We just returned from a vacation to Universal Studios and this was the first time I opted to arrange transportation to and from the airport instead of using Uber. I will forever use this company! Every part of my experience with this company was flawless. Our driver was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and very personable. We’re all very impressed with this company. Thank you so much for the incredible service we received!

So I've never been one who writes reviews, but in this case the service was so exceptional that I just had to. My family had a very tight schedule flying in from Toronto to Orlando, heading to our Disney Cruise and once the cruise was over, heading to Disney World and then straight to the airport. The Orange Tours and Transportation company and Demetrie took the stress out of planning our transportation. They just requested our flight details and what our plans were and took care of everything from there. They sent very detailed information regarding pickup times and locations. They corresponded with us to ensure we were happy with all the plans. The service was impeccable. They were on time, the vehicle was clean and they are offered many suggestions on how to maximize our time during our vacation. He even went as far as suggesting we leave our luggage with him for free so we could save on the hotel we booked just to store our luggage while we were at Disney World. Also our little one felt sick while driving from the airport to the port and Demetrie handled it so well. He had a bag ready for her and all was well. He was so good to our family. Even when we made a last minute change he easily accommodated our request. We would definitely use the Orange Tours and Transportation company again and would recommend them for anyone wanting a stress free trip when it comes to transportation services. His prices were great, even when compared to larger companies or Uber. And it was truly VIP treatment from beginning to end. We felt that we made a friend on this trip. Thanks so much Demetrie for making our vacation a great one!

WONDERUL! Our driver was MORE than accommodating! Online scheduling was a breeze. Our driver, Demetrius, took care of 4 different trips for our group of 10. Demetrius was so very kind and knowledgeable about the area. He was consistently prompt - tuned to everything we could possibly need! The vehicle was clean and very comfortable. Will positively use Orange again!!!!!

Fantastic service. Upon landing there was a text message from Dimitri stating he was at airport. He aseed for our bag claim number and gave us detailed instructions on where to meet him. He was there within 1 minute of our arrival. He gave tons of great info on ride to Port Canaveral. Nice clean van, plenty of room for our group of 6. Highly recommend this great small business. Will update after return trip from Canaveral.

We were a group of 6 people with 6 large bags and 6 carry on size bags that needed to get from MCO (Orlando airport to the Best Western Plus at Universal. I had researched a lot of sites and the prices were coming back between $ 100 - $200 plus tip. I came across the website for Orange Tours & Transportation and asked for a free quote. It came back at $ 75.00 plus tip, it was also a private van.
Dimitri gave us clear instructions on how to met him at the airport, helped locate our bags, loaded them into the van. The trip to our hotel took about 40 minutes or so. It was great service.
He also gave us a card in case we needed his services again, we didn't think we would but soon changed our minds. We needed to get from our hotel at Universal to the Orange Lake Resorts near Disney-World. Our daughter was originally going to do this but on reflection we decided there was no way the luggage would all fit in the two rental cars, she and her fiancee would be driving.
Dimitri quoted us $ 54 plus tip for the trip. Pick up was at 5.30pm in peak traffic. Dimitri was there 10 minutes early and explained on the way that he really didn't make any money on this trip as it was peak time, but he couldn't leave us in the lurch as we had so much luggage. We really appreciated it that he did this trip for us. We then used him to take us back to the airport at the end of our trip.
We were very impressed with the service and would have no hesitation in using this firm or Dimitri again. Very friendly, always early, and we were very happy with our choice. You can get a free price quote online and confirmation will be by e-mail.

I arranged my taxi from the UK and the price was very reasonable. Arrived at Orlando Airport but got stuck in customs for over 2 hours and my taxi couldn't wait any longer. But when I had the chance I rang and the driver came less than 15 mins. Very friendly. Then when I got to my hotel, I didn't have the complete address where I would be staying and was directed to the Head Office. My taxi driver offered to drive us there and then back to the hotel. He was very patient and he waited until everything was sorted out.
Would definitely us Orange Tours again if re visiting Orlando again.

My family has used Orange Transportation for 10+ years. When visiting Orlando, we always call Dimitre for our transportation. He prices the trip by the car, not the # of travelers, so he's affordable especially if you're traveling as a family! Door-to-door service - from greeting at baggage claim directly to your hotel. No extra stops unless you want. Disney's Magical Express is free, but you might also waste hours on your travel days if your hotel is last for drop off and first for pick-up. The convenience of this service is worth it when compared to the expense of your vacation.
Dimitre pre-arranges return pick-up based on your flight time and will adjust accordingly. He is diligent about checking real-time phone apps for backups, construction, accidents, weather delays, etc. You will get to the airport or your cruise on time. Dimitre is a GEM in the world of transportation and he's so knowledgeable about the Orlando area. Call Dimitre for a quote - I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Looked at different shuttle sites and decided to go with Orange Tours & Transportation.We had a group of 7. Can't say enough about their service and driver Demetre. Was in contact with me before I'd picked up my luggage from the flight and was waiting for us at the cruise terminal on our return. Will definitely use this service again and highly recommend them.

From start to finish Dimitre tried his hardest to accommodate us and our plans. Even when I completely mucked up our booking, Dimitre made it work (and at short notice)! He kept us up to date with his movements, and even gave us tips about the cruise we were going on!
His vehicle was new, clean and spacious, he was friendly and interesting.
I would definitely recommend this service, and would certainly not hesitate to use them again.

Orange Tours and Transportation provided us with wonderful service from the airport to our Orlando hotel as well as from our hotel to Port Canaveral cruise port. The company was quick to respond to any questions. They were on time, friendly and accommodating. They helped us with our bags throughout. The van was clean and new and the people are super friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again when in Orlando.
