Six of us took the night time paddle boarding excursion with Stephen Plein as our tour guide! It was very fun and a great learning experience about the island, the vegetation and the ocean life! We saw manatees, fish and got to walk on the flats and see and touch lightning whelks! We even got a ghost story from Steve... More

I kayaked with Adventure Sea Kayak with my husband and three boys (2 teenagers and a 20-yr-old) 2 months ago and have been meaning to write about our experience. I have all positive things to say. In a nutshell,.... great, friendly guide (Bob), beautiful surroundings, educational, and just plain fun! Bob even took some pictures and then emailed them to... More

We loved this tour last year, but this year had a very different experience. Our guide Steven started out great talked about the history of the channel and some sealife. Then he started paddling straight out to the middle and didn't notice or care that four of the tour were having a very dificult time keeping up! It was impossible... More

This was my favorite part of the trip. Not sure I would take kids-- there was wildlife, but not a mile a minute. We saw just a couple of manatee, and just 2 dolphins. But the bay is so calm it is a wonderful place to kayak. The mangrove trail is interesting with the tree crabs and many water fowl.... More

This was an amazing experience. Dawn our guide was amazing, attentive and knowledgeable. From the open marina where we saw manatees to the hauntingly beautiful trails covered in mangroves the entire trip was awesome. Best thing we did all week and I would highly highly recommend taking this trip over others

Loved every moment of our 2 hour guided tour. Dawn was fabulous- knowledgeable and friendly. Took my 6 year old daughter and 65 year old mother and we all were comfortable with kayaking, even though we had never done it before. The wildlife viewing was unbelievable. Close encounters with a manatee, pelicans, osprey, and Carl the cormorant. Would do it... More

We were welcomed by our guide Steven whom obviously loves his job and meeting new people. He made us feel so welcome as if we were all friends here to visit him. Steven has a vast knowledge of the history and the Eco system of the wonderful island. Great way to spend a few hours in the sun. Thanks for... More
