It’s entertaining and fun. Clean. We felt like little kids. Make sure to ask for a map at the entrance and make a plan. Buy the Express Pass it’s soooo worth it!

Great family friendly park with something to please all ages. The park flows from theme to theme, a full day is recommended to get the most out of the park, unless you purchase Express passes.

Spent many days here, and would go for many more. Rides for all ages, with imaginative scenery. Only disappointment, was fast and furious ride, lead up to it like a museum of cars, fantastic, however actual ride very tame picture show, hire DVD instead more...More

As a European, I was expecting to see at Universal something huge, breathtaking, overwhelming, never seen before. What a disappoinment. These parks feature the same technologies and the same scale as what you can experience in France, in Spain or in Germany. And when you...More

Don’t waste an absolute fortune on queuing up. Go to a bus stop- it’s free to queue there. Here they charge the earth and you have to pay through the nose for everything. Utter American garbage. Blackpool and Alton Towers are streets ahead and much...More

Love this park. Rides are brilliant. Staff are helpful and friendly. My advice is get in there early and hit the Mummy and Harry Potter rides first (if your staying on site). Normally by 11 we’ve done all the best ones, sometimes twice. 9am ready...More
