We entered directly off 41. Parked and walked around the foot trail. Not much to see in the 3/5 of a mile path during the dry season. Did not walk the horse trail. However we then followed the Google Maps directions to the same park...More

I’ve been riding this preserve for years. Great day out with friends. Fantastic parking area for horse trailers. Clean bathrooms. Great watering area for the horses. We wish that there were watering tanks along the trails for the horses, though. During Season, this is a...More

Love the nature trails! It's a wonderful place to go hiking and get back to nature. Great views everywhere you look.

The parking is great, the bathrooms are great, but the riding area is flat, often muddy, and no shade at all. Pop Ash riding area is far superior...great water crossings in the rainy season, several oak hammocks, varying trails and terrain.

This is a nice park with lots of parking and restrooms. For a short nature walk, there is a loop path with wildlife viewing. We saw several kinds of birds, but that was it. The park also has horse trails that are much longer. Have...More

The path is well kept, makes a nice large circle walk, lots of opportunity to see wildlife but we only saw a few marsh land birds while there.

Nice park especially during dry season, ( November-May). Has a shorter path around a swamp area that is accessible year round. I use the horse trail for a longer hike to back of park. Was 'on-leash' dog friendly park on my last visit. Some horses...More

This is a great dog-friendly park. It is a favorite of area horse riders. There is a nice boardwalk through the marsh with a bird blind which provides a relatively short hike. The short hike is separated from the longer horse trail which is rather...More
