spend a fortune & still have a good time.

This is a great place to visit during or after the COVID. They take your temperature upon entry and you are required to wear a mask the whole time. I know this isn't ideal, however, with alot of people around, I was impressed. Most of shops are upscale so don't think your going to get too many bargains but I still browsed a few. We did not eat hear so I can't say what the food would have been like this visit but we eat in the brick oven last visit and it was good. There weren't too many music vendors out but it was a weeknight. Just strolling along was nice.

Temperature checks and mask enforcements to walk outside - you’ve got to be kidding me. But it’s ok to gather together in stores to shop! A vending machine to sell you masks. No one assumes or cares if you can’t wear one do to a medical reason they just aggressively make you do so. We spent about thirty minutes in here against our better judgement. We’re not mask people but we wore them to get to the T Rex cafe (which had a 2 hour wait). We were told and almost escorted out of the park because I had my mask off to speak to my TWO year old so he could see his moms face. It was pathetic the amount of force they use. Not worth spending money at this place, we will be canceling future Disney trips as well. There is no understanding or patience for anything but compliance here.

Once in a while we take a 75 mile drive to Disney springs. Chance to get out, window shop and have a different meal than what is available closer to home. Yes the parking is free but when you factor in gas and tolls plus premium dining experiences plus $12 ice cream sundaes at ghiradelli is it really worth? Maybe once the places under construction and the new cirque show opens I may visit more frequently until then I will think twice about the drive.

There is something for most people, but it is a lot of walking. I recommend that you come prepared for that if you have a hard time standing/walking or if you have a smaller child who is just big enough to not go into a stroller.
Use sunscreen regardless of the time of year. It is easy to get a sunburn while out walking around. Bring a water bottle and small snacks for the littles.
Getting there is way but traffic is a nightmare. Parking is garage so it’s not to hard to find. Restaurants can book months in advance like T-Rex, it can be pretty hard to get in. Prepare to wait for restaurants. Lines in retail stores can be long but generally move quickly.
Please be kind. People travel to this area from all around the globe and everyone is just out and about to enjoy their day. I recommend that you wear breathable clothes and shoes make to walk in, it is not a fashion runway.

Disney Springs is really pretty awesome, as much as I don’t want to admit. I am a Universal pass holder, and don’t get me wrong because I do love Disney, but it’s not my first choice when it comes to theme parks and activities in Orlando.

But Disney Springs would be my choice over Universal Citywalk for one big reason: the parking. Unfortunately, unless you have an annual pass or go after 6pm at CityWalk, you have to pay a ridiculous amount just to park. But parking at Disney Springs is *completely* free, which is tough to beat!

There’s just so much to do here as well- some really high end stores, but also a lot of themed stores like Star Wars, Marvel, an NBA store and several Disney stores. They have tons of food options but honestly those can get pretty pricey, and basically anytime you come for dinner be prepared to wait because it’s always busy no matter the restaurant.

Something else I love is their little stage on the water, because there are a lot of really good performers that make some magic up there. I think it’s super cool as well that they literally have a Cirque Du Soleil arena there, I definitely want to catch a show sometime.

Right now they are pretty strict with covid, you get your temp checked before you can even enter but I think they are getting a little more lax about wearing a mask outside if you’re at least distanced which is nice. Definitely a great evening activity and just prepare your wallet because there’s so much to be found and desired!

We brought a group of students to Disney Springs to enjoy a nice night out for the last night of our Spring Break trip - it was anything but nice. Upon entering we were met with a rude woman who borderline yelled at a 12 year old boy. We then joyously were able to pay 2$ for a .05$ mask at their vending machine. We then were able to practice “safe social distancing” by rubbing into everyone - but, heaven forbid you pull your mask down while no one is within 30 yards of you because someone will gladly show up to tel you about their policy. I get it, each “cast member” is following Disney’s protocols but my goodness, do they have to be such hard asses about it? Do you really need to tell us that we aren’t allowed to take a drink of water because we would have to pull our mask down? Do you really need to kick a kid out of the Lego store because his mask blew away at dinner and all he had was a gaiter so he wore it? Come on, don’t let protocol overcome politeness or just general goodness.

After being a Disney World fan for years, I can honestly say that is has completely lost its magic. We visited Disney Springs yesterday, and were treated so rudely by the staff working there that we will never return. We had a person directing traffic barking orders in a nasty fashion to those that turned in the surface parking area even though the sign said it wasn't closed. We also had someone working outside one of the stores yell at my 30 year old daughter when she attempted to ask him a question. He was telling everyone they had to get in line to enter the store, and the line was long and she just wanted to ask him if they had cotton candy in the store before waiting in line. He was just so mean. Disney just used to be so fun and it has lost its magic. Everyone seemed short tempered and rude. The boats weren't running so it was quite a walk to get from one side to the other, and we left exhausted and unhappy. I also noticed that it is looking kinda run down. Especially the lego store...Buzz and Woody Lego statue looked faded and bad, as does the sea monster in the water. We live in Florida, and have been coming to Disney regularly for over 20 years, but we just don't like it anymore. They are down right militant about the masks in a place full of little kids that have a hard time keeping them on, and in a place where people are coming primarily to eat. What a sad, disappointing place it has become. We were staying at the Gaylord, and they treated everyone great and you didn't feel like you were being yelled at or disrespected, so we just hung out at the pool for the rest of our staycation. Disney during pandemic= avoid like the plague. Disney you should be ashamed of yourselves.
