Good course good staff. Unfortunately temporary greens. Wait until greens, are done. Nice set up on any of the 9 hole courses. Should be great when greens are done.

My family played here for a Kiwanis-Marines fundraiser this year. In past years, we played at a different course. PROS: Three different courses to play on, get to drive over a bridge, beautiful fairways, open to public, and supports local high school as the "home" field. CONS: temporary greens (it's summer so can't really be helped), putting practice is up... More

Course has gorgeous layout, as pretty a 27 holes of golf as you can see for miles around. Plenty challenging. Currently, greens and some fairways being renovated and replanted. Happy to belong here and play these courses.

Best course around North Port, Port Charlotte. Beautiful, friendly staff and good rates online. Can be tough course if your a horrible golfer like myself but still a great time.

This a beautiful golf course, full of wonderful trees, flowers, and typical wildlife. 27 holes. Because it's so pretty, it's very popular. Because it's popular, it can be crowded. Because it's crowded, it can be slow. So plan on smelling some roses.

Too many bookings taken I think. I asked for prime rib at the carving station and was given half a slice, the fruit station was lacking fruit and the rice and fish was depleted and cold. For $35 plus tip and tax I certainly expected much better.

As a former homeowner and platinum member at HC, I can tell you the course is overrated and usually in average to poor condition as compared to other area courses such as Sarasota National. Greens are "ragged" and approaches to greens are almost always soggy due to over watering.

Great, well maintained course. The golf cart paths could use some work and you have to watch out for alligators, but overall this is a beautiful course.

Booked through a golf discount website at 50% off. was able to go early and hit many balls to get into the "groove". They have a place where you can practice all types of shots, then chip and or put before you go out and play. very important for a person from the snowy north - LOL. Visiting my dad... More

I live in Heron Creek so this is my home course. First course is tough in my opinion. Easily 5-10 strokes over a general full public course. I find the green mostly consistent. Depends on the time of the year. I avoid the summer as the course does not drain water well and many days it is cart path only.... More
