Fairly serious road biker looked to ride West Orange Trail, one of my faves, so I wanted high end equipment and Alex had it. Their methodology was excellent, including a guide to measure my home ride, and the fit was perfect upon delivery. Super professional, quality outfit.

My husband attended a conference in Orlando. We are both training for a Half Ironman in April and we were supposed to do a 4 hour bike ride on the weekend. That posed a problem since we flew there from Orange County. But Alex from The Ride Xperience came to our rescue! We were able to hire proper road bikes (Specialized) which they can deliver to your hotel the night before you want to ride. You send them measurements of your current bike set up and they set it up for you all before delivering the bikes. You also just tell them what shoes you have and they fit the correct pedals for you. Even Garmin mounts and helmets!
We were not sure of routes though, so not only did Alex suggest where we should be riding, he also shared some Strava maps with us. We had a fantastic ride on quality bikes, a good workout abs great sight seeing. Totally recommend them, great service with Alex going the extra mile ❤️

We stay one week at Orange Lake Resort each year and love to ride bike around the large resort. Totally easy to rent, I talked to Alex and he clarified how to complete on line. Bikes were delivered that evening at the registration office and picked up Friday evening. Smooth bikes in great condition! Although there was only one step thru bike left that I let my sister have, I chose the regular specialized crossroad. Also asked for a medium size and not sure if I Stoll got the larger one as handlebars were quite wide and a bit of a reach for me, I'm 5'5". All in all, excellent service and bikes! Will rent again from them! Decent price too...

I wish I could get this service in EVERY city I visit. It's simply fantastic. We rented 3 bikes and had them delivered with a car rack, helmets, locks and water bottles. The service is very dependable with good communication about drop off and pick up. This is the 2nd time I have rented from them and it's still fantastic. We rode the West Orange trail one day and the Van Fleek a second day. A great activity to see some of natural FL and get some exercise besides walking. The only suggestion I would have is to add a map to the 'where to ride' part of their website so you can understand visually what the descriptions portray. We'll be back for sure!!!

What a great rental experience. Alex is very professional by asking key question to fit your bike prior to your arrival. Fantastic service and a quality bike for a great price. I will definitely recommend and rent again the next time in Orlando

We rented ebikes for the week while in town for a convention. The entire process was exceptional - easy to order, on time delivery and pickup, instruction on how to use. Alex was very responsive to any questions. The bikes were in great shape and easy to use. I would definitely rent from Alex again.

My husband and I are experienced cyclists and follow precise training. In order not to miss training during our business trip, we rented 2 Canyon ultimate with power meters from Regino Bike. From the first contact they were very helpful and quick to respond. The bikes were delivered to the hotel at a reasonable cost, were in perfect condition and allowed us to do our training. At our request the bikes were also adapted to our biomechanical measures. Thank you Regino bike for your professionalism and courtesy!

Hired road bikes for five people doing the Clermont Triathlon. Bikes arrived at hotel prior to schedule and were picked up on schedule. Great bikes with DI shifting and Reynolds 58 wheels and was set up for each persons sizes. Will deffinitely use Regino Bikes again. So much easier that flying with bikes from home.

Rented a Specialized Tarmac for four days in Orlando. Bike was great. I had them deliver the bike to and pick up from my hotel, which was worth the $20. I highly recommend Regino bike rentals. I also recommend the West Orange and Van Fleet trails if you are looking for some quality routes around Orlando. They are worth the short drive!

My experience with Regino Bike & Co. on a recent visit to Universal was outstanding from start to finish. From the ease of use renting the bike I wanted on their site, to their delivery of the bike to my hotel the day before, to the pickup of the bike. It was convenient having the bike the day before, to allow travel to Tampa for an early morning ride on the Courtney Campbell Trail. The cost of the rental and delivery/pickup was very reasonable. They were very reliable and communicated well via email. It was a very good experience!
