About
"Xcursions USA" is mainly dedicated to daily trips between Miami and Key West, we also operate local tours in Miami and partnered with some local companies in Key west in order to offer our guests options to do while in the island like Snorkeling Trips, Parasailing, Hop on Hop off trolley and train tours as well as Glass bottom boat ride. We are now one of the major bus operators from Miami to Key West offering only motor coach service and now we just added a couple of new Double Decker fully enclosed buses to our fleet.

The bus ride to and from key west was great. They picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel. The air was perfect and the seating was comfortable. I sat at the bottom of the double decker bus. The bus was very clean and modern. The staff was very professional and provided lots of information about the different islands and bridges on the way down. There are a lot of negative reviews on this company but I didn’t encounter any problems. But it seems like they have different buses, some newer than others. (I also went in nov. and it wasn’t crowded or hot at all) The only reason I won’t give 5 starts is because the outlets and the WiFi didn’t work and it clearly states on the website that WiFi is available. Make sure you bring your portable power bank for your phone and other devices!!! Also you can book different excursions with them on the bus which I did not do because it was too expensive for the short amount of time you’re on the island. I ubered/walked my way around the island to see the specific things I wanted to see. You only get 5 hours in the island so $40/person for the hop on and off trolly was not worth it for two people. If you do your research before hand it’s easy to explore the island without paying an arm and a leg for the things you want to do in the short time frame. (pic: drop off/pick up spot in key west)

I enjoyed my excursion from Miami to Key West. I arrived for pickup at Bayside Marketplace. There will be one store that opens so you can purchase food and beverages before the three and a half hour drive. They have sandwiches, pastries, soda, water, coffee, snacks, etc. and are reasonably priced. I had a muffin and guava/cheese pastry (amazing) and I paid just under $5. The staff was nice and provided details on places we passed on the way. The bus was comfortable and the temperature on the bus was pleasant. You may want to bring a lightweight jacket if you tend to get cold. You can book tours on the bus (if you only books the transport initially). It is cash only and range about $40-$150, depending on what you select. My package included snorkeling. Arrival was about one hour before snorkel departure so you can walk around a bit. It is about a 15 minute walk from the arrival point to the dock for snorkeling. There are places at the dock to purchase food and beverages. The snorkeling was good (not great). Swim toward the metal tower in the water for the best views. There were great margaritas provided on the boat after snorkeling...along with wine, soda, etc. All unlimited. I had a great time! Highly recommend.

The trip itself was worth every penny $199 for two people. The tour guide Manuel, left a nasty taste in a few of the passengers. He was very rude, made laminated signs which he placed on all 4 front seats that read $20 per person. Which needed to be paid in cash to him (shady) he also sold City tour tickets to passengers for $2 more than the actual tour company. I felt like he tried to nickel ‘ dime everyone some how. He talked about passengers in Spanish ( I speak it and sat right behind him so I had a front row seat to his rudeness. I would do the tour over and would even recommend it. I would just make sure Manuel was NOT YOUR GUIDE. You will thank me later.

We booked this and were told to pay the driver on board. Half an hour into trip the tour guide Manny asks us for 320 dollars cash. Told us they didn’t accept credit cards. I told him we didn’t have that kind of cash. This was for two people riding down on Monday returning on Thursday. They made us pay for two tours for two people. Finally after sitting there wondering what was gonna happen he somehow was able to take a credit card. Gave us no receipt. On Thursday we had a terrible time figuring out what bus was ours because the company name on the bus changed! Then to really make it interesting he refused to drop us off at our hotel as originally promised and dropped us off at Bay side shopping area at 10 pm at night with all our luggage. Never again will we use this company.

This "tour" was a total bust! I paid for a Key West tour but received nothing. When I called, I was told that the tour bus doesn't stop where I stayed which makes no sense since I took Lyft to where I thought the pick-up was. Of course, forget about any refund. 😝

I am taking the ride as I write and I am thoroughly disappointed by the dismal service. The bus did not even have proper air conditioning and it has become freezing cold inside. Also, they have refused to turn on the power sockets and give the wifi password. Apparently it doesn't work till the return journey. Seems like I'm back in primary school riding with these people!

While the actual bus trip was acceptable, a lot of time was wasted doing pickups making the trip extra longer. The breakfast cafe was a rip off, food was terrible, no where up to acceptable standard. The tour guide endeavoured to be helpful, but needs to learn how not to not talk down to people. And the continued references for the need to pay gratuities puts the tourists off, these repeated references reflexes on the tour company and implies it is to mean to pay their staff a reasonable salary. Or it's designed to make the customer feel embarrassed and fork out more money. Not a good look.

We paid 40$ for the upper deck and the bus that came was an old bus without upper deck. People who paid 40$ and people who paid 20$ all mixed together. Company wont refund or give a proper explanation. This is totally a rip off. The bus is old and stinks people sweet! To avoid at all cost!

From the beginning I treated this trip as a convenient way to get to the Key West from Miami. I didn't care (and I still don't) about trolley, train or water activities. I planned my whole day in Key West and all I needed was just a transport in both directions. I must say, these expectations were fulfilled 100%. No delays or unexpected events, friendly and very informative tour guide on the bus. I had a few hours exclusively for myself. Enough to visit main attractions in Key West. If you stay in Miami, I highly recommend this way to see Key West.

My wife and I used this business to travel to key west. 1 day round trip. The bus chair in front me was broken and there was no more chair to sit.( There were chairs but people were sleeping in then 1 person using to chair) I asked the bus driver for help ( due that I as costumer don't have any authority to tell them to use 1 chair ) when he was passing next to me and he told me in a very sarcastic and loud way. You go ! And find another chair for her. I'm a 6'3 guy humiliated in front my wife from this driver who walked away while I was trying to ask for his name. He said "jorge". What a rude driver! Just to let your new customers know. More than 3 chair were broken. Now I'm here trapped with a chair literally in my stomach. What kind of costumer service is this? He might had taught I'm just another tourist who can be treaty like garbage. I departed from bay side to key west.
