Great value!
Jan 2021
Rode the trolley several times Sat. & Sun. Very few others riding. Great way to get around International Dr. and/or Univ. Blvd. without needing a rental car. They don't stop unless someone is visible at the stop which was not often, so it only took us 20 min. to go from stop 30 to stop 2 (outlet mall on N end). Wait times weren't bad, usually 15 min. or less. We used their next trolley text service and found the wait times were usually inflated. Give it a try!

Could be better
Sep 2019
Didn't have a good experience for the 1st time when using the I-ride, far too many people in at one time, not a regular service, never had a clear indication of what service to get.

Easy Travel
Jul 2020
Easy to get around on. Goes everywhere you would like to go. It stops at all the best shopping and all the popular eating spots. It goes from one end of International Drive to the other. Seating was arranged so that social distancing as easy to comply with. WE originally were going to rent a car but the fare here for the entire week was $9.00 and we could ride unlimited. It was a great experience. My only dislike was I could never tell what time the Trolley was coming so we waited a lot. It not posted on the canopy or available on a schedule, at least we didn't see it.

You customer group must be tourists, who by definition don't know the exact right name for the place they want to go to, or how much or what they can or can't bring onto the bus.
You were annoyed by us because we didn't know the right name of the shopping complex (did it matter the rides all cost the same) and you were rude to the woman behind us because she wanted to bring 2 suitcases on (you told everyone on the bus there was a 1 suitcase policy).
Shame, we had thought this a novel way to ride on holiday - we got an Uber back.

Great when it works - but you never know when it is
Feb 2020 • Business
I used the service while attending a conference in Orlando.
Pro:
cheap transportation if you happen to be on the lines. The multi-day passes are no brainer as they make the trips cheap. They are also hour based not day based, so even more value can be had there.
When the bus actually arrives the trip is quick and smooth.
It seems the first ride in the morning starts from a middle point of the map - so you don’t have to wait too long for it.
Con:
Timetables are merely a suggestion. Apps and text services tracking the trolly are either spot on or completely random. Very hard to plan around using the service when there is no accurate way to acutely know when the next bus is.
Sometimes the trolly just does not show up - I’ve been waiting at times for an hour when the service should be every 15-20 minutes.
The trolls are green. Someone with no imagination called the line red and green. Yes the red line is on the green trolly. Make sure you are on the correct line - I’ve made this mistake once and it cost me more than an hour waiting to the ride back.
The start time of 8 am is conducive for leisure tourists. But going to a conference that starts before 8 it was inconvenient.

I ride Trolley driver Lewis Ayers is a star
Jan 2020 • Solo
I visited the Orlando area on vacation in January 2020 and used the Iride trolley service several times. It has been several years since I have used this service and I remembered the drivers as all being very polite, informative and friendly. On This visit to Orlando,I found the drivers to be rude, totally unfriendly and was very much given the impression that most of them are really not happy in their jobs and many do not portray a positive portrayal of Orlando being such a great and welcoming vacation destination. On one occasion, after I had given plenty of notice requesting a driver to stop at the next pre assigned allocated stop,he proceeded to drive the trolley faster and drove straight past without stopping. When I pointed this out to him,he became very rude and stated he was running late and too busy to stop. What is the point of boarding a trolley and having pre assigned allocated stops on a route and map when a driver chooses not to stop for whatever reason?.I also witnessed a few occasions when drivers were totally unhelpful and rude to other travellers. The trolley is a very good service, travelling along Idrive from Premium Outlets North to Premium Outlets South and an adult fare is only $2 and 25 cents for a senior fare. The one driver who stood out for giving great service was Lewis Ayers. He is such a credit to the Iride trolley service,he was so professional, polite, helpful and friendly. He took the time to point out places of interest along the route and is an absolute credit to this service and put all the other drivers to shame,he restored my faith in the Iride trolley .Well done Lewis.

Did not enjoy
Jan 2020
I was looking forward to riding the trolley but was so disappointed. Every driver drove too fast and were not very friendly. Was a rough uncomfortable ride. So different than advertised . Will not ride again.

PERFECT TRANSPORTATION
Dec 2019
Ideal way to travel up and down International Drive, easy and cheap. Each stop has a large colour map showing stopping point and additional attractions etc. Easy to use. Best deal is the three day pass for $7. Single day is $5. On and off as often as you want.

i-trolley service blows. i purchased a ticket and i was asked to print the receipt but i didn't have a printer avail at the time. trolley driver sent me to mall to get it printed. when i got to the exchange booth, attendant told me she couldn't print it out for me but she could sell me a new ticket. company should not sell online ticket if they won't accept phone proof of purchase.

I waited at the G4 stop for over 45 minutes and still no one came. Checked the app for approximate times and it didn't work properly. The times bounced around from 35 minutes to 25 minutes, then back up to 63 minutes. So my questions is if the green line is supposed to run every 30 minutes why is there estimated times that excessively exceed 30 minutes? So confusing

Does this bus go to Disney from international drive
IDriveDistrict
Orlando, Florida, United States4 contributions
Previous answers are correct. The I-Ride Trolley service routes are within the International Drive Resort Area only. You would need alternate transportation to get to / from the Disney area. Please check with the guest service desk of your hotel as many do offer shuttle service. Lynx also has routes to Disney and there is also taxi and ride share available. Thank you and wishing you safe travels! :)
