Great outdoor activities, but kayaking is the best

Great place for outdoor family fun. The beach is nice but is usually crowded. If you have a boat, there are some boat slips for you to use as well. However, my favorite activity here is the kayaking though the mangrove swamp. It's fun and beautiful too.

The perfect outdoor water adventure you can get! Very shallow water where you can just explore different paths on your cool bright orange kayaks. After kayaking for 2 hours as I did, it wasn't a doubt that laying out near the shore with complimentary tables and BBQ grill was just a great end of a long day. There are also... More

Beautiful State Park! It is very well maintained and has a lot of scenic trails and spots. Although the kayak/canoe rentals are a bit pricey, they are totally worth it! Especially to get those amazing views of the bay and get a unique Floridian experience!

you have to pay to get inside the park i believe was $2 per person. Kayaking is very fun, a lot of of places to explore, water is shallow and just a lot of nature to observe, not so much wildlife though. I think i will come back for a little more kayak i did not try the bike path.... More

I took my two kids and my mother out for kayaking and our tour guides were wonderful. They were very patient and under. They gave great instructions and showed us some beautiful nature spots. My family enjoyed the two-hour trip with them. We will definitely be coming back for paddleboarding and maybe even biking.

A great park in the middle of a busy city with lots & lots to do. It will definitely keep you busy the whole day. On our first visit we explored the trails, the sandbar, & a small island by kayak with still lots left to see for our next trip. Can't wait to start planning.
