Quicksilver's innovative concept is to consolidate our knowledge accumulated in tour guiding and international travel, with our experience in transportation in Orlando. Our drivers are the first personal contact you have when you arrive in Orlando. With that in mind, they are selected not only based on their driving records, but also on friendliness, politeness, and familiarity with the area. No other transportation company goes to the lengths we do to ensure that your trip is exactly how you imagined it. My family has been using Quicksilver for years when traveling to Walt Disney World in Orlando. My husband and I were just there again last week and the service is consistently excellent. Our driver was waiting with our name on a sign as we came down the escalator to baggage claim. We had made a note on our reservation that we were not traveling with checked bags, so our driver quickly confirmed that detail with us and we were out the door. This trip was the first time we had taken advantage of the free 30 minute grocery stop and were quite pleased with how efficient that process was. Historically the driver for our return trip has arrived about 5-10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time, so we headed to the entrance about 15 minutes early. Our driver pulled up with 10 minutes to spare and we were off!
I would recommend Quicksilver to anyone. Their prices are more than fair, vehicles in great condition, drivers are always dressed sharply and are just super!

I used Quicksilver for a transfer from Orlando International Airport to the Disney Yacht Club resort and back for a family of eight plus luggage. The service was excellent - good communications at time of booking and time of pick up, punctual and pleasant driver who was waiting where he said when he said both times. The van was clean, comfortable and spacious. The price compared favourably with using one of the two bus transfer services which replaced the Disney Magical Express, perhaps an extra $20/30 but with the convenience of a private transfer.

Would use again highly recommended . Great service . Due to plane issues I arrived at the airport 36 hours after scheduled reservation. It was no problem for this company - I emailed them with updates on my expected arrival and they were waiting (despite me having to change that time 3 times due to airline)

For us, the reason to pay the extra money for transport from the airport, and not just book an Uber/Lyft when you arrive, is to save valuable holiday time and take the hassle out of getting to your hotel. We had booked a transfer with Quicksilver and gave them our flight details so they should have known when our flight was arriving. Our flight arrived on time (wasn't early), yet when we got to the meeting area the driver was nowhere to be found and we had to find a telephone to call the company. We were waiting around an hour for the driver to turn up, leaving us with two sleepy kids who fell asleep in the car on the way to the hotel, and which meant we had to carry them asleep and manage our luggage while trying to check in. As well as that, we didn't get any apology from the driver or afterwards from the company. The driver on the way back to the airport did arrive on time so hence the 2 stars.

Our Quicksilver drivers were always right on time and easy to find. We've always used resort transportation in the past, but since we were visiting both Universal and Disney in one trip, decided to try Quicksilver. We spent less time waiting and more time having fun. And the price was quite reasonable. Highly recommend.

We chose this company because the vehicles were newer than some of the competing companies. We had one limo and one suburban. The drivers were absolutely excellent but the limo was supposed to be a big surprise for the kids and these Lincoln limos are on the small side anyway, but then it was older and I feel like I was disappointed by that. It also had a lot of blue and purple lights inside that made it seem a little cheesy and not classy.

Hi,
So sorry you were disappointed with our Limo. You are correct though, Limousine was a 2011, the last year Lincoln produced the Towncar the limo is based on. This limo is the exact same as pictured online as we do not own any other type of stretched limousines. I'm sorry you had expected something newer or bigger but am glad you liked our drivers. As a suggestion for a future trip I'd recommend a party bus type limousine or a luxury sprinter van; they are roomier and more flexible (we unfortunately do not have these in our fleet); only possible caveat is they are usually 2 to 3 times more expensive for the same route.

Our driver was on time for both of our pick ups and very helpful with our bags. This is the third time that we have used Quicksilver and we have been very satisfied each time. I will say that the Cargo van is starting to show some wear, but that does not change my recommendation of this company.

We have used Quicksilver Transportation from MCO to WDW on several occasions.
They are reliable and the price for the round trip is reasonable. It is the quickest way to go.
You will get a confirmation by email and a text just before the trip with a confirmation and the driver's name and cell number. This is very reassuring.
The cars are clean and large. The drivers are pleasant.
We are repeat users and recommend them to friends.

Quicksilver was extremely attentive to my needs. Emails before my trip, confirmation texts during my trip, and follow up after to see if they could do anything better.
The driver, Jeremiah, was awesome and attentive. He waited at the airport, helped with bags, and was prompt to the minute when he picked me up at my hotel.
I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

Team was very flexible with updating our reservation in advance with some flight and hotel changes. They also communicated well when our flight was delayed due to weather. Overall - very smooth and customer friendly process.

We are traveling to the port for a Carnival Cruise and looking for a car service. Will this company be able to drop us at the embarking area? I know that only certain companies are allowed into the ports now. Thank you!

Yes, they will drop you off directly at embarkation area. Cruise lines have an area they allow them into so you luggage can be unloaded + taken to cruise ship porters.
