Were looking for a gift for the grandchildren. Was a rainy day but nevertheless worth visiting. They have something for everybody. Shells, Halloween shop, great Christmas shop, big variety of stuffed animals from around the world, playground etc

I decided to take a beach break and checkout our land adventures and this was a very nice excursion. I am a photographer and this is a wonderland. For friends probably would be an all day fun and for family this is PERFECT. It made my day to be able to get to intimate with so much of the life.... More

This is a very large facility.it is a little tacky but interesting. A lot of local flair. Admission is free to the museum. The outdoor park has lots of birds, etc for a small fee. The mini golf is run down and needs an update.

As locals, both to the State of Florida and to North Fort Myers (we literally live less than a mile away from the Shell Factory), my husband and i just love to drop in on the Shell Factory every so often and pretend that we are tourists from some far away land. We've never had a bad time when we... More

The gift shop was massive with stuff for everyone. Nature park needs some tlc but was good nonetheless, lots of other things to do as well had a nice meal in restaurant which serves home made tasty comfort food at reasonable prices.

Everything is free...except for the animal trails and the water activities and the zip line. Also the mini golf is $5 a person. Animal nature trail park is $12 a person. Lots of animals to visit...would have spent more time inter-acting with them but it was so hot for mid july. Fishbones restaurant was good as it was a nice... More

The Flea Market was the best part of this visit. The Shell Factory is a big tourist store. The store and 'activities' outside are very rundown. There doesn't seem to be much upkeep.

Cool little place, well not so little. Great Cliche' things about Florida, alligator jaws, sand dollars, Indian spear heads, dinosaurs, T-Shirts, Indian Jewelry you name it, they have it. Stop in for the curiosity and take a ride on the zip line. It's all in get of fun and family oriented.
