We came back to Universal with our 11 and 13 year old boys. The last time I was at Universal was shortly after the Gringot’s ride opened. That time I wanted for over two hours only to have the ride break. We could only go...More
The park lot in the universal studio is so confused. The theme park and city walk actually are located the same area. For me, the first time visit. Took me about half hour to figure out how to get into the park lot
It can get really crowded at the theme parks, so it's best to bypass the first couple of attractions when you head into the park. No worries, the lines for these first couple of rides will drop way down after the park has been opened...More

That week entirely will be very busy. Kids are out of school and parents make it a Christmas present. We found best times are the middle of the week usually, but holidays are a totally different game. It is easier if you use fast passes which allows you to get onto rides at a specific time. Some hotels offer them with your room. I hope this helps. Sorry it took so long to answer.

With an Express Pass, you go through an alternate entrance that is reserved for Guests with Express Passes. However, through some of our attractions, like Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts, the Express Pass queue is next to the stand-by line so you will still be able to see majority of the queue while going through quicker. If you have any additional questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to our Guest Services Department at 407-224-4233 option 4. We look forward to your visit!
